Seats were awful. Media should have been included for such a long flight.
The flight was good overall. Everything went smoothly, although the landing was a bit rough. Still, it was a pleasant experience
I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.

Delay at the airport was not clearly communicated. No announcements were made and since we are foreigners it was very hard to know what was happening at the Wingo gate.

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever
Nothing the vendor services and overall process was not an experience I would ever want to revisit again .

I upgraded to businesses class. Because of that the flight was comfortable.
Avianca has transitioned from full service legacy airline to "low cost" but has now became a strange hybrid (minimum leg space, started offering business class in domestic flights again, charges passenger for printing boarding pass, etc.). National and international coverage and destinations are really wide but service is not at its best

Not good, tried to purchase a first class upgrade and they couldn’t get it done. Was super uncomfortable the whole time.
Boarding was late due to the company’s that cleaned the aircraft (very poorly done) and the catering company. The entertainment system was not working for this six hour flight, uncomfortable seats in business (barely any cushion or recline). The airline staff is very good but the planes are horrible and not well maintained.
Here we have another airline flying to Guatemala but doesn't have a plus or a less, just in the middle. Why? Well, first we don't have even free water Movie selection is poor Seats don't recline in some places Food selection is carb based Forgot to mention, customer service on the web is the worst. I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline
No free snacks nor drinks on very short 30min flight. Entertainment system is over wifi to your own phone or tablet, which is good but often a show or movie just stops and refuses to continue
I had to go to the boarding counter for them to enter my return flight as it’s not with Avianca. There was a long queue as there were lots of people being called to the counter.
6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane
