Initial flight had an engine overheat - returned to DFW. Had another plane ready, but crew timed out. Had to wait 5h for boarding. Fully boarded and pilot says plane is not flight worthy. Deplane and go to the other end of the terminal. Wait an hour to board third plane because the crew couldn’t leave the second plane because no wheelchairs were brought to remove passengers. Finally take off and there is no catering (in flight service) even in first class. Very much an AA failure.

We were delayed due to a mechanical issue, but the gate staff and then later captain were giving thorough and frequent updates. Ended up being delayed about an hour, but we did get out, so it was overall a good flight!

I was able to check into my flight through the app and online but had issues getting my boarding pass once I arrived to the airport.

Would have been good to have the live TV outside of the continental United States as AA was promoting they are sponsors of the Fifa World Cup only for the live coverage to end.

Terrible check in experience in Miami airport by a so-called supervisor. Food came and they were picking up trash within 5 mins. Did not get fed again for about 6 hours. No chance to buy anything on board, horrible experience. Flight attendants have no control over passengers dropping off bags closer to the exit, not close to their seat.

The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.

We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time
