Flight attendants and crew were great! This plane was fine. It was clean and everything worked properly. Now, the gate change was not communicated. No text or information. It wasn't far with the gate change but it still changed without any communication. Not sure if this is on American or Kayakl. Also, internet was the worst. I would never have ATT. 3+hr flight and weak internet. I think I watched the commercials to get on at least 6 times. Terrible internet!

Flight was delayed, boarded, sat at the gate for more than 30 minutes, left the gate then waited on the pad for another 30 to 60 minutes then returned to the gate, deboarded and was cancelled... alternative flight was not booked automatically. Waited in line for 30 minutes but fortunately an alternate flight to a different destination was found ... no thanks to the travel agent used by kayak

The food was okay and the space in business class was smaller than we had to Singapore.

I don’t like the music section but I believe it was a cost decision. I changed my flight last minute due to work issues and had to sit way in the back. The seats were way closer together than I would have preferred.

Passenger was too loud for the entire flight crew not once ask them to tame it …. Many passengers are uncomfortable including having headaches

The Charleston, WV airport was cute. Very good staff and small enough to feel comfortable. The plane had more leg room than bigger planes. Much more comfortable.

We got upgraded for this flight. But the particular bright spot was the flight attendant in our cabin. She was attentive but not intrusive. She interacted in a personal way with each passenger and gave a great service. Thank you!

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.
