Boarding was very slow and unorganized. As a result we were delayed for 25 minutes crew is not friendly. food , entertainment and service was mediocre I bought in flight internet and paid $42.61 it did not eben worked after 10 minutes and no one helped I would like a refund on that please
Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The awful part was the customs delays at ZRH. The good part is the flight was delayed long enough to accommodate. The flight itself was fairly comfortable.
It was on time and we arrived safely—that's a good thing. Other than that, my son's seatback storage pocket was ripped and couldn't hold anything, and his footrest was stuck so he couldn't use it. You pay extra money for allegedly more comfort, but the plane was old and the seats were broken. No drinks were offered in the beginning like in other premium economy settings, no hot towels. It was really basic and nothing more than economy other than three times the price. Very disapointed. My food tray was VERY dirty—I couldn't even eat anything after seeing that. I will try to avoid SWISS in my future travels
Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats
The crew and service was excellent. The food and entertainment were very good but not excellent.
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Great Brasilia aircraft - not a Boeing 757 like the next part of the flight. Flight from MCI to IAD was great, on-time, comfortable, did I mention that? The flight from IAD to EDI was painful. One of the reasons I won't fly United again? Boeing 757, with a seat pitch and material that was horrendous. Worst aircraft ever, made worse by United sardine-can tight seating. Oh, and the connection window, 45 minutes, really? At IAD, in different concourses? What idiot came up with that flight scenario? Happily, (for me and my travel insurance people) the flight was late (reminiscent of American Airlines). The crew was professional and courteous.

Best flight in years. Pre-boarding because of my mobility issues. Good food and beverage from beginning to end. Excellent choice of films. Good service by stewardesses. Comfortable seats. I could lie down!
No drink service but there was no N/A as an option to choose. Seats were extremely tight. I am under 5.5 and I bumped my knees have no idea how taller people could manage.
The entertainment system was not working, they tried restarting it couple of times but it did not fix it. We were told to contact Lufthansa costumer service after the flight for some kind of reimbursement. When costumer service was contacted I was told no reimbursement for entertainment system malfunction per policy.
I was never able to use this flight. I booked my flight through KAYAK, using cheapfaresflights, and the agency did not book the ticket correctly. When I went to check in for my flight in Rome, my details had changed. My name was incorrect , and the itinerary was not what I had paid for. I was unable to board the flight and I had to purchase a second ticket at considerable expense. Unfortunately, no one at KAYAK or Cheapfaresflights was able to help me. They both shifted the blame on United Airlines, United Airlines was able to provide me a full detail that the error occurred on the travel agencies side. I consider this fraud and will pursue it further.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.
Lufthansa flight LH04414 from Munich to Washington DC, was fine. Efficient and safe!
Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.
The food was poor quality and the screens for entertainment didn’t work almost at all . Plane seemed pretty old
Always having a good experience with Lufthansa. I prefer them over anyone else. Sometimes prices need to be more affordable. Munich airport is clean and good, services are available and it’s overall a good experience. I have been flying with Lufthansa for close to a decade and I hope many more to come.
The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.
Excellent staff, overall good flight. However, quite a few crying toddlers for 10 hours makes it less pleasant
