Use the 800 # but state you want to talk with a human when answering the questions in their phone tree. I’ve had other experiences on AA over the last few years that lead me to question their commitment to customer service. I’ll be avoiding American Airlines as a travel option where other alternatives are available."

Fly got delayed more than 2 hours didn't offer more drinks or snacks! Food was horrible so I was very hungry since I couldn't eat it! And the snacks were available at the back much later but when I went to check it out almost everything was gone! Other airlines come to offer you snacks! AA did not and the make me feel like an intruder when I went to check the empty snacks trays! Only the package food was still available. Horrible service, mean big headed crew! It's is simple! Be nice and make an effort! Especially for the people that actually is there paying the premium!"

The family next to me was nice enough but they did have a toddler who was very loud and unhappy and the tantrums followed. I have been a server for 14 years and generally can brush annoyances off like this but this was by far the worst flight I have been on."

There wasn't any food on the three flights but a cookie waffle thing and that was all I had during the 13ish hours I was on planes. The staff was super awesome and nice. Space wasn't any different than other planes, but tight on the first flight. I got lucky on the last two."

During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

As far as boring goes, the TSA in Houston was rude in the boarding sign said pre-boarding only so we were waiting and I almost missed the flight because the sign never changed."

Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly and polite. Brought the drink cart around a couple times to make sure everyone was satisfied beverage wise."
Cons: "With it being a smaller plane there wasn't a whole lot of room for a 6'3" guy to sit comfortably for a long stretch. Although understandable for the size of plane it was my only dislike of the flight so overall a very good job."

I can honestly say I will Never fly United airlines again. I understand that flights get delayed, but when every worker at the flight check in desk, and flight attendants are rude and have a smug attitude as if they don't care then at that point i walk away from ever doing business with you again."

I heard about the baggage problem so I did try calling to discuss, even more horrific and couldn't even understand the person so I gave up, oh yeah, took over a half hour to connect to a live person, worst website ever !!!! NEVER would I fly Spirit again !!"

It spoiled my experience with Spirit. You advertise cheap prices but are sneaky with extra costs. Ridiculous. I do not ever plan to fly Spirit ever again. Disgusted. Let people know in large print that the luggage weight is 40-yet that's ridiculous not to go with 59. Women at checkin were unfriendly & unprofessional. Such a horrid experience."
