Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Cons: "Didn’t like the credit card advertising announcement over the intercom and then again by the crew. The lack of food and snack options was pretty sad but that’s par for the course nowadays. One of my pet peeves: People boarded with out verification of their boarding pass location. By the time we boarded, 90% of the plane was loaded and we were in the middle. Luckily that had no impact but annoying bc people are trying to get their overhead bins before they run out, which they did."

At 6:00 p.m we were told they were bringing another plane from the hanger. The plane showed up around 9:00 p.m ... must be a long trip from the hanger. Then we were told they are waiting on a rear flight crew from another flight. After getting the rear flight crew, we were told that the front flight crew "timed out" and they had to look for other pilots. Needles to say after arriving at West Palm Beach at 1:00 in the morning...about four hours late the passengers were all devastated. American could have orchestrated this so much better"

C'mon AA, it's 2017. •Charging for checked bags is greedy, I don't care if others do it, that's not a good excuse + Southwest doesn't charge. •Plane left 30 min late (and arrived 30 late), then had to sit on Tarmac waiting for a gate. •Placed us at the farthest bagged claim from our arrival gate (all bagge claims walking up to ours were empty), so thanks for thinking of the customer first there. •I reserved an aisle seat, they changed me to window without asking. Thanks. •Overall, there are too many other choices in airlines... I may just be one customer, but this is one less they'll have, as other major carriers haven't ever racked up this amount of annoyances in a single trip with me before."

Pros: "Flight attendant, Billy, on flight to Chicago encouraged everyone to help each other figure out how to manage close connection times due to a long delay leaving Charlottesville. He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"

Cons: "- Took 2 hours to get through check in and security - ridiculous. Check in was disorganized and inefficient. People queued to use the kiosks. Firstly, there were too few kiosks, with several unused and at least one was offline. We then waited again for an extended period of time to drop of bags which should be less than 5 min. Please take lessons from Lufthansa - they really know what they are doing. This was one of the worst arrangements in the world. - One of the flight attendants, not all, seems quite bothered to serve us. I don't appreciate that. - No Wifi available - Flight was delayed"

Cons: "United should have allowed the super-economy ticket holder to check in online get my boarding pass especially I didn’t have any bag to check in. I was almost late for my plane because counter assistance is needed in my case, while there was no counter for NO-bag check-in. The kiosk rejected my check-in as well as online check-in. It was confusing and frustrating; I felt like the United Airline did that on purpose to deter the super-economy ticket buyer. Please be aware of time to take to check in with NO BAG with Super-Economy ticket at EWR."

When i questioned the ticket agent, she replied, "it didn't matter when you purchased tickets and it doesn't matter if you chose your seats, you can be bumped at any time". ..so after everyone boarded, then turns out my bf and i can't sit together, we ended up 5 rows from eachother, and we both have anxiety from flying. I am very disappointed with United Airlines, and will do my best not to book with them again. NOT THE FRIENDLY SKIES."

The male flight attendant was rude even to my 7 and 10 year old who sat alone because there were no seats together. My 7 year old didn't know what tray table in the upright position meant and the attendant was giving him a hard time instead of just helping him."

There was no entertainment of any kind. The pilots kept pushing back the time we were taking off every 15 minutes and kept changing the arrival time drastically. Overall, horrendous experience."

Pros: "Crew was very nice. Weather wasn't great at takeoff but we arrived safely and all necessary precautions were taken."
Cons: "While waiting to take off we were delayed taking off due to a closed runway. The captain was making announcements over a PA system that didn't work, so we really had no idea why we were driving around in circles. Wifi was expensive. When my 2 hours ran out, I had no warning and lost a page of work I had not saved."
Pros: "nothing. I will never use kayak again"
Cons: "Kayak doesn't actually have anything to do with it my trip, it turns out. So when my flights got messed up, I couldn't call Kayak. And I couldn't call United or SAS because they said some third-rate travel agency actually bought me the ticket (after I "purchased" through Kayak. And so when I missed my SAS connection because of my delayed United connecting flight, nobody cared and nobody can assure me I'll ever get reimbursed. United said called SAS. SAS said call the travel agency... and on and on it went."
Pros: "The cost."
Cons: "Attendants didn't know how to work Directv sets so no one on plane had programming. One attendant thought it was a touch screen and it wasn't. Another said she would reset the system but never did."
