They were friendly and quick in the check in process, the line moved in a timely matter. One of the best perks that I really enjoyed was the free check in luggage and free movies while flying. Not to mention the yummy food they provide. The Flight Attendants were so sweet and made you feel welcomed. I slept about the entire flight and when I awoke the Flight Attendant stopped by and let me know I missed the meal service, but they saved my tray if I would like to eat it before we land."

The flight flew off course for almost 30 minutes, while the flight attendants required everyone to remain seated due to supposed turbulence. We felt no turbulence for almost 25 mins. No update was given to passengers while we flew far off course. I motioned to the flight attendant, who was seated due to turbulence warning, to ask why we were off-course, but she could not get up. Many passengers were pointing to the flight path animation, to point out that we were flying straight north, instead of southeast. The flight attendant then called the captain for an update, and then the captain finally made an announcement about weather delays around shanghai."

But the ANA staff found me and told me I had a later flight because of a 20 minute delay! It was awesome service, they also gave me a ride directly to Haneda Airport as that was where the later flight was."

I don't know if mines was broken, for some of the graphics lay over each other and looked pixelated making it hard to choose what I wanted. Oh goodness, and rewinding went too fast. i found myself watching scenes over and over again cause if I were to fast forward, it would have gone too fast as well."

Beautiful as well as super efficient and responsive to all requests. I felt "served" as a customer in the best sense of the word, something I have not felt for a long time on an airplane. Even through the flights were long and very full, the attendants were very professional and this made the flight seem shorter and more enjoyable. The economy seat had more legroom and seat space than most other airlines, which made sleeping/dozing much easier. Pillow and blanket too."

Pros: "Asiana staff are not trained in medical issues such as what to do when a passenger complains they are feeling weak from low blood sugar/hypoglycemia conditions. It is common for people with low blood sugar to have blood sugar drops while flying. The condition is dangerous if not handled properly but can be remedied very easily by simply increasing a passenger's intake of protein (such as chicken or beef) and carbohydrates, such as rice (but not white bread or deserts, as those cause spikes and drops in blood sugar). Basically, you only need an extra meal. I told a crew member about my condition and said I simply needed a second meal. She gave me a problem about it and at first refused. She understood the English words low blood sugar, but she was obviously not trained in that common issue. I was ready to pass out due to a drop in blood sugar and only when I threatened to file a lawsuit in a U.S. court against Asiana (as I anticipated passing out) did she react. Within a few seconds after I mentioned a potential lawsuit, she got me a second meal of chicken and rice. I ate it and the protein and carbs stabilized my blood sugar for the rest of the flight. It's a problem easily remedied but I had to argue with the flight attendant to grant my very simple but very necessary request. Asiana needs to comply with the norms of global carriers and train its staff to understand such comment conditions as low blood sugar. U.S. and European carrier understand this condition very well, and their crews are trained in how to handle it by simply giving extra food. Asiana needs to comply with modern, global norms."

Cons: "I don't have the exact flight times but flight from Seattle to Korea was suppose to arrive in Korea at around 18:00 and leave for Ho Chi Ming at 19:00. It arrived after 18:00, boarding was suppose to be at 18:40 but by the time I was able to get on the rail to the main station it was 18:40. Luckly a crew member had a sign and was calling out "HCMC". Luckily I am in good shape because we ran through the airport to the next connection as they were getting ready to close the plane doors. Need to have someone walk and time, the time of arrival from Seattle into Korea, onto the rail, to the main station and distance to gate 40. You may very well miss your flight."

Cons: "6:40pm Friday flight was delayed 2 hours, and when we finally boarded, pulled away from the gate, and were ready to takeoff, they announced the flight was cancelled because they can't meet the curfew at Narita Airport. Took us another hour to deplane, and another hour to go through immigration and customs (yes we had to do it again), and get our bags. Then they sent us to a hotel 30 mins outside Seoul (they told us it was 20), gave us a Lotteria fast food burger and asked us to be in the lobby at 4:50AM (it was already midnight). Bus didn't have enough space for everyone so they had to call a van too. When we arrived at the airport after our 30 min ride, the bus dropped us off on the wrong side and we all had to walk 15 mins to the opposite end of the airport to check in. Since the rescheduled flight was the first flight out, the airport was super busy and security lines were extra long. After all those lines there was barely enough time to get on the plane. Summary: from originally scheduled time until wheels up I waited in about 6 hours of lines or just sitting around,1 hour of bus rides, slept 3 hours, and ate one lousy burger. All of this for what was supposed to be a nice weekend trip to Tokyo, which chopped down to a 30 hour stay in Tokyo. These guys should have known what time they can pull away from the gate to make curfew. There's no reason why we all had to go through this extra aggravation. Turns out Asiana has been making really tight schedules to accommodate the summer peak season, and they just can't keep up."

But just told her it was my fault and you cut the call. I think your customer service team helped me more proper and instantly. Pros: "I had a great time during my flight from istanbul to Seoul . My seat didn't recline and cabin crew immediately helped and took me to a business class as an apology . They were very responsive to any time i needed help . And the food was amazing . Even the economy class gets gourmet meals ."

HA”s web site will not allow the user to charge personal information within 24 hours of travel. Check-in for overseas travel requires passport information, if it does not match your HA profile then you cannot pre-check-in. Calling HA support was no help. Even airport agents could not fix the issue they could at least over ride the information."

I had arrived early too saw an earlier flight going to the same place i needd, asked if they had an empty seat if i could join that flight. Once again, that crew without looking or hesitation, said no room available and wait for your flight. The part that got to me was she didn't even look. Being overseas for two years and coming home to this, just killed my spirit to be back in the United States. I thought Hawaiian Airlines would be a relaxing and fun airline but i was sure wrong."

Fairly long (40ish minute) wait at HNL for some other plane to leave our gate."

The lady who checked me in seemed to have a problem with my service dog and demanded documentation that is not federally required and have me attitude. She was totally rude. When boarding the plane, the attendant made zero effort to help me locate my seat. Worst Hawaiian flight ever. No aloha. The woman in the seat next to me had a similar rude experience."

They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

And then at the gate, I was supposedly "randomly selected" for ANOTHER swab/swipe security check. The flight itself was uncomfortable. There are not enough bathrooms for the number of people seated on the flight. The entertainment was the only excellent and recommendable thing about this delta flight."

I asked an Air France rep in Japan to assign me an exit row seat (it’s a 14 hrs flight and I am almost 6 ft tall). She showed me the plane diagram and picked a seat, but when I arrived it turned out I was in a row directly behind. WiFi did not worked and the flight attendant said “they could not do anything” My film was interrupted twice (with a random film drubbed in Korean) and had to be reset manually Food was not great (and menues are identical on all delta flights - this was my 5th delta flight in the course of one week), the snack in particular (leek and mushroom cream soup-like mass wrapped in a tortilla - who ever thought of this? And one of the flight attendants was aloof and snappy."

My iPhone 7Plus is only a little smaller than the screen they would have you watch for five hours. Also the plane was old and noisy and seats were not really comfortable. But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."
