Food was great, flight attendants were very attentive.
i wouldve liked to be offered earphones to enjoy the great selection of movies provided. i was also asked to be moved from my seat by the staff despite being assigned the seat on my ticket without any explanation. i am also active duty military (not in uniform), and expected to be put on priority seating (seated first) but that is not as bad as i'm not sure if that service is offered, but it was offered on my prior delta flight that day.
First class service was horrible. No water at our seats when we arrived, no flight attendant seemed to be on duty in 1st while boarding. When she did arrive her uniform was wrinkled and looked a mess. For meal service she took orders from premier seating first and ran out of one of the food options y the time she got to 1st class . We had to ask for water with our meal, never took drink orders. Flight 630 MEX-LAX 11/7/2021.
TsA was fast and efficient. Boarding was effortless, fast. Having a new and clean plane only amplified the experience
Back to front boarding works, drop a lot of the prepared categories to Wheelchair, babies, military and 1st class, then board back to front, it works. had difficulty seeing phone to get free wifi, the items you need to check need to be in bigger font.

The plane was also abnormally loud on board, and the air pressure seemed to fluctuate throughout the flight, making the experience uncomfortable."

I liked the way the staff solved my lodging and transportation problem, since my original flight was cancelled. There should be some way to get or request upgrades to business class, since I am a large person and I was located in the middle of two large people, so the space was limited

I didn’t like how they weren’t any devices to stream content. We could have downloaded the app to access the free movies, but it wasn’t available while we were in the air.
Flight was delayed inbound which caused delays out-bound. We landed in Chicago with 20 mins for me to make my connection. Running from gate B22 to C26, made it in 10 mins from getting off the plane, the gate agents at my connecting flight had already closed the flight, at more than 5 mins prior to departure. It was the last flight to my destination for the day. Thankfully there was another flight to a city 45mins away from home, leaving 20 mins later, 2 gates down so that gate agent was able to get me on a new flight. Somehow, my checked bag made the original flight but they did not let the people board?!?!? All but the one gate agent on the original flight (the one I missed) were great! But the airlines overall need to do a better job to not strand passengers in connecting cities when a few mins could have been spared.

It worked out really well because I was sitting close to the front and they had pasta dishes available, but this is not the first time that United and its partners have "lost" or "mishandled" my vegetarian registration. The flight attendant even remarked that sadly, she hears this 'complaint' constantly. The food was good, but there's no reason that my meal request can't stay in the system."
