The layover in Istanbul was pleasant (go to Staarbucks for free wifi). And I saved $500 over the price of other flights. I'd definitely take Turkish Airlines again, and maybe even arrange for a longer layover to be able to see Istanbul."

Turkish Air was very responsive and easy to work with when I missed my connector in Istanbul. Friendly crew. Clean jet. Will definitely use them agian."

Turkish Airline changed my connection time without notifying me such that I had 5 min left for my cooection in stambul. They gave me no other option and blamed this on Kayak and kayak blamed it on the Airline leaving me with no options. I had to stay in Birlin at my own expense. Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."

Cabin service included Turkish delight, hot towel, an amenities bag, hot dinner, hot breakfast, and snacks available thought the flight in the galley. Entertainment was on demand and included a wide selection. Seats were comfortable with reasonable distance between rows for coach (better than on many U.S. carriers). They have ample restrooms and they are split throughout the coach cabin, which made lines for the restroom almost nonexistent. Restroom amenities include hand lotion and refreshing spray - very nice."

We stood in a line for more than an hour because of this incorrect information. Business class ticket holders were afforded no advantage while checking in either."

With potatoes carrots and broccoli. Entertainment was pretty lacking. Not a lot of options. Also it was freezing the entire flight."

If you are priority boarding, please stand her. After that, if you are business class, please stand here. Everyone else, please wait, but know that we will start to board from the back of the plane. Cons: "My long haul flight was delayed by two hours and ten minutes. I only had 2 hours and twenty minutes between flights at CPH. When we landed, we were assured our flight would be held. I got off my first SAS flight with 15 minutes to make it to a gate 20 minutes away. I will point out I was going to another SAS flight. I booked it, even running when I could. My flight took off without me even though I was only three minutes late and had been assured the flight would be held. At least 12 other people were in the same boat. My rescheduled flight had me do yet another layover and I arrived in Warsaw a full 6 hours late. All because SAS was incompetent to hold their flight for a few minutes."

There was no communication whatsoever, they just handed us papers without explaining what was happening."

Cons: "Veg food selections were very limited. A breakfast without meat choice would have been better than yet another rice dish. Some of the more recent movies started in the middle or near through end. Tried to rewind and restart but neither worked The toilet paper was not refilled at the stopover in Dublin and we ran out before LA!"

Cons: "The person at the check in counter initially gave me a different seat than the one I chose online but changed it after I asked for the same seat I had selected online, hone of the worst seats on theplanee also changed my seat for the addis ababa to manila leg without my knowlege and gave me one of the worst seats on the plane. Ruined the trip for me"
