Late departing Budapest, very stressful change in Munich though we made it since connecting flight was delayed.
This flight had way more space than my international flight which is just embarrassing

Flight delays made me miss my connections. I almost missed my connecting flight because I had to get my luggage and go through immigration and then back into the airport. Connecting flight said it would be my problem if I missed it. I had to be rerouted through another city and came in 3 hours later than expected and had to hire an uber to get me home when I had everything planned out
The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
Pretty poor across the board - flight details wrong/delayed into Lufthansa app. Seat changes made without notification. Boarding delayed (ok, that happens) but all comms in German (for flight to UK, where 85% of passengers were English). Outright fraud attempted at gate, denying 1 piece carry-on of smaller than correct size and 1 piece personal item, again, smaller than correct size. Rude gate staff. Security checks perfunctory - unattended bag not acknowledged by staff..then put on aircraft unclaimed by staff.
The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
They are professional. Nice crew. Still flying Boeing 747. Thank you for that. I love this airplane. Traditional.
Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.
Vol annulé. Pas d'accueil. Zéro explication. Vol remplacé 3 jours plus tard. Zéro prise en charge pour l'hôtel. Nous attendons le remboursement si il va y en avoir. C'est un scandale ! C'est une arnaque.
