Too much delay at every step of the travel. Even after landing, had to stay at tarmac for a long time due to unavailable gate. Overall a bad experience of 3.5 Hr delay for one Hr flight. Families with children and mask were struggling to be there.

We were Delayed, which is understandable, but not sure why we couldn't board and wait for crew to come on to speed up process rather than waiting for crew to arrive to even begin boarding process. I assume it's a safety thing but seems like there could be a better way to handle this and speed up process to make sure people aren't missing connecting flights."

Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. My only real issue was that when I booked this flight through Kayak, I somehow booked via BudgetAir.com (though I was on your website.) Due to this, I was unable to access boarding passes coming or going via the Kayak app, or the Allegient app. Luckily I was able to print them prior to leaving home (and the resort printed them for on the way back), but using this site is definitely something I'll have to consider for my trip. I should have been able to access boarding passes electronically via the app regardless.

When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."

The flight overall wasn't bad, but there were some earphones left in the seat back in front of me that made me go "eww." I also couldn't get the attendant to bring me a pair of earphones or show me where to plug in to watch movies or TV. There was also a bottle of water rolling on the floor, but that could have been dropped by a passenger on this flight. Overall, I had a "meh" experience.

I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."

Cons: "This would have been my first time on this airline ans I was excited going into it with ano open mind. However as I was getting ready to head to the airport, my flight was canceled and they rebooked for another flight that would leave the next day with a 3 to 4 hour layover. I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!"

Cons: "All the extra fees. How do you buy a ticket and then have to pay $9 per leg (2 legs) for even the cheapest seat. Seats are extremely tight and do not recline. Crew was okay, not customer service focused. At the end with 2 pieces of luggage (ditched carry on as they charged for that too). The extra feescostmore than Southwest which is amuch better flight experience! Never again!!"

Having to pay an outrageous price for luggage unless you have a personal items is a rip off and is taking advantage of your passagners. Having to pay in order to sit next to the person you booked your flight with is also outrageous and taking advantage of your passagers! The price I was quoted for the flight was less than $150 a ticket, after paying for everything I have paid close to almost $700! I could have flown to Europe for that price! I will never be booking a flight with frontier again!"

Cons: "I was unable to download the ticket of my minor age 14 child so on arrival at the airport I told the bag check person he gave us a copy of our ticket for boarding as I showed him we had checked in already but could not see his ticket we were TSA pre checked went on to that area with line I went first using my app boarding pass but they would not let the child in saying his,ticket was not present checked TSA but it was when i checked him in,so we had to go through a 45 + min line a second time. very inconvenient almost making us late for flight."

Cons: "Boarding process was inefficient and pushed departure time an hour to the right. One of the passengers brought a chinchilla/rodent on board but it was a service animal also contributed to the late departure. I feel that should have been identified and dealt with at ticketing. The main issue with that was the small crate was just a bit tall to place under the seat. I feel if there was a mock up at ticketing, like they have at certain ticketing to ensure carry-on luggage meet the size requirements; that may have helped cue the passenger and crew to deal with this earlier in the process. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and inefficient. Also, while the company is very gracious in waiving baggage fees for military, I feel that it might be more efficient to provide a selectable option at the electronic kiosks (which would require an employee to come over and verify the passengers credentials). This may also help with streamlining the ticketing process due to the # of military that travel using Frontier."
Cons: "The original fair cost was inexpensive but you pay for it at check in with extra cost to sit together and more for checked luggage than other airlines. To add to the additional costs, there was no free in-flight drinks or snacks offered. Is it asking that much for a water and a cookie. The seats and the plane overall were very cheesie. I spent just as much in the end flying frontier as I would have flying another more expensive airline. And would have gotten at least a drink and a cookie from them."

Cons: "Having flown multiple times on Frontier, I find it odd that you never hear anything from the cockpit. Like: Welcome passengers. estimated time in flight, crusing altitude, estimated arrival time, weather at destination, starting decent, etc. Of course, as an ex-military and corporate aviation pilot, the more I know the more comfortable and connected I feel."

Cons: "I paid for seat selection to have 2 seats by ourselves but Frontier changed the type of plane and it changed the seats to an aisle and a middle seat, exactly what I was trying to avoid."

Cons: "I purchased a Frontier flight for $157 round trip. Then I had to pay $40 for carry on bags, $30 for checked luggage which took one hour to get when arrived in Denver. Then there was $2 drinks, $17 seat (no free seats), and $2 snacks. That made the total cost of the flight well over $272 and that did not include food/beverages. So was it $157, not really. HIDDEN COSTS, be careful!"

Cons: "I checked in online, but the website wasn't working, so I decided to check in at the airport. When I got there, the lines were incredibly long and their system was going very slow. None of the kiosks worked, and all the employees were not helpful at all. I ended up missing my flight, because they were all so INCREDIBLY slow... definitely too bad, but hoping they can learn a few things and get a little better service at some point. I guess it's a little hard to pick between good service and good prices..."
Cons: "After the fees for checked AND carry on baggage both ways, seats (yes you have to pay for seats after you book for an extra cost if you want to be sat with your party) it really wasn't much cheaper than any other airline. It was super uncomfortable with almost plastic like seats that don't recline, half a tray table that you can't even rest your a cup on let alone your arms, no space between seats or leg room unless you "upgrade" which we did on our flight back and it was a joke because it only gives you an extra inch or two and a tray table, and no drink service even on a a four hour flight. To top it off our return flight which was set for 9:45 pm was delayed over 5 hours with no explanation or accommodations. I've always flown Delta or US Air and WOW what a difference! Lesson learned... Pay the extra $50-$100 to not be miserable for hours on end."

Cons: "The line at the airport to drop off my luggage (which was prepaid) was crazy long as most people had not prepaid and some were trying to pay with cash (which Frontier does not accept). Even tho I had my boarding pass printed and luggage paid for I waited almost an hour in this line - and I arrived 2 hours 1/2 early. After arriving in Cincinnati the luggage took at least 40 minutes to arrive at the pick up point. On my outward bound trip to Orlando the luggage took over an hour to arrive at the luggage carousel. It seems that Frontier does not have a good rapport with the baggage handlers at the airports."
Pros: "This was my first flight in nearly 25 years and it was my moms and son's first flight ever. Enjoyable experience and we definitely hope to do it again soon!"

Cons: "Boarding was like a stampede. No way that many people were in Zone 1. The boarding gang could have exerted better control. Be aware that the seats are basic-very small tray tables, no recline and not as upholstered as other airlines. But, not terribly uncomfortable."

Pros: "The people that say next to me were nice. The flight crew seemed to be very nice and welcoming. Their instructions on safety in the cabin were very clear and concise."
Cons: "The flight was delayed, but the sense of urgency had left the counter staff. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than having any comment o make to us about the expected departure time. The plan was FILTHY, and I understand it was a delayed flight but come on... No time for a broom and dustpan? I pulled out the safety instructions and crackers crumbs fell into my lap. The only time the flight attendant staff was clearly focused on us as passengers was when they were selling a Frontier credit card. I understand how much revenue a card like that must bring into the company, but for that occasion to be the only one firing on all cylinders, is a shame."
