Cons: "On my way to Colombia- I was made to pay $40 to check my skateboard, even though I was allowed to carry it onto the plane from the US to Panama. On the way back I was told that I could bring it on the plane if I took the wheels off. I did. They did not allow me, and made me check it anyway."

Cons: "The crew on this particular flight was not up to par with the previous KLM crew standards. From the boarding, which they started letting economy class before elderly people and Skypriority to the lack of at least a smile from the crew serving you. Copa please train your crew. After we are the client"

Me dijeron que no era problema de ellos sino que era problema del sistema. Ahora para recuperar mi dinero tengo que hacer un tramite e invertir tiempo. Pesimo servicio. Copa no sirve para nada."

Cons: "Entertainment screen and updated aircraft. Bogota to San Salvador flight was short and provided many inflight entertainment options and more comfortable seating ( leg room ). A this 6 hour flight was the opposite and extremely uncomfortable to be using an outdated aircraft for a long flight. I should have flown direct into LAX."
Cons: "Keep the business and star alliance gold boarding lanes open and exclusive for the respective customers for use at any time whenever they show up at the gate. Otherwise it is a chaos to board along with economy. Also, everything was broken in my business seat"

Cons: "We had frequent changes on our date flight, we also for paid 3 bags and on Aeroméxico’s site it appeared that we only paid for one of them, and lastly on the flight from Colombia to Mexico, one of our bags was opened without our supervision and there were several things stolen from it, the agent that we talked to about the inconvenience, her response was that the authorities could open and revise our bags without our supervision."

First it was almost landed to Bogota, we were on El Dorado airport and then back to the air and then going to Medellin airport for landed. So they keeped us inside the airplane (I do not how many time, but maybe 1 an half hour inside) and then back to Bogota for landed. So it was awful and worried time."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 5hrs Hard to get clear information about the delay and when we were actually going to leave. Horrible wifi in Mexico Airport. They had all passengers board the plane and then decided to refuel, so everyone sat in the airplane for 1 hour at the gate before leaving. We didn’t even get a drink of water on the plane. We were sitting in the last row in the back of the plane and when the attendant got to us it was time to land so she just skipped our row. I highly dis recommend Volaris."

We had to be bussed to our plane and they kept up on the buss for 20 mins with no air It was so bad that one woman fainted on the bus!! Would never recommend this airline and I won’t be flying with them again."

Cons: "Don't board passengers onto the aircraft until it is ready for passengers. Both direction (OAK to MEX and MEX to OAK), we were boarded onto a hot (not aconditioned) aircraft for at least 15 minutes before the A/C is turned on. In addition, boarding were completed and all passengers were sitting in the aircraft for over an hour before it started the taxis to the run way....why board passengers so early? At least turn on the A/C and let the cabin cool down before boarding passengers."
