Excellent piloting and cabin crew.
Our original flight was delayed and Marika, at the Delta gate of another flight to the same city, was able to get us on the flight that was going to our city. We were so grateful to get home before the winter storm! We appreciate your staff and the help their quick, efficient manner to get us on a new flight!
Punctual departures. Adequate overheard space.
Food was mediocre for a 5-6 hour flight. I expected a little bit more.

The layover was too short we missed our connecting flight. How did Kayak even allow us to book such an itinerary. Staff with the airline was also rude! Never will I book with site ever again!Rude

Great light, great staff. They did not have any movies or music you could listen to, but everything else was fabulous.

The cabin crew were very kind and helpful, always smiling and happy to be of service.
It wasn't Air New Zealand, but operated by United Airlines. The plane was uncomfortable, and the entertainment system seemed clunky, unintuitive and outdated. The selection of entertainment, poor in quality, I thought. There were lost of things to watch, but a lot of it was of poor quality. The food was acceptable, but again, it felt like it was done on-the-cheap, and I was eating airline food a la 20 years ago.
Staff was excellent. From check in to flight crew. On time and earlier arrival. Unexpected.
Unable to bring some carryon. No coffee available on board.

No complementary food. Old plane, no great entertainment options (should also have subtitles for hard of hearing).
