Pros: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Cons: "Very cramped seats. Very slow boarding. Needed to wait at 4 different security checks when transferring from one TAF plane to another -- after 2 security checks/waits for 1st TAF plane."

Cons: "At Tashkent Turkish air had no personnel to resolve problems. Our luggage was very damaged and after waiting for almost an hour, we had to leave the airport"

Pros: "I loved the amount of attention and consoling that was given to an ailing elderly woman on my flight to Turkey! On my flight to Ghana the attendants were so gentle and provided a lot of ammenities. Oh and the hotel was an amazing experience and respite especially after the run-around at the airport. Thank you"
Cons: "I did not enjoy the run-around I was given in trying to find the hotel desk. “50 meters then turn left” was the anthem. All someone had to say was go outside the airport and you’ll find the hotel desk! Hehe thank you Turkish Airlines however! Thank you."

Cons: "There simply is not enough room for such a long flight. I havent Flown in a while and was surprised at how tight the seats were since i last flew - both flying from the US to Istanbul and vice versa. However, for the shorter two hour connecting flights, from Istanbul to Tel Aviv, the seats seemed to have more room. This does not make sense."

My grandmother needed a wheel chair and the lady who took her did not allow any of us to stay with her , mind you my grandmother can't speak English. The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"

Pros: "1.The in flight entertainment options such as movies, TV programs and music, offered in flight were very good. Many recent movies and TV programs 2. For long international flights, the airline still provides disposable slippers, toothbrush, and eye cover for every passenger 3. Crew members on board were friendly and service oriented"
Cons: "1. Poor support for passengers with international transfers. We took Turkish airline to fly from Rome to San Francisco with an overnight stopover in Istanbul. The airline promised overnight stay and transportation. When we got into Istanbul airport after 11:00pm as scheduled, there was no support from the airline. Different airline staff provided different answers. Very confusing. The on-site transfer desk support was unfriendly and not helpful. 2. Tight seat configurations for international flights. For our 13-hour flights, the seats were not comfortable."

Pros: "After checking in in Manila, they told us there is no more seats for us and we're not able to board the plane that we booked few months in advance! Wtf! We had to board next plane the next day, 24hours latet! One day of our vacation lost. Going back was no better since the plane from Manila had slight delay and we missed our connecting flight to Ljubljana for just few minutes. Disappointment again! We got home 15 hours later than we should have. Don't think we will fly with Turkish airlines ever again.After checking in in Manila, they told us there is no more seats for us and we're not able to board the plane that we booked few months in advance! Cons: "Took FOREVER to get my bag in Tashkent. When you arrive at 2:30 in the morning, you want to get your bag and go to bed, not spend another hour or more waiting at the airport. This may not be entirely the fault of the airline, but it seems that a company like Turkish Airlines should have enough clout to insist on a better travel experience for their customers."

Cons: "They changed flights after booked. Went from a 1 hour lay over to 18 hour lay over in Istanbul. We cancelled and booked different flight at much higher rate. Got all tangled up in hotel changes, really created a mess. Likely not use that airline in future."

Cons: "I asked a flight member for assistance and he said he would get back to me with the info but never responded. Also, when meals were delivered, my packages were halfway open as if it was prev touched by someone else and the food was not warm. My arriving flight gave high hopes that this returning fight did not fulfill."

Cons: "I reported my bag was broken on arrival to Athens.. I reported it through fb but have not heardfrom you.. I only have the picture of the damage.. I did not see anyone to report this .. My flight was Sept 4 and arrived Athens sept 5"

Cons: "The plane was old, I got the wrong seat assignment, when I called to get a seat assignment months and months in advance, I've asked for a window seat and not on the wing, not only I got no window , it was on the wing. The air conditioner was not working, I was cramp like a sardine, and it was extremely hot"

Cons: "Absolutely all of the agents I dealt with during check-in. This was true for especially those checking in at the business class line for some reason. She was really rude."

Pros: "'we took of late. I WAS PROMISSED ON THE PLANE THAT SOMEONE WILL ASSIST ME TO GET TO MY CONNECTION . IT DIDNT HAPPEN . I LOST MY CONNECTION AND WAS TREATED AT THE DESK AS A VAGABONED. THE PERSON WAS RUDE AND HE YELLED AT ME ! IWAS AFFRAID TO GO TO THE CITY AND STAYED IN AN HOTEL IN THE AIRPORT THAT COST ME 138E SHAME ON THEM ZEHAVA TELEM GILLADI"
