It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
Lufthansa placed a 300 lb passenger in the aisle seat and I was stuck in the middle leaning sideways with no arm rest or ability to sit up straight and fully use my seat (due to encroachment-the seats are very narrow) the entire flight.
We liked the fully reclinable seats. Had center seats, so it was difficult to talk to spouse. Crew was great
It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.
Ridiculous delays with weak excuses. United needs to do their job and troubleshoot. The rate they charge demands no less. Planes are way too full and seats are cramped. Charging for seats and luggage adds insult to injury.
The United aircrew team salvaged what had been a dire experience sorting bag transfer/possible weight penalty and delay I getting off
Work being done at DIA made it difficult to find BA desk.
I’ve never been on a trans-Atlantic (or Pacific) flight where the seats don’t recline—not even a little. I asked my seat mate when BA starting doing this and he said “Oh, a few years ago.” I couldn’t sleep, with my head falling forward waking me continuously, and came off the plane incredibly stiff. I booked a Premium Economy seat to get a more comfortable seat, which was worse than most basic Economy seats I’ve ever booked.
The gate agent made me check my carry-on in Denver, even though I've traveled all over taking this case on the plane. Beware folks. Food in Premium Economy was quite good - excellent blanket! Flight attendants on the Heathrow-to-Budapest flight on 3-27-2026 were quite snappy. I got a frown when asked to unscrew the water bottle cap for me (I had a cast on my right arm). Also woke up right when they were handing out biscuits. She had given my rowmates one and was in the process of giving water when I asked for a biscuit. She scolded me and said, "You snooze, you lose". She did give me one, but I thought that comment was uncalled for.
Seating and food was the worst we have experienced in 35 years of traveling for both personal and busines .

Flight was delayed. Though I checked in with BA live chat three times, our special meals were not provided.
Food was average. Better headphones seats were average at best.
Late in leaving the US. Late in arriving in UK. 2 plua hous on ground in UK before leaving. Late in arriving in Spain. Didn't get our bags until the next night.
Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.
The perfect jet stream back saved over 1 hour in the air.
