Cons: "Our flight out of Atlanta was delayed twice, and eventually cancelled due to mechanical problems - this caused us to miss our connecting flight from JFK to TLV. We had to rescheduled our flights (slow and convoluted route): Atlanta, Boston, Newark, Tel Aviv. We are presently in Boston."

On a 4.5 hour flight to Las Vegas there was no food/lunch provided only cookies and a drink. This airline is starting to look and act like Sprit/Frontier. Will start to look into other airlines to fly more comfortably
Cons: "The Terminal in Chicago had no open amenities and overcrowded."
Cons: "The crew failed to enforce ANY mask policy. The WiFi did not work. They over served alcohol to the passengers."

Pros: "The crew was friendly, and the entertainment choices were pretty good."
Cons: "By the time the food service cart reached us in row 28 of about 33 or so, my choices for food and drink were both sold out. It would have been less of a big deal if our earlier flight hadn't been so late that we couldn't grab something to eat before boarding."

Cons: "The WiFi was broken. the plane needed to be inspected and it took 2 attempts to get paperwork right and there was no inspector on the ground. 3 hours later after sitting on the plane for an hour with no food or drinks. If people have waited that long for one of your flights, give them a little food"
Cons: "Our already delayed 1 am flight was cancelled a little before midnight. It was rescheduled to 8am. It was a big headache trying to get a hotel, meal vouchers. Then, there were no shuttles to the hotel available so has to wait in line again for taxi vouchers."

Cons: "This flight was totally cancelled. New reservation took us to Newark. Here the crowds were very long, baggage took over 20 min. to arrive, missed our connecting flight and had to wait 4 more hours for next flight. The flight out of Newark was held on the tarmac for 40 min."

Cons: "Sat on tarmac in United plane at destination (Denver) from 2:40 pm to 3:35 pm. Waiting on a gate to unload...just long enough to miss my 3:30 pm United connecting flight. Why couldn’t United have delayed the connecting flight a few minutes knowing we were sitting in another of their planes just a few feet away?"

Cons: "The flight from Columbus to Chicago was originally suppose to leave at 6pm we had a 3 hour delay and did not leave until 9pm. This delay caused anxiety because there was a connecting flight ahead and we were afraid we would miss it."
Cons: "My flight was delayed 5hrs and added multiple connecting flights that I didn’t need. I had a 6am flight and didn’t get to my destination until 11pm."
Cons: "Delayed due to a late crew member. Arrived 2 hours late into O'Hare making for a very tight connection. Other than the delay, all was fine."

Cons: "The only real downside was seat 22D headphone jack was broken so it made for a long flight but I played some games."
It's Frontier: low-frills but boarding first because I paid for a carry-on was an unexpected perk, and the fact that it was direct and fast makes up for the lack of amenities.

And can get from one side of the country to the other in the time it takes me to get half way through a work day. I’d say any small inconvenience is still well worth the price. And hats off for the TSA . Well done"
Cons: "One hour delay due to broken armrest. Seats were uncomfortable. Last week we had a 4 hour delay and had to stay in an airport hotel as the car rental was closed when we landed at 2 am. There were no updates from the airline."

Pros: "I like how cheap the prices are for a simple weekend trip when you only bring one bag. The woman who boarded us at the terminal was AWESOME. She clearly loves her job, and loves people around her and honestly what else is there that's more important in life than loving people. She was funny, kind, considerate and incredible at customer service. Give that girl a RAISE. We boarded at 4:49 in the morning and her energy lightened the mood for sure."
Cons: "I didn't like how even the tray tables were cheap. I also don't like if you want to choose your seat you need to pay... why is that? No other airline does that."
Pros: "Flight departed on time and we actually landed 20 minutes early."
Pros: "The flight itself was a nice flight. The captain and first officer were communicative and the few times we experienced turbulence I felt like they immediately tried to minimize it. I had a good amount of room in my seat (I was not in an emergency exit row) and I had no problems with my luggage."
Cons: "There was a 2 hour delay to take off. When your flight is at 7am and you've woken up at 3:30 or 4 to get to the airport on time, it's a bit frustrating to wait an extra 2 hours to leave. The gate agents were woefully uninformed and when they did communicate with passengers it was vague and unhelpful. The gate agents kept referring to the need for "maintenance" on the aircraft. It doesn't inspire a great deal of confidence in the soundness of the plane to hear that the maintenance crew is trying to "fix something in the cockpit." The Departures monitors and my Kayak app were giving me delay updates before the gate agents were. At one point we switched gates (it was the gate directly across from the original gate) and I watched as passengers at one gate literally traded places with passengers at another gate because the flights had swapped gates. It was comical. Overall, just a disorganized, uninformative, frustrating mess."
Pros: "On the flight was OK. The flight crew was kind and friendly despite everyone being a little annoyed at the boarding process. Gotta say though I feel a little nickel and dimed on Frontier as you actually have to pay $3 for a can of coke that costs 25 cents. It doesn't take much to offer a beverage service other than water to make the flight a bit more enjoyable, but getting charged for everything makes things more stressful than needed."
Cons: "I got to the gate 5 minutes before boarding and there was no one there. I walked around for a bit came back and asked some flight attendants working the flight what time they were actually going to board and they couldn't be bothered to help telling me to check my ticket and that is when the flight will board (the time on the ticket was already 10 minutes ago)! After an hour went by and a very large crowd formed at the gate and absolutely NO update or any communication as to when boarding would be they finally started boarding. Very disorganized boarding process. Just wish someone would have provided an update or something, so I could have gotten something to eat instead of hanging around the gate for an hour."
Cons: "The flight could have left on time instead the crew allowed passengers to continue to board 15mins after we were supposed to have taken off. The pilot was inexperienced and we had a hard landing. Lastly the flight attendants seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but on the plane."
