Cons: "Before we boarded I listened to a couple described how they always went ahead in line at boarding because no one ever stopped them. They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Cons: "I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by over 6 hours (it happens), but the way Frontier customer service handled the situation was extremely poor and that made the experience an unpleasant one."
Pros: "I loved the price of the tickets, crew was friendly, all except one flight attendant on the return flight sitting in the back of the plane. She was rude, snarky and seemed to be very put off by the passenger to include myself, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Food and drinks were good, a bit expensive but that's expected on a plane. Fold down trays were significantly smaller than any other plane I had ever been on, but that didn't bother me in the least."

I do realize that the way Frontier keeps their ticket prices so low is that they charge you for every little thing. Honestly I was surprised they didn't charge me for a napkin. You do feel nickeled and dimed, after the purchase of the ticket itself. All in all I have to say I would fly Frontier again."

However, still surprised that the seats are hard and don't recline, unless you pay $50 extra, and the "tray" wouldn't hold both a snack and a beverage. Spirit airline is the same, but gives you all the info up front."

Nothing but water is free, not even soda pop. Basically, Frontier keeps getting worse and worse. I'll pay extra and travel Alaska Airlines whenever possible. They still treat you like a person rather than a piece of cargo, and you probably save money in the long run!"

Then they delayed the flight for over an hour, but I was turned away. Very, very disappointing experience. They gave a flight two and a half days later and can't change my return flight. My 5 day vacation just became a weekend trip, when all they had to do was bend their rules a bit because of the weather. I was one of several people they did this to."
