Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
Flight was late - I was downgraded from first class to coach
United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.
Great smooth flight. Had a seating change, but that was an improvement. Thanks United Airways Crew.
Flight was good but there are way to many announcements for credit cards etc.
Crew seemed a bit cranky. No seatback screens. But boarding was efficient and on time and we arrived early.
See previous note about the passenger in Denver who threw my husband's bag out of the overhead bin in order to maker room for his own. And the flight attendant back up the new passenger.

I never flew. Flight was canceled. DIA worst airport in the country. Avoid at all costs.
Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.

My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
Old equipment, needs upgrade and seat comfort. Internet didn't work 75% or the time.
The screens were inoperable for movies and such, but everything else was just fine
For a 5 1/2 hour flite i considered the "business class" to be subpar. The seats were just ok, no amenities, really nothing more than a long domestic flight. Frankly disappointed.
Delayed an hour due to operational issues. Minimal apologies or care for the significant inconvenience caused. Landed at nearly 1am and they still couldn’t find ground staff to get us off the plane promptly.
This was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I've had to date. I had changed my flight day of to this one as it was slated to depart on time. It ended up being so delayed that my original flight took off before this one did. The boarding process began but eventually stopped and everyone had to get off the plane as a problem was identified. The person at the front desk just tried to laugh it off as if this wasn't already a huge inconvenience. From there, we eventually got to board only to sit at the gate for an additional hour because of some additional issue. This was extremely frustrating and caused a lot of stress.
Update to handle the delay was very bad, crews no smiles or welcome or thanks. Don’t care attitude
