Cons: "There was no choice for vegetarian/vegan meal options on the flight. This was my biggest complaint. Having a meal option is crucial when you are flying for 10+ hours. It is 2016, the vegetarian/vegan community is growing, and it is unfair that there was no choices. Luckily, the snacks were vegan friendly and the kind staff tried to put together a meal of veggies, fruit, and as many rolls as we wanted. If this wouldn't have been the case, the flight could have been a lot worse. Consider giving the meal preference choice to people. Not everyone eats meat, and many have an allergy/intolerance to dairy."

We had to rearrange everything waiing for us at our final destination. BTW there was no explanation nor bad weather to cause this problem."

Pros: "On an overnight long-haul the thing I hope for most is sleep. The crew rapidly started beverage service after takeoff. Dinner was cleared and lights turned down about 1.5 hours later, including three opportunities for beverages. Lights came back up only about an hour before landing. Despite that no one seemed rushed. Seconds were offered for coffee, passengers had time to use the restroom before de-planing. We likely had almost 4 hours of our approximately 7.5 hour itinerary to attempt sleep."

Those families bring kids, screaming kids to a section filled with higher fare paying customers. The FA in my section had such big hips, that she knocked my shoulder EVERYTIME she walked by. Not only that, everytime she did the courtesy reach over to grab empty cups from the middle seat, she hit me with her trash bag. Woulda been fine had I been awake, but I was trying to sleep in between the bouts of screaming from the devil possessed kids."

Cons: "First, the original 90 minute layover became 8 hours with the old buy this scheduled ticket and 3 weeks later we will switch it to 7 hours. After a 8 hour red-eye, it was brutal. BA was an hour late taking off from London to Warsaw. The onboard experience was charge for everything. No sodas, water, nuts, etc. Oh and boarding, cmon. The gold, silver and special people go first. I think that was 5 people. The other 150 plus, you are on your own, go. You have your typical isle 5 person holding up the entire loading procedure, trying to get their oversized bag in the overhead, versus loading from the back. Wow."

As we were waiting for our flight, we heard the agents call the final call for a flight to Chicago. Truly disgusted with Air Canada - will never fly them again!"

Cons: "When we checked our baggage in Washington, D.C., we were told we would not see our bags until we arrived in Hiroshima. That turned out to be misinformation. When we arrived in Tokyo, we were told we would have to pick up our bags at baggage claim and take them to our connecting flight area. We only had 1 3/4 hours between flights and it took us over an hour just to get our bags. By the time we got our bags and got to the drop off point for the connecting flight, it was way past the time when they stopped accepting bags for the connecting flight. This caused us a lot of stress. We are not seasoned travelers, we were traveling in a foreign country with a language we are unfamiliar with, and are elderly. We got into 2 wrong lines before a fellow traveler with the same situation helped us. She spoke Japanese and was able to put us in contact with someone who could help us. We were fortunate to get a flight an hour later to our final destination. Now we worry about the return trip having a similar problem."

Cons: "Better Quality Food Needed The salted plate served was sub-standard. Also, it was full of salt and poses health risk for many people. In the past, better food was served including a pot pie. Also, the staff should be more aware of the wines to be served. And there is not enough attention paid to service in the executive cabin as the attendant runs back and forth between both cabins."

They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care."

Instead they were offering for $10 to buy a ipad and more money for headphones to rent for the flight to watch movies. Cons: "Our first Air Canada flight was 2hr delayed due to mechanical error. After a 2hr delay, we finally flew for 1hr, had awful turbulence on the way down, and got to Toronto only to find out there was no customer service desk. We missed our connection with Luftanza and had to fly Air Canada again. First off, we couldn't get on another flight until the next morning. Then the desk never called the hotel they gave us the voucher for, so when we showed up at midnight the hotel was fully booked and had no room for us. We had to fly into Heathrow instead of Gatwick (final destination was Brighton for an international conference). We missed the entire first day of the meeting and had to rent a car for 65 pounds each to take us to Brighton from Heathrow, finally arriving at our hotel by midnight. The customer service was non-existent for Air Canada. We literally are going to have to email them."

Cons: "Ticketed for Air Canada, but it was a code share flight with United Airlines. The check in at United took over 15 minutes because my reservation was not recognized by the United online system. Luckily a United agent was able to work through my paperwork and get me checked in, with luggage, via Ottawa to London, Heathrow. However, at the boarding gate for my flight to Ottawa, my boarding pass was deemed invalid and it took another 15 minutes to issue a new boarding pass - with seating at the back of the bus. Was a frustrating/annoying process. Luckily I encountered two capable United employees who worked to resolve the issues."

Pros: "Nothing,Bad customer service and terrible accomodation. Will never use it again."
Cons: "Where do I even start. I was issued a ticked with which I required a canadian transit visa which was never mentioned anywhere. Now I had to get a whole new ticket because you didn't refund me anything. Thanks for that. Never using you guys again."
