Since I traveled on my birthday, they gave me a gift and a card. How thoughtful and caring.
It was just a short flight. The crew was nice. No major issue.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
Horrible like always, flight was supposed to be at 11:40am, we ended up getting a different airplane at 3:25pm.
I fell asleep, and the crew kindly left some snacks for me
Seats in "Premium Economy" were noticeably more comfortable than those in "Economy" and worth the price. My only reservation is that the foot rest did not go higher up. If it did, it would have made the seat much more comfortable.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Particularly meals were great. Service’s were excellent as usual. .
Attentive crew, great service with regular rounds of drinks and trash collecting. Only complaint is the food, which was mediocre.
I was not given any food boats the times the entire flight. I had to go hungry for 10 hours the first flight and 12 hours the second one. They said they did not receive my special request for a vegetarian meal and they were very rude about it. I’m vegetarian because of religious reasons. I will never fly Japanese airlines ever again. And I really hope you are able to give me some compensation for this issue that was cars to me since you were also a Party to this whole transaction.
Cabin Crew was excellent. They took care of everything requested. Flight was good

Loved that leg room was great for economy, and food was definitely better than other American airlines, great selection of movies. My mom is happy.

The airline sent a a very nice flight attendant to pick us up at the Chicago airport and walked us to the gate because the earlier flight was delayed. Then we didn't miss the flight. The customer service was amazing and outstanding! We appreciate the staff members so much!
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
Terrible service - they don’t want to be there and bad food. Entertainment system in economy from the 2000s
No drink service but there was no N/A as an option to choose. Seats were extremely tight. I am under 5.5 and I bumped my knees have no idea how taller people could manage.
Flight delayed, last seat on the plane, no arrival Gate available due to the plane departing late
Kayak booked this flight with only 1h 20min layover in Chicago. This made it impossible for me and several other passengers to reach this flight. Moreover, the gate closed boarding in spite of several passengers still on their way without waiting even one more minute. However, the plane departed with 20min (!) delay, i.e., there would have been at least 15 min time to let the delayed passengers board without causing any delays. I complained and as a "thank you" the attendent booked us on the last (!) flight to Indianapolis ~7h later! Thankfully, I caught the spitefulness and the United customer line rebooked the flight to an earlier flight. Although I can't grade this particular flight since I never had a chance to take it, Kayak made the mistake of a too short layover and the crew at the gate was awful.
Flight did not have wifi service. It was experiencing technical difficulties. Definitely and old plane that needs updating.
Smooth travel. Immediate update prior flight delay so I can arrange myself properly without too rush.
The movies offered were great. Staff were very pleasant and very efficient.
The flight attendants were rude. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Except for one girl that was really nice. Seats are sooooo uncomfortable. They give you a piece of paper and a thin cushion for a pillow and blanket that does nothing. Airlines have gone way downhill, especially United international flights. Food was disguting. Definitely flying ANA next time.
Nothing beats ANA customer service on my opinion. Maybe because of their Japanese culture (and food). Arigatō
The WiFi was out gr entire flight. Had to Diane for almost 1 hour to wait for a gate to open up for plane to dock. Very bad experience.
After boarding, the AC was shut off on the flight. At business class, I really could not breathe. I was absolutely dripping sweat. I was told by the FA that there was nothing they could do but I could stand by the door until departure. So, that's what I did. I was clearly in the way while the FAs were trying to do their work, but I had to be able to breathe. After that, of course, I had sweated up a lot so was very uncomfortable for the six hour flight.
DELAYED AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN - not only that, you delay in 20 minute increments for hours and hours instead of having an accurate delay understanding.
AA was fine....the overall experience was subpar, but not due to the airline due to broader issues
No ground air conditioner for the plane. Very hot and humid prior to take off which was an uncomfortable period of time.
Check-in process was poor, very poor, only one person to check-in all passengers, so if one passenger had a check-in issue, all other passengers were delayed. All check-ins should have two airline staff to check-in passengers.
The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.
Flight was delayed and so much of inconvenience related to the gate change.
Nothing was good about this flight. Although the flight actually departed more than 3 hours late, due to “air traffic control management” we pushed back from gate 2 hours and 20 minutes late and proceeded to sit 100 yards from gate for and then n tarmac for another 1/2 hour additional 20 minutes
One thing you can always count on is your AA flight getting delayed. This is not surprising when they operate these planes like a greyhound bus with wings.
The code sharing reservation with United was messed up requiring extra trip to airport to fix. Air Canada customer service 2.5 hours on hold and resolved nothing.
I'm 6'8" (2.03m) so more legroom would alwqys be appreciated, especially on long international flights. The food choices were underwhelming.
Didn’t make it on the flight. Delayed then had to be rebooked, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for another 8 hours before next flight
the check-in lady at ORD was extremely rude and unprofessional. very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and it really put a damper on things. if i wanted to be treated like trash, i would have flown Economy! (as opposed to business class)
Short flight. Everything was fine except the flight was delayed twice for a total of an hour.
There labor disputes cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before my boarding time but there customer service/website was easy enough to navigate and they rebooked me for no upcharge.

Flight was delayed by 1.5hrs. Once inside, people had their small handbags on the storage. The crew (male guy) was not helpful in making some space in the storage. Instead, he asked few bags to be checked-in and it was not a great experience. No attempt to help but just followed the things with a straight face. People had their literally small bags and he wouldnt not move from one storage to another even if there was space and would not let us do i as well. Once flight was on, they ran out of Orange juice, really running out of orange juice when the temp were 32.degrees outside. didnt made the sense. Onasking for a extra snack, he made a face as if he was giving me out of his pocket. if the flight was delayed, there could have an attempt to provide something extra incase people did asked.
Abandoned me in hallway in a wheelchair… which I asked for because I sprained my back. After waiting in the hallway, I decided to walk the rest of the way since someone respecting me up.. My experience with the united was totally the opposite. Wheelchair access, propped swift and save me a lot of grief. Air Canada totally disorganized.
Terrible confusion btw air Canada and United. Wasn’t able to change ticket because I had purchased on kayak. Rethinking booking tickets on this site, and will try to avoid United and aircanada going forward.
