Loved jetblue so much room in seats and plane was not even half full, loved it!

The crew was friendly and easily approachable. The atmosphere was nice and dark. It was a little cold on the plane.

LGA Terminal A is terrible. Not NEARLY enough bathrooms (huge line) and very inadequate seating in small crowded waiting room.

We were moved to the international terminal and had to wait over an hour to get through security because they were understaffed. We finally got through security as the doors of our plane were closing. Upon reaching our assigned gate, we were told it had changed. We received one email less than a half hour before boarding of the change but since we were in line for security, did not see it. Our rebooked flight was delayed which meant we wouldn't make our connecting flight in DC. We went to Ft Lauderdale instead and sat near our gate until boarding time. At this point we we were informed of yet another gate change as boarding was supposed to start, however there were no announcements made. Our 2.5 hour non stop flight turned into an over 12 hour travel day"

Cons: "The flight was cancelled 4hrs after being boarded at JFK. We understand that such things happen. It’s the situation and handling after was very unprofessional. we were told to collect our bags and go to check in counter and collect our next bookings but instead after collecting check ins we were just given meal ticket and hotel address and given a toll free number to call which is very inappropriate. It should become your responsibility to rebook ya but not leaving it on us to call some number and wait. Though I called and I was told that I was not deboarded to rebook me. For which I tried to go and find an Emirates personnel who refused to talk to the Emirates guy on phone to explain and would just refuse to talk to me. Imagine yourself carrying two check ins and a carry one and running around just to try to get somebody to answer. Mr. Munit on phone was kind enough to be on talk and hold for about 40mins with me. It still ended up unable to book at that time. I was going to India for two day period and my one day had to be spent over in JFK. As humans it’s not the technical difficulty that was an issues it’s the Emirates crews at jfk inability to properly respond and answer arrogantly was the issue. One person instead of answering the questions of an old man was very rude and just blubbered “can’t you just listen to me” that was very inappropriate. It should be her responsibility to listen first. I have always flew Emirates and inflight crew are always very patient and good. This experience makes me think otherwise."

Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"

I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. Check in person played on her phone and didn’t even look at you when asking what seat was I assigned . Going from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale the check in person was so rude there where 5 people askI’m her what’s her problem . The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."

We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

Cons: "The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!"

Cons: "On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF"
Cons: "the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!"

I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). Cons: "The redesign of seats means that very few of Delta's planes can actually accommodate a sherpa-style pet carrier, even though they are an industry standard for in-cabin travel. Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."
Pros: "They had some weather in atlanta. So they drove us out to the runway and then we sat for 45 minutes with the engines off waiting to leave. I guess it is nice that they want to keep you safe. After missing our connector - they did put us up in a hotel overnignt. However we still had to pay extra for taxi back, parking an extra day at the airport, and extra meals. Oh - and the extra trip to detroit..."
Cons: "So after waiting 45 minutes on the tarmac - we left and headed to Atlanta. There we landed and waited because they had no gate for us. Then we finally got off the pane and ran to our connector which left without us. We were told they don't hold the plane for less than ten people. So the four of us don't matter. We sat and sat waiting...and then lost another day due to travel."

Pros: "Over crowded. Scaled down the aisle to add extra seats. I weigh 100lbs. and am 5'2". My knees were crammed into seat in front of me. No beverage or food service and no discount for that."

Cons: "Flight was already an hour delayed which is understandable and unavoidable. What needs serious improvement and any airport/airline should not tolerate is delays from baggage handling services. Once we boarded we watched the baggage crew unload the last flights bags including USPS parcel cargo. Then our baggage had to be loaded. Sat on the plane for 50 mins before backing out of terminal. Complete lack of urgency on the part of the baggage handlers was very frustrating to many passengers."

Then they expect people who have been waiting on the plane to not need to use the restrooms. “The pilot has not turned off the seat-belt sign yet” is true, but also you boarded us late and then couldn’t get up into the air right away. Also, our checked bag didn’t arrive with us. We’re waiting to here if it was lost or not."

Cons: "Typical Sun Country at this point. It takes 40-50 to check a bag - which you have to do now under their new policy. They had 2 people working the bag check-in stand while every other airline had between 4 and 8 people working. Luggage was agin very slow to the baggage claim, but this appears to be standard at this point. Their app is a disaster so you can't select seats efficiently. Overall, you may save $15-20 vs flying with delta, but the poor experience with Sun Country isn't worth it."

Cons: "I paid to upgrade to an exit row seat (I'm 6'4") and was seated between two Sun Country pilots commuting out to Boston. Shortly after sitting down, one of the pilots went up to the cockpit, and had a gate agent come down and move me to a standard seat so he didn't have to sit next to anyone. In addition to that, I now have to fight through endless "on hold" garbage to try to get my money back from Sun Country. Very disappointed in how this employee chose to treat a customer."

Could not add contact information or TSA Pre-check information (had to call); could not choose seats (had to call), could not check-in online (had to go to airport extra early and stand in line even though we were not checking baggage. Could not get anything from website without calling and sitting on hold for: minimum 25 minute and maximum was over 2 hours on hold and got disconnected after the first hour. Based on my conversations with agents, this was because of a changeover to NEW IMPROVED website! Ya right. None of their existing bookings at the time of the changeover (at the end of May) and some bookings that were made after that could update info, get seats assigned, view updated info, or check in online. Total BS! They were aware of these issues and did nothing to correct them. This should be cause for a class action lawsuit. Unconscionable! Will never fly them again due to their incompetence."

There was trash in my seat-back pocket when I took my seat. Supposedly food was available for purchase, but I couldn't activate the food menu, only the drinks menu, on my little seatback screen, so I just waited until I got to Atlanta to eat."

Apparently they gave the seat to someone else at the last second because up to the point when I printed our boarding passes at the kiosk, our seats were still together (and I paid $41/per seat extra to try to keep us together). The other customer was nice enough to switch with our son so were able to stay together at the last min so it goes to show AA priority and service."

No entertainment unless paid for, which is fine, except that the flight attendant and the announcements both stated that at least a movie was included. Outdated jet. No where to charge anything. Couldn’t work on my computer because to type, my elbow took up most of the other persons seat."

When I got to the check in it was like watching a special forces team measuring and prodding peoples bags to get them in to the little box even when the shapes were the reason they couldn't fit, not the size of the bags. I literally watched someone fit their bag and the attendant take it out and make it misshaped for the box and show how it didn't slide in. I had no issues with my luggage, but that sucked to watch happen to others. The food and drinks came about 10 minutes before the plane landed."

This was one of the rudest staffed planes I've been on. These guys aren't over worked. I don't know why they can be so hateful. I loved united but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It all worked out in the end, but I still can't follow why my flight reservation was canceled without me being notified. I shouldn't find something like that out when I get to the airport with my luggage in my hand."

For over an hour, he told us that the plane was taxiing from the hanger. Assuming the hanger was at the same airport we were, I seriously doubt this was the case."
