Pros: Decent service crew
Cons: Boarding, seating, comfort, media, food and general value..
Cons: A great flight!!
Pros: Crew was amazing
Cons: Waiting area before boarding was really hot, if you can’t afford air conditioning then maybe electric fans!!
Pros: That I got home
Cons: Haha where do I start. The experience overall was poor. One of my flights was canceled by British and they claimed I cancelled it. It was a hot mess all the way around. This left we standing outside the airport in Indi for nearly an hour.
Pros: The crew was behaving nice.
Cons: The website is horrible and full of bugs. In Flight tracker, the same flight returned two results, one in cancelled status and another in delayed status. I called british airways to update my personal details as their website didn't allow me to enter details, the staff messed up the details.
Cons: The crew/attendants were very efficient and listens to the passengers. They went the extra mile to accommodate.
Cons: Ba got me too late to terminal to catch connecting flight to lax on air NZ
Cons: Arrangenents for wheel chairs at London were poor compared to Chicago which was excellent .
Pros: What can I say about this awesome flight with great crew and a free upgrade? Fan-dabby-dozy-tastic!
Cons: Everything else
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Filth plane
Pros: Nothing specific
Cons: Long boarding time. Unfriendly flight attendants in business class.
Pros: Good food good crew flight was good
Cons: While in London not good experience for old people especially if wheel chair assembly and to get AA airline birding pass is very confused need to b more in comfortable
Pros: Friendly crew, flight on time, great food and snacks, good movie selection
Cons: Seats not too confortable, landed on time but got to the gate 45 mins after landing
Pros: Ease of boarding
Pros: Service and staff were great.
Cons: Food not so good. Storage locker against the side bulkhead was constantly difficult to open.
Pros: Service kind and efficient
Cons: Very lethargic service and no serving of snacks in between meals
Pros: Plane kept to time schedule fabulous
Cons: Traveling economy
Cons: The flight to Heathrow was delayed by 2.30 hours while other flights to London was on time
Pros: Quick and efficient boarding.
Cons: The way that the crew (both in economy on right of plane) spoke to, and handled sensitive situations with several of the passengers in a loud and rather rude manner. This is not the British way that I have been accustomed to on previous BA flights, and is rather upsetting. The crew were very abrupt in general, and did not have that seasoned and polite demeanor which I expect from BA.
Cons: air condition from above and from everywhere, it was too cold for me.
Pros: Flight left on time. Crew were helpful and friendly. Asian vegetarian meal was good. I had tomato rice, broccoli and eggplant as side dish. Toilets were clean.
Cons: Breakfast was not great. I had asian vegetarian meal. I had uppuma, mini dosa and sambar and they were tasty. But I also had bread, sweet bread and a piece of sweet cake. Three kinds of bread is not necessary. Too much carbo. Please provide, vegetables like cucumber, tomato and carrot with breakfast. Also chick peas without spices and rava kesari can be served with breakfast.
Cons: Seats are not comfortable. The crew are OK. No fruit juice or cool drinks.
Cons: Rude staff, incompetent customer care
Cons: I️ almost lose the next flight because the previous flight was late
Pros: Most things
Pros: Great service
Cons: The entire flight was boarded before the crew determined the engine would not start. We sat on the plane without AC in Chicago for nearly 3 hours. Ultimately the flight was delayed overnight causing me to lose an entire day of vacation in Italy.
Pros: Good hospitality
Cons: As to drinks like juices etc there is no suffecient supply
Cons: Very noisy plane
Pros: I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!
Pros: We were lucky we boarded early because i had reserved the seats in Premium economy and had a baby with us. That's the only good part about the journey
Cons: Horrible food No USB or charging ports in aircraft. The plane felt like decade old. Crappy seats with shitty monitors, reclining mechanisms Crew kept disturbing us for food when we were sleeping and kept serving us the meal we didn't order. When u hit the call button no answer! Ba missed our bags stroller and car seat. Thanks but no thanks BA. No one at athe counter to answer
Pros: 1. MAA - Boarding - grouping should have been more professional
Cons: 1. I had filled up API information & am an Executive club member. My India contact number is available on record. In spite of that I did not get SMS about flight ETD details or alert. 2. First meal was served about 1 hour after departure, which is Ok. The second meal was served after 8 hours, towards end of flight. 3. BA 36 takes off at ETD 05.30 & travels east. It is always day time as it flies.
Pros: Offfered to boarded early as I was traveling with my Son
Pros: The crew and flight were as expected
Cons: BA caused our original flight on norwegian to be delayed, we subsequently missed our flight from London to Venice. BA wouldn't even credit the cost of the missed flight to the rebooked flight. Had to pay full freight for first class because coach was booked.
Pros: Short, yet pleasant flight. Great crew!
Cons: Honestly, I can't complain. Small issues with preferred seat.
Cons: THE FLIGHT WAS CANCELED. I HAD TO MAKE CHANGES FOR MYSELF AND PARTNER. THE CHANGES REQUIRED ME TO CHANGE TO FROM A BRITISH AIRWAYS FLIGHT TO AN AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT. MY TIME FRAME WAS EXTREMELY TIGHT SO THAT I COULD MAKE THE FLIGHT FROM MADRID TO CHARLOTTE AND ON TO DENVER. FINNAIR REPRESENTATIVES WERE NOT HELPFUL. FINNAIR DIRECTED ME TO GO TO THE IBERIA DESK WHO ASSISTED ME WITH THE PROCESS TO FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT.
Pros: Crew was gracious and professional despite long lines of frustrated passengers. I was very impressed.
Cons: Meals were tasteless.
Cons: Nothing specific
Pros: The experience in baggage counter was pathetic. They charged me more than $200 for my third baggage.
Cons: The staff at Chennai Airport was unfriendly
Cons: Did not allow us on the flight one hour before scheduled time due to inability to check in.
Pros: Vueling uniforms.
Cons: The most tightest and uncomfortable plane ride in my life. Stop flying your customers on such an awful plane especially executive club members.
Pros: That you could watch movies and shows from the headrest, very helpful to pass the time. They fed us a lot (very salty) and were very nice.
Cons: I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most.
Cons: They loaded us on the plane only to inform us that we'd be in que for an hour+... not acceptable. They should have delayed loading.
Pros: I liked everything about the flight, very comfortable seats (Club World), great staff who were very thoughtful and helpful with our situation (disabled person). The check-in personnel at Chennai were very considerate and helpful, much appreciated. The wheelchair arrangements at Chennai were excellent. The food on the flight was very good and accommodated our dietary restrictions. Entertainment choices (movies) were quite good, too, and managed to get some pretty good sleep as well. The lavatories had green/red light system for availability, visible from our seats, which was very helpful. The lavs were quite well maintained and clean. The flight was on time. and it arrived safely, which is the main thing.
Cons: The transition from the flight to the terminal at LHR was not optimal, though the staff were trying their best. The "jetty" ramp way for normal deplaning was broken, they said, so they brought a set of steep aluminum steps instead. Navigating these steep steps was not possible for some passengers (difficulty walking and with steps), so finally they called a mechanical lift device (like a fork lift) to help those passengers, many in wheelchairs, who couldn't manage the steps. We had to wait for at least 30-40 minutes on the plane for the lift to arrive and stand outside on its platform up in the air, waiting to be ready to descend to ground level. This was pretty uncomfortable and it made our connection time very short. To compound matters, once on the ground, there was a wheelchair available for only one of us, though 2 had been requested, but as on other flights through LHR, there was unfortunately not enough staff to push it through Term. 5 to the connecting flight. So, I had to do that myself, along with managing my own luggage, which was a bit challenging, as I was tired by then. Our flight connection time, already much shortened by the deplaning situation, was evaporating steadily. Fortunately, there was an excellent staff member from Heathrow, who had been assigned to push someone else's wheelchair, who guided our group of wheelchairs, complete with hand luggage and children, though the maze of Term. 5, through very busy security and finally to our gate. We would have gotten lost and even if not, would almost surely have missed the flight without this guide facilitating this trek. We made the connecting flight with barely 5 minutes to spare.
Pros: Prompt service
Cons: Tea was excellent on Chennai London flight but not that good between London and Chicago
Pros: Cabin crew excellent. Polite and friendly. Very helpfull. I like the cabin bag policy.
Cons: Ground crew awful. Rude and so so so si slow. Check in Q went for over an hour. And we got no apology from ground crew. He ctually said to me an hour Q is actually ok!!!!!!! Food on board was seriously a joke. I can bravely say it was not human food. It looked tasted and smelled DISGUSTING! So i disnt eat anything and for 6 hours i was starving! Seats are ok but the deviding handles dont fold up completely. They stay half up so its so hard to lay down.
Pros: The flight was great.
Cons: London/Heathrow arrivals had us going to gate A and through all the security and then we found after going through the security check (1 hr) we saw that the gate for Flight to Venice was B gates. We are not young people, but we aren't ignorant of travel. There was a lot of running around on our part with a lot of undue stress, when we didn't have to leave the E gates at all. There were no gate assignments posted when we landed until 30 minutes out while we were running back to E gates. There is no excuse for that, except we didn't know til the last minute where we were supposed to go after asking 2 people. Why the second check for security after the states on connecting flights? Is this new?
