So I waited for 38 minutes, watching an empty TSA line and then listened as my flight pre-boarded, , boarded and took Off without me. Then I had to buy an American airlines Ticket to reach san diego via LAX 5 hours Later. Alaska was a big let down this time."

Attendants @ the desk would mumble "updates" in the overhead phone which were inaudible, prompting passengers to constantly approach the desk to ask about flight status. The whole process seemed unprofessional."

Loading from the back to front was done on the other flights and it was much more organized that way."

The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day."

It's bag enough you're packed on these flights like sardines and then you have to worry about receiving your property back the way you gave it to them. Placed a claim, but meanwhile I had to purchase new luggage for my return trip."

The free sandwiches offered by SFO as an apology were a good thought but no substitute for timely delivery. Not a nock on SFO just an unfortunate circumstance."

Cons: "The snack food was the worst I've ever had on any flight. It was some kind of Asian-style snack and I almost gagged. Never had a snack on a plane I couldn't eat until now."

Cons: "Flight delayed so booked on another flight. Get to layover and was told that United tried but couldn't book the second leg of the flight after all. Before we left our original destination, they assured us all the arrangements had been made. Lying to customers doesn't look good for businesses."

Cons: "Seats seem to be getting smaller. Flight attendants movement is greatly reduced. It seemed that his behind every time I looked up. Not good!"

Cons: "Male stewardess was very unpleasant/unprofessional No food or snack or water offered to my son or I"

Cons: "The cargo door did jam on the return flight so we had to wait at least 30 minutes to get our bags. Not sure if someone didn't do what they were supposed to do when securing luggage. It took maintenance some time and several calls before they came to assist."

Cons: "Despite pre-checking in for my return flight I wasn't given an actual seat assignment until I was at the boarding gate. I has previously asked two United employees for assistance with my seat assignment (one of whom was customer service, go figure) and it took a third request from a different gate agent to actual get a seat assigned."

Cons: "It was FREEZING which made it impossible to sleep despite being exhausted from the extreme flight delays. Two issues (one was maintenance, the other was a passenger not feeling well) caused delays up to about 90 min!"

Pros: "I liked that United got me a flight on Delta. A delay on my United flight would have taken off after my connecting flight took off from Chicago to Hartford."
Cons: "I did not get a text message or a phone call that my flight had a long delay."

Pros: "United left late and then had their connecting flight leave early. Both flights were through United and on same itinerary. My teenage son was treated rudely and left to find for himself by the United counter in Dulles, even though he would have made the connection if they had adhered to the departure time. Staff refused to speak with me because, as they told my son, he was the passenger. Unbelievably poor service....and lack of care, professionalism and compassion."

Pros: "We loved the stewardess her name was Treasure and she sure was"

Pros: "It was a very smooth trip. No issues"

Pros: "We were in the Economy section and were pleasantly surprised with the leg room and quality of the seats. My husband is over 6ft tall and had plenty of space to stretch out. The crew was very friendly and helpful."

Pros: "Small plane with minimal service. But the flight (when it finally took off) was smooth."
Cons: "Delayed 2 hours in Denver. Denver gate 80 is way out so only could sit in crowed gate area for over 3 hours."
