What entertainment!? Snack i bought was unusual and in very small quantity. Very limited selection of snacks to buy. Taste was mediocre.
Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
It was easy and very comfortable! The crew was accommodating and cheerful. I enjoyed myself!
I normally have very good experiences with Breeze. The crew is great, pricing is excellent, and the planes are new and usually clean. This time in Huntsville we were delayed, which I understand can happen, however we were moved from one gate to the opposite side of the terminal and then back again... There was a lot of confusion. Also, my seat had a lot of food crumbs still on the floor where I had to stow my bookbag, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, all was good. Crew was great as usual!
Our flight was delayed 7 hours. Due to a change in equipment we were downgraded from "Nicest" to "Nicer," even having to pay for a soft drink. Disappointing. To Breeze's credit that issued a $100 flight credit. A refund would have been more appreciated.
Given some type of snack. Had staff that hated their job and life in general. Have regular overhead bins. The bags have to go sideways and even then, they barely fit. The seats in the front - what would be considered business class were nice. Nothing extra but nice for a short flight. But the regular seats were so close I have no idea how people even fit it them.

Well, Kayak should have communicated with Breeze that when I purchased the ticket, Kayak should have relayed that I had one carry on as part of my ticket purchase. So, KAYAK, tell the airlines!
Prior to boarding we were told the flight was still on time up until about 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. Details on the new departure time and gate were not provided to us in a timely fashion and we were lead to board a flight to Pittsburgh only to realized upon scanning my boarding pass that it was the wrong flight when signage at the gate said Providence. However, once on board the plane was comfortable and staff courteous and nice.

Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
The actual flight was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected which was great. The flight attendants gave unclear instructions and were rude. They seemed overwhelmed or flustered for the flight. Inflight service was delayed and unsure why.
There needs to be better accommodations for waiting passengers. A a designated standing space that is separated and away from concourse traffic.
overall the crew onboarding and providing service during our flight was great; they were friendly and helpful. I said ok to the entertainment because there was none, but the crew explained why which was very helpful. I am a diabetic and the type of snacks are not diabetic friendly (full of carbs and sugar). However, I am always prepared because I know the catering is for the larger population.
We were skipped when the snack cart passed and then the attendant said we weren’t . I am disabled and was in a row toward the back of the plane which was very difficult for me to navigate. Disabled people should not be forced to walk the plank.
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
First time flying JetBlue and my perception changed. Love it.
Very poor help no one answering a question regarding seating. Very rude staff. They don’t care, as if it’s not part of their job. Flight was delayed for no good reason and no apologies given.
The wifi didn't work and I needed to do some work. This was a business trip.
You did a great job rescheduling my cancelled flight. However, you made me pay for two seats for $118 even though the seats on the original flight were free. I think that was a very unfair thing to do.
The flight was on time the crew was courteous that makes for a good flight.
I liked the entertainment on JetBlue, the service from JFK to JAX was terrible at best
I usually dont fly JeTBlue and I dont think I will ever do it again. The flight was delayed fee time, nobody was giving us any info at at the airport, gate changing, the slowest and poorly organized boarding ever, rude staff.. huh
Like the variety of entertainment options. One crew member was a little on the rough/rude side. Boarding was a mess, attendants didn't do a great job of helping with the luggage storage and it delayed us a couple of minutes.
Flight is delayed by more than an hour without any reason, the jet blue gates kept changing every 20 mins and there is no proper communication. No ear phones provided in flight, there is a screen with entertainment but what is the use, I have earphones but the console has outdated audio connections, no usb C or bluetooth, they are living 15 years behind
The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.
The first flight was delayed by an hour and a half, so we missed the second flight. They rebooked us on the later flight and I have to sit in the middle for more than 5 hours. Terrible experience. No more American Airlines.
Flight was fine, but not having WiFi was a major negative
I was trying to take 2 one and a half hour one way trips and I experienced almost 20 delays over the course of those two trips. Only a few of them were due to weather the rest was disorganization

The flights were terribly delayed and then cancelled which forced us booking another night at the hotel. Very poor management from American Airlines
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.
We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun
