Pros: "The flight was delay about an hour, on board. The crew was great. No entertainment on board. Good complimentary bar."

Pros: "Arrived & check in @ 6 am waited on the gate they put on my ticket we were told that the plane was delayed, ok fine no problem it happens all the time. the plane departed from another gate. We were to far way from the gate to hear They never page me over head They Only page by the gate with was impossible to hear due to the Airport over paging all other depar flights. Went the time was to long and No Calls I went and ask a personnel at that time I got a phone call from the Airport personnel also telling me that my suitcase was down in the band. To find out the I have lost the plane. I went and talk to management after a few minutes of conversation nothing happen I have lost my plane my money . I am very frustrated sad because it was not a plesiosaur trip My mother was sick and I needed to see her take her to the Doctor. Had to borrow money from a family member to continue my trip. On my way back I try to check And I was Unable to do so. I arrived to the Airport to find OUT that they cancel my way back too!!!!!! I had to borrow money Again!!!! And stay in the Airport for 8 hrs! This was my experience my lost money time family worried about me and my sister.I had No signal in my phone due to the poor Cituation of this country went I'm able to check my fly with you KAYAK notice the right gate number and time went the plane was living. The attitude of management from Aeromexico was so rude And disrespectful. I will never use them again."
Cons: "For them to accommodate me and my sister in another fly And write the correct gate on my ticket And look for me if I'm not there, Page Over head my name on the Airport NOT just on the cubic area where is so difficult to hear due to all the noises and pages going on from all over Not mentioned that went they page the sound of the Voices is terrible!!!! I have fly with Interjet and Never had this problem They never live no one behind. Very unpleasant trip finding my mother sick and ended living her again and had to spent another 8 hrs to take a 11:55 pm flight home . Because they cancel my trip because they left me behind."

Cons: "VERY hard to hear important details from the captain. Nothing could be heard. Also, the gate numbers kept changing CONSTANTLY. I was given one then like 4 more at Mexico City. Lastly, our flight was delayed and even after everyone boarded it took about 40 minutes for the plane to take off."

Cons: "As they tend to do, three flight delays and changes, totaling almost seven hours with no communication from the airline, leaving all passengers in the dark, no customer service, no one to answer the phones, etc. Long lines to find out no info available, flights taken off screens, no updates. Waited in the Airport from ^ am for a 9 am flight, which finally left at 4 PM. No vouchers, no nothing!!!!!! The customer service would be rated poor if they had any at all"
Pros: "I like that you can bid extra to upgrade to 1st class. It was well worth it to have better seats and more room. I liked the entertainment options. There was a lot of movies I wanted to watch."

Cons: "The staff was rude. Never in my life have I been treated this disrespectful. I felt very offended by the staffs attitude and actions to the point I felt discriminated because of my religion. Yearly my church flys with Aeromexico to Mexico and I've never had a problem but this year I felt very targeted . As I was checking in they told me that my luggage was 2 pounds over the weight they direct us to have it so the employee told us to go and take some items out , we moved from the line and he 'shooed' us away saying "no go all the way back" we did and when we tried to go back to check in another employee cut me off from going in line and told us she didn't care for what I had to say and to return to the back of the line. At this point I was already worked up from their behavior and my mother whom was traveling with me tried to calm me down. As we get to the from of the line the SAME guy who 'shooed' us had a customer who had an over weight luggage , BUT let him take out item right there and then with his luggage on the scale . Well my mother got upset because we didn't know what it consisted of to have that privilege. We get attended by the employee who cut me off and my luggage was still 1 pound over the weight limit and she instructed us to get out and take items out , we expressed to her that it wasn't fair how other people who were flying got the advantage of just doing it there and we asked why . She denied ever doing that and said to go with the employee who did that because she refused to attend us . We asked another employee if we could speak to a supervisor and we were being persisted but she would ignore us and walk away from us . We couldn't believe how badly they were treating us. So we then went on to go with the employee who 'shooed' my mother and I and asked him why did he give special privileges to other people flying and was discriminated us , he literally told us "what discrimination? You guys need to relax. What do you want? Do you want me to attend you or what? I have other people waiting" he checked us in and NEVER saw or spoke to a supervisor . We will def never be flying with them again ."

About the food we didn't receive a meal ,they give us only some peanut and cup of water since I am a diabetic person I need to eat frequently,"

Pros: "Everything is better, from aircraft to service to food to the fact that they don't charge for everything. And yet, they are successful. Aeromexico is a great example of a great airline."

Pros: "The seats were huge and extremely comfortable. The leather was peeling off and the seatback pouches were falling off the seats, but none of that mattered. It felt like first class room and comfort so I didn't care at all. There were no tvs, but it's a very short flight so it's not a big deal."

Cons: "The screen on my seat didn't work so I couldn't watch any movies. Crew was late arriving so we departed late. Check in procedure in MEX for connecting flight is a NIGHTMARE."
