An unusually unpleasant set of attendants, and sadly not one of them made up for the lack of professionalism the others showed. No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

So on the flight I was given two options of fish or mexican beef. Mexican beef meant slow cooked beef in a salty brown sauce with 2 kidney beans. Yes 2 kidney beans. With potatoes carrots and broccoli. Entertainment was pretty lacking. Not a lot of options. Also it was freezing the entire flight."

Cons: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Pros: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."

The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Relatively little communication from American whose flight it was. Scheduled departure 10 PM. Actual departure 1:30 AM I reserved a center aisle seat in a row that was completely empty a day or two before departure, hoping to get the whole row. Didn't work out. Just before we closed the doors a couple arrived at the row and took up three of the seats. Darn it. But I still got a good nights sleep. Wish there was an option to check N/A on several of the options above. I didn't speak to a crew member. I didn't eat or drink anything. I never turned on the entertainment system."

Cons: "Our flight from Chicago to Paris was managed by Finnair, but flown through American Airlines. This was the second disappointing flight on American Airlines. Our first flight was repeatedly delayed over three hours and then canceled. Everyone had to take a new flight the next day on the same plane which was scheduled to be fixed that morning prior to departure. We boarded the plane 45 minutes late and then were informed that the part needed to fix the plan had just cleared customs. After another hour of waiting on the plane, we taxied to the runway and the returned to the gate because another part needed to be fixed on the plane. We waited another hour and a half on the plane before finally taking off. Upon our arrival at Chicago O'Hare, we waited on the tarmac for 30 minutes before the ground crew parked our plane. Which brings me to this flight from Chicago O'Hare to Charles de Gaulle in Paris. Our flight was delayed for maintenance repeatedly for 2 hours and then a new plane had to be brought over. By the time we boarded we were almost four hours behind schedule due to a logbook problem once we boarded the new plane. The plane itself was small - the size of a domestic flight - and VERY cramped. On both of the flights we had no TVs in the headrest. This is something that I have always had in economy class on international flights. It was by far the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Because of the delay, we had to reschedule one of our two connecting flights. I was assured that our bags would still arrive at our final destination. When we finally reached our final destination, we found out that our bags had been lost along the way - most likely because of the flight being rescheduled."

Cons: "This Finnair flight was operated by American Airlines, but American Airlines did not notify me about the change in flight number until I called in a panic the night before because I was unable to check in. The plane was nearly 2 hours late departing from Chicago O'Hare with no explanation given. 1hr and 45 minutes is a long time to sit without going anywhere. Food was incredibly uninspiring and the staff was kind, but generally seemed distracted. I asked for a beverage at one point, but the flight attendant was too busy trying to get the passenger next to me who was passed out on sleeping pills to put the window shade down to give it to me. American Airlines is one of the only carriers left that has not upgraded to individual entertainment units for transatlantic flights and so the entertainment was like something straight out of Mad Men. Probably my worst flying experience to date."

Flight itself played Mission Impossible 4, then a kid's cartoon, then nothing the remaining 5 hours. Very uncomfortable for those who can't sleep on planes."

Pros: "The best conection to Warsaw. 1 hour delayed pretty normal every where. Safe start and landing metter. I wish everthing shoud be perfect but not always. We were informed that laguage machines at Chicago were broaken and extended loading time. Perfect conection and good service."

Cons: "They kept changing departure time from Warsaw to Lviv , and totally we were stocked at airport for 4 hours. Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Cons: "We left Chicago at 7:58 pm instead of 4:35 pm, they got us on the airplane and than we just sat there for 3 hrs till finally we were able to take off. No explanation was offered for the delay"

Finally at 11:30pm they put out some water and said sandwiches but I did not see any. LOT Polish service was VERY disappointing. I cancelled my flight all together on them."

Pros: "Keeping announcements to minimum hence allowing for silence and sleep was great. Personally, being served a meal around midnight seems unnecessary. My preference would be for a bigger breakfast."

Cons: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Pros: "The biggest supprise for me was the 787 Dreamliner which is very comfortable. You do everything to provide an excellent experience. The crew was very nice and helpful, You are the best! I don't fly often but LOT is my favorite company to fly to Odessa. Thank you for great service!"

Pros: "Seemed good overall. Was delayed a little getting out, but pilot picked up the pace and landed on time. Only issue is the movie selection, mostly year+ old, and only polish tv shows."

Pros: "The staff were great. Very attentive and professional. I wasn't aware that you have to order a vegetarian meal in advance. When I told the gentleman that I needed a vegetarian meal he said there were none available but he did his best to accommodate me with putting together bits and pieces of other meals. He did manage to find a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast."
Cons: "I am a vegan. I thought they would have some vegetarian meals for dinner without me having to order them in advance. They should have more options than chicken or beef."

Pros: "There was an incident with a passenger. He had an emergency and the plane went back to Berlin and got him an ambulance. From my point of view, if it wasn't for the Doctor (passenger) on board, he wouldn't have made it. It could've been anybody, even me or my friend traveling with me so, Great job! Congratulations to the Pilot and all the crew!"
Cons: "WE tried to Check in online and it gave us a bit of trouble. I think it was because of the connecting flight, it kept checking us in to the second flight but not the first one."
