Cons: After almost 6 total hours on the plane, taxiing out 2 times, they finally cancelled our flight. They then had 2 agents to help over 150 people rebook. I ended up renting a car and driving through the night in order to get home otherwise 2 days later I would still be in Atlanta!
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Carry on baggage fee $ 40. seems to be enough when already payed $ 25. per checked bag times 2. I did not realize there was a carry on baggage fee until I was at check in at the airport. Seat does not recline. No snacks.
Pros: I was left high and dry in Denver airport for over 12 hours because I was never notified of the change in connecting flight from AM to PM! I am absolutely livid. The Frontier agents weren't helpful at all in finding me an alternate flight. #wasteofmytime #NeverAgain

Pros: The crew were excellent.
Cons: No frills airline that nickel and dime you for everything. By the time you pay for luggage and seats, the fare was comparable to a better quality airline. Tight seating, uncomfortable seats, no way to charge your phone or tablet. May as well pay for another airline and be more comfortable.
Pros: One enthusiastic elderly flight attendant was inspiring to see
Cons: After flight was delayed, I've never had a worse experience with an airline. My final flight leg could have waited 10 minutes and gotten me back on time. Instead there was an atrocious line at customer service, where they finally denied me a hotel room, cot, blanket, pillow...after absurdly allowing a man to cut over ten of us in line simply because he requested a translator. Multiple employees lied/gave misinformation, adding heavily to the feeling that Frontier cares little about customer service. Terrible experience!!
Cons: Boarding was delayed because the crew wasn’t there and we were not given updates on when we would board. The gate staff was rude and never apologized for the delay. Once we did board, the staff were not friendly and did not make any effort to make up for the delay. Seats were horribly uncomfortable
