Cons: "terrible space/legroom. Very cramped tray table, couldn't fit laptop on it. Made me check my carry on bag. not even gate check, checked to baggage claim. Yet there was still overhead space once I got on. Lots of . overbooking - should never happen in this day and age. Delta does not deserve its "#1" rating. The rating system seems biased. Probably paid off by delta. Southwest is way better for economy class."

I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Earlier today your system was down and your agent told me to call back. Now no one picks up the phone. I have been on hold for 15 minutes. This was British airways."

The leg room was too small. There were no sweet cookies within the snacks. Fly attendants did their work, but were not particularly pleasing."

When this happens with them. They have a rep at the gate to help you. Also. There were only two people at the customer service desk for all of us. You should have had all four stations available to expedite the process of reschedualling. Everyone one agreed that united just did not care. So sad. We had a very tired infant with us. What should have been a short twenty minute flight turned into two hours."

Cons: "We reserved wheelchair assistance prior to the flight. We had to wait an extended amount of time to actually get the wheelchair assistance with 5 kids 7 and under. Due to the wait we almost missed our flight, we were literally the last to board the plane. We were hoping to grab some breakfast for the kids as we had a long flight and did not have time to do so because of this delay. This is why we called ahead to reserve the wheelchair. The people checking in did not seem to care about the delay and only told us to be patient. Sad, unfortunate experience with accessibility issues."

I was like" can you see I was sleeping? To me that was rude. Also they didn't coordinate to serve drinks they took more than usual to serve. No one even ask if we want more drinks or not. Hope they do better"

Pros: "The price"
Cons: "I went to check in and the kiosk wasn’t working for anyone!! But they wouldn’t let you get agent assistance without going to the kiosk first. There were only 2 agents working behind the counter, and 3 walking around. The 3 walking around wouldn’t answer any questions. I was supposed to be tsa-pre check. it said it in the system but wouldn’t print on my ticket. She didn’t try very hard and told me to just explain it to the tsa agent. Riiiight, like they would believe me! They didn’t. The crew on the plane were fine. The seats are horribly uncomfortable, but again you get what you pay for."

Cons: "No wifi"

Pros: "We boarded quickly and easily, arrived on time and the flight crew were all friendly and attentive! We had the big sears up front and they were comfy and clean. The flight was great! I’d do it again!"
Cons: "Everyone was great. Nothing to complain about. Only one small point of aggravation was pre-paying for checked baggage, not needing it and wanting to change over to carry on instead actually cost $60 more as it couldn’t be done online before and had to be done at airport for an upcharge."

Pros: "Great fly"
Cons: "No entertainment and paying for coffee and beverage in the airplane."

Pros: "Both flights had on-time departure and arrivals. Check-in was easy."
Cons: "The plane on the return flight was not clean. The snack/drink selection was limited (out of trail mix, ginger ale). Seats were cramped. Baggage fees ridiculous."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The Cabin was so cold we did not have enough clothing to put on to keep us warm. We froze for 4 hrs."

Pros: "Flight crew was amazing! Quick, courteous, responsive."
Cons: "TSA precheck. My reservation indicated it was entered, but it didn't print on the ticket. When I brought this to the attention of Spirit CSRs, The answer was "Yeah, sometimes it does that." Unacceptable. TSA precheck is a convenience for passengers and, more importantly, an added level of security for TSA personnel. Prechecked passengers have already been background screened. These passengers are known safe entities in an uncertain security environment. Each person prechecked is one less security threat TSA needs to assess, meaning TSA can focus more effort on potential threats. Denying a precheck customer precheck status makes everyone's life more difficult. Fix your system, then train employees on how to appropriately deal with these issues."

Pros: "On board crew were good"
Cons: "Check in took 1.5 hours. Poorly organized. One line for all. Even to drop a prepaid bag. Same line as buying ticket et al. My last spirit airline flight ever"

Cons: "1. Baggage charge expensive! over paid extra fee for $65.00 compared to other airlines only for $25.00; was not aware of hidden fees! 2. Fight attendant, (white woman, tall, large woman, dark hair) was very rude to me. While giving flight demonstration she said, "you need to turn that off" (referring to my cell phone). Then she said it the second time, very rudely "TURN IT OFF!!!" This is very unprofessional, this is not acceptable. I had my music off and was listening to her in the first place! Her facial expression and tone of voice was very degrading and racist."

Pros: "My son n I were seated together at no extra charge."
Cons: "Spirit airlines just seems to lack the professionalism of other airlines. I feel like cleanliness and courtesy are stripped down along with their low rates. I will give up traveling as often to pay for better service and amenities rather than be subjected to this bottom of the barrel experience . You get what you pay for."

Pros: "Smooth, no delays even arrived ahead of schedule!"

Cons: "Very uncomfortable seat, trouble with online checkin, not given TSA precheck boarding pass"

Cons: "They cancel our flight back home and refunded our money back and gave my party and I a 50 dollar voucher to only find out that they used a third party airline (Miami international) to get us home and the manager at the airport was the one that told us that. So we barley made the flight back home. Only to get back and my friends luggage was left at the other airport. Never again will I use this airline. It was my first flying experience ever and they happen to taint the experience. Never again. You get what you pay for. The reps on the phone are not knowledgeable and can barley understand you and your situation. If you do use them talk with the airport directly about everything or you will be given the run around."

Pros: "I did not like a single thing about this Airline"
Cons: "I disliked everything. The customer service in the USA was terrible. You're better off paying another airline for a free carry on. Honestly who pays for a carry on, not only that it was $57.00 for a carry on in the USA but in the DR it was $67.00. It should be one price for all. I would never use this airline again."

Cons: "$50 for one small bag to be checked. That will keep Me from using spirit again. No drinks, water, etc. really sw air charges the same with a free bag and snacks."

Cons: "I spent money on the cab to the airport only to be turned away because spirit canceled the flight. They told me my money would be returned but I have not seen anything yet."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2x and the gate was changed. I was late to my meeting because of flight delay. Not impressed with JetBlue."

Cons: "Pilots needs more practice in flying. Was not a smooth flight. Redirected to Atlantic City and never given any think to compensate for that. Plane was 2 hours last leaving philly, and never was compensated for that either."

Pros: "Absolutely Irving was good about our experience."
Cons: "We missed our flight waiting in line for 2 hours to check our bag. Spirit was not helpful at all and basically told us we should have been there earlier. So after we lost the money for that trip we had to pay for another one-yes on another airline. Then spirit canceled our return flight without notifying us. So that's an additional 300$ stolen for services that were not provided. Spirit was terrible. The worst experience I've ever had flying. We will NEVER use spirit again."

Pros: "Canceled with no valid reason and was not giving any reasonable alternatives to plans made on the flight overseas with less than 12 hours before boarding"

Cons: "Our flight was cancelled and we were stranded in the Dallas-Fort Worth airport to find out own way home to Tampa. Spirit refunded us our return flight but was of no help in our rebooking. This was the first and last time I will ever take this airline. They took absolutely no responsibility for their actions and had not concern at all for our well being. Terrible, just terrible. Shame on Spirit Airlines."

Pros: "If I want to fly somewhere with just my laptop and no carry on and no luggage, this will be the way to go."
Cons: "After booking this flight with Spirit (2 flights out and 2 flights back, and I'm not going to rate each one separately) I was ready to log in an pay for baggage because I did not carefully examine all the details when booking. We did not get a free carry-on and the price for paying for luggage was higher than expected. BUT that was just the beginning. In every flight I've been on before, you pay for your bags one, I had to pay for the bags each step of the way. And paying for luggage and carry-ons each step of the way meant paying over $300 for bags. I'm used to paying $30 per person. So my excitement at getting low fares evaporated instantly. I was now paying the going rate for the flight with a lot of extra hassle to boot. I was with my aunt who needed a wheelchair to get around the airport in a wheelchair. Other airlines had them available for us to use, but Spirit would only offer to call a service for us. They did not indicate what the cost of this service would be. They didn't say it was free and they didn't say it was not. I just found an empty wheelchair and used that, after having just paid more than $300 for baggage for three small bags, I wasn't into more surprises. But I had to use American Airlines wheelchairs which they were cool with, because Spirit refused to let me use theirs without the escort (paid?) who actually didn't show up in the few minutes it took me to think it through."

Cons: "paying extra for every thing. My flight was not cheap to begin with and after all was said and done, it had doubled in price after paying for seats and a carry on bag."

Cons: "I was thirsty but didn't have a credit card so I couldn't buy water"

Pros: "it was affordable and quick"
Cons: "the checked bag is $50"

Pros: "Easy problem free. Great prices."
Cons: "It was what you would expect from a discount airline. Everything was fine not excellent"

Pros: "The plane landed safely…"
Cons: "$55 for a carry-on bag… Come on!"
