Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

I mention this only because this was the only glitch during the rest of the flight. Loved the wide variety of entertainment available inflight, the AC outlets on EVERY row, and though I didn't need it this time, the availability of Wi-Fi Internet is appreciated. And though we left 40 minutes late, we made up part of the time and arrived only 20 min later than scheduled. Bravo Delta! I'll have to check out your version of Mileage Plus."

One of the flight attendents was more bossy I felt than necessary. She told me not to put my backpack in the overhead bin, even though there was enough space and the back 3rd of the aircraft was half empty (I was in the last loading zone so there weren't many more people after me)."

I literally observed 1 attendant walking down the aisle doing a crossword puzzle! we were seated near the back, And the entire flight the attendants sat in the back gossiping and chatting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY FRONTIER!"

I began having back spasms and eventually had to change seats with my husband. The plane is a very tight fit for so many seats and do not allow passengers to lean back. It was a very uncomfortable flight."

I had tried to check it in early online but their mobile functionality doesn't handle payments. So that was $50. When we arrived they were highly disorganized and it wasn't clear what line to get into. Let's just assume that's just part of an airport experience. We get to the gate, and see that the flight has been delayed an hour. We decide to hang out there and learn over the intercom that the flight was delayed 2 more hours. Did they update the screen? Nope. Less than 20 minutes later they were boarding. It gets better though! After partly boarding the flight, they made everyone get out. We were grounded for a long time before and after landing without adequate information from the pilot on why or for how long. Finally when it got to the point I was going to pass out they wouldn't give me water because "I had the entire flight to make a purchase." Never again!! Never!!!"

I checked my flight status early afternoon on Monday and found my flight was delayed. Yet when I arrived at the gate at LAX the information on the screen did not match what was on the website. The gate was stating the flight was delayed even more than the website was advertising."

I asked to be put on the next flight to my destination, but Spirit advised there was not another flight until 6:30 pm that night. My original flight was scheduled for 8:30am. I also asked if there were other airlines they could book me on, and the Spirit representative said no, they could not put me on another airline. Additionally, my American Airlines return flight had to be cancelled since I was not going to make it. It was already too late to cancel that flight unless I wanted to pay a $200 dollar fee. All in all, a net loss of about $900 due to the nonrefundable return flight, cabs booked to and from the airport, and the nonrefundable hotel- since the cancellation was so last minute. Terrible experience."

Cons: "The cost for all the extras made this ticket less of a deal"
Cons: "On top of the general and unavoidable things that make spirit awful like the ridiculous prices you end up paying with all its extra fees, for a very poor experience, the planes are rarely on time. Mine was an hour and a half late, luckily this was a small delay compared to my last experience with Spirit. I don't know why I booked with them again but I won't be making that mistake anymore."
Cons: "Flight got delayed 3 times. Had to go through security 2x because they changed the boarding gate. This was a terrible flight."

Cons: "I didn't like how delayed the flight was or the wait time."

Cons: "Uncomfortable sitting ! Very bad"
Cons: "Flight cancelled with no warning. Waited an hour and a half in line at the ticketing booth to be re-booked. Some people on my flight weren't able to be re-booked at had to fly out the next day--all of this happening at 8AM. I'll never fly Spirit again."
Cons: "Departure. The gate crew berated the waiting passengers about carry-on baggage, threatening everyone with higher and higher fees for passing various checkpoints before arranging for payment. That's no way to deal with adults."
Pros: "I would like a refund. Attendant in phone would not allow me to change flight, return ticket, or cancel n rebook for another passenger!! She did not care that my house burned down or my pet died. She just kept quoting corporate policy. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor stating that it wouldn't help..."
Cons: "Cold attitude refusing to assist or help in anyway. Not allowing me to speak with someone else."
