Pros: "The agent in San Francisco was awesome and even went out of her way to bump me to a better seat. Leaving Portland was easy, crew were super organized!"
Cons: "No entertainment systems were working at all. Leaving San Francisco to kahului we had so many unruly young adults that were just out if control. They kept switching seats, spilling alcohol all over me and my stuff and the flight crew could not care less. We even had an older Asian flight attendant on flight 1749 that was just overwhelmed for the job. She would hand the person on the isle a handful of pretzels and say 'here, pass these out'. The other flight crew members made it worse by treating her poorly. You could tell they didn't like her and were agitated by her. Instead if being polite and educating, they were exasperated and impatient. Overall was super disappointed. I have flown United so many times back home to Maui and was always so please and excited to brag about how great United was. Not this time. Thanks for reading."

Pros: "The crew and captain were amazing dealing with us during a terrible, late night delay. They constantly kept us updated about what was happening and were constantly walking around to ensure all of our needs were met."
Cons: "The plane was absolutely horrible. Two bathrooms and the in-flight entertainment did not work as well as most reading lights. A door sensor wasn't working correctly which cost us another hour of waiting for a technician to come and repair/reset the sensor."

Cons: "I bought first/business class ticket for my wife & myself. The sitting was comparable to premium coach level, my overhead bin was occupied by someone else. Food service was acceptable. I am medium built, the lavatory was very tight I felt sorry for larger than my self."

Pros: "Everything was perfect - the pretzel packs looked like they were from 2007 and stale but I don't care about that. The pilots landing there and back were like we landed on clouds - not a single bump or jolt. The flights left on time and arrived early. The staff at gate and plane were so helpful and happy and knew how to do their jobs and not opposed to doing it with a smile. I have flown over the world and these two flights on united were the best."

Cons: "My flight was delayed three hours. The staff behind the gate were extremely rude and unhelpful when I or others would ask details about the flight. They failed to provide us with anything other than "All we know is what you know," which is extremely false as they knew the whole time that the flight coming in was delayed, which delayed our flights. The crew onboard was extremely rude as well, telling me I could not have two cups of Coke when I asked for a second (I was thirsty, and we were waiting for 3 hours to board the flight). Also, the flight attendant kept knocking on the bathroom door while I was in there, and once I got out, told me I was limited to 5 minutes during flight (which I have never been told, and have been flying for years). Needless to say, I probably will never be flying United Airlines again."

Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

Pros: "Ive had a hip injury so walking is problematic. I was worried about my 45 minute transfer time in Ohare. The boarding attendant at Charleston ordered a wheelchair to meet me. I got to my plane as it boarded. A distance I couldn't have walked, much less in the time allotted."

The first one was because they still had plane maintenance to do (3 & 1/2hour delay) The second, they forgot to transfer the the log book when it was full and they had to scan 26pages while we all waited with a bunch of pissed off business men who were yelling and booing the pilot:(. The third flight was delayed so much that I couldn't fly out till the next day."
