My wife has a scooter and they where supposed to send from departure to destination and had it go to connecting flight,not good.Nobody has knowledge of the scooters or the battery's.

They lost my bag on both the going and return flight of my round-trip.

Not one thing to like. Three flights all with “mechanical” delays. Never got to where I was going and spent additional $500 for a hotel room. American Airlines is the worst in the industry!

Air condition was not working for long both after boarding and also after landing ; unbearably hot and suffocating

It was canceled at the last minute. While I was literally at the airport. Messed my entire trip up.

Flight was on-time, boarding was flawless and the crew was friendly.

The flight was good. We had to spend almost an hour on the tarmac when we arrived in Dallas. Waiting for a gate. What’s the point of arriving early if you have no gate to park at?

Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.
