Poor coordination between Delta & Jet Airways - the meal preference was selected before flight at the Jet Airways website but the same didn't get registered properly, even though the website confirmed to me that it was all set. This resulted in appropriate food not being available to the customer on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam. The customer had to literally starve on the flight. 3. The pursers and stewards on the flight from Boston to Amsterdam weren't pleasant and courteous at all. For anything they were asked, their responses ."

Cons: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

I'm a young African American and the stay treated me as if I didn't belong in First Class! Not to mention the last time I flew into LAX American Airline lost my luggage! I have proof to show! Absolutely ridiculous!"

Cons: "Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

Cons: "Had to board three times, two different planes. I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

They don't charge every little thing like American. I hope soon they can fly into Colorado Springs."

Cons: "The customer service from AA representitives in the airport was completely unnacceptable and the absolute worst service I have recieved in an airport to date! One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

Pros: "The crew was nice. When I finally arrived in Denver, Marlin in customer service was the only saving grace for United for me. When I asked for options for an earlier flight into Rapid City so I didn’t have to wait 24 hours and miss my visit with my sister, he looked at different hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis) to see if they had any available flights into Rapid, he checked for double bookings, and when he couldn’t find anything, he put me on the standby list for the first flight out in the morning and wrote down the flight information for all of the United flights from Denver for the following day. Marlin provided excellent customer service and was a huge credit to the company."
Cons: "The flight was supposed to leave at 3:56 pm and didn’t leave until 7:30 pm. I would estimate at least 15-20 people missed connecting flights because of the delay. According to the United app, the delay initially started in Portland due to mechanical issues, which took over 3 hours. Then, there was a weather delay in San Francisco according to the gate agent - there was a ground hold and no planes were landing or flying out. At some point, I would think another plane would have been an option rather than delaying a flight for this long and disrupting holiday travel for so many people."

Cons: "My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers."

Pros: "For all the turbulence that we heard about, the flight was extremely smooth which I attribute to the pilot's skills"
Cons: "We kept on being told that there was going to be turbulence and that it would be too rocky to serve food/drinks - but there was limited turbulence and the flight was very smooth. There was also a delay in leaving as there was an extra bag in hold but they 'couldn't find it'."

Cons: "Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach."

Will not fly with United again whenever there is a viable alternative to my destination."

They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
Cons: "Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense."

Cons: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight."

Cons: "I paid for 2 round trip tickets and because my son was not there for the first leg, they resold the seat. So they got my money and the other person's money for the same seat. I wanted both seats and paid for both seats. It is theft and should not be allowed. The flight attendant was extremely rude and dismissive. It is a poor practice. You could have at least asked first before rebooking the seat. At least have offered compensation or something. I probably would have said yes Anyway. It's the principle of the process being wrong to the consumer which only benefits the corporation."

Cons: "My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:51 pm. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hours before my flight was to leave and I read the departure board to see that the flight was delayed due to maintenance. Then I saw that it was delayed again because we were waiting for a flight coming in from the Bahamas. Well my flight didn't take off until about 7:30 pm. I arrived in Denver around 10:00 pm which made me miss my shuttle to the Springs. I am a diabetic and was in need of my medication so I needed to get home. I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United."

Cons: "Recently United decided to cancel all of their flights to Denver due to an April snow storm. United was the only company that chose to cancel rather than delay flights. Our flight was cancelled 24 hrs before any snow fell. Their solution was to offer us another flight over 72 hrs out. After spending 6 hrs on the phone with this company (not exaggerating) I feel entitled to say that this company holds zero accountability or concern for their customers. We had to spend an additional $500 to get to our destination last minute through JetBlue."

Cons: "Departure was approximately 40 minutes late due to the plane arriving late. If you fly Frontier it’s you know... business as usual. I fly a lot and every other time with this airline has the same issue. Upon arrival we waited approximately 32 minutes until we were able to deplane. Crew unapologetically explains that since plane is going to maintenance we are at a shorter gate hence the delay - it is what it is. We are getting off some makeshift jetway. What?! At this point the passengers are ready to walk down the tarmac. I’m just glad it’s over."

Pros: "We were a little early, which was nice."
Cons: "The flight attendants spent most of the flight giggling at the front of the plane, and had to stop and restart several announcements after saying the wrong thing or having to take a break to stop laughing on the intercom. They also gave me a credit card pitch over the intercom, which was really annoying. The plane was pretty dirty, my tray was really gross with white stuff all over it, and the trash in the bathroom was overflowing, so I had to stuff my paper towel in there to get it to fit. I just wanted a cheap airline, but they split up your group unless you pay extra, and you have to pay for EVERYTHING, including any drinks or snacks. Bags were expensive. I ended up paying almost $700 on a flight that was supposed to be about $450. $21 each way per person to sit with eachother, like $50 for a single checked back each way, blah blah blah. Poor experience, and it was MORE expensive than the other flights with bags and seats included. The lines were also extremely long with only a single person at each stand in each airport."

Pros: "Do people write here for frontier?"
Cons: "Sat on the tarmac for over 3 hours. A fight broke loose and we had to return to the terminal and then back to the tarmac for more sitting. The crew finally figured out how uncomfortable and frustrated people were getting 2.5 hours to sitting with no air on the tarmac. They relieved their customers suffering then with complimentary water! Now that’s service. Frontier is one of the most base airlines out there. I’m entirely frustrated that they are one of the only airlines that service our podunk airport."

Pros: "If its delay please let us know by texting or email please. I came there earlier 8.00pm And have to wait about 4 hours... No complimentary food... Just wait at the 51B Is so hard to get some power to recharge all my gadget... Overall the staff are good... I'm so tired, i don't know are they give a food/no?"
Cons: "No. 1. Delay 2. No power for rechargeable 3. No food at least a cup of tea/coffee for waiting that long."

Cons: "From the moment that I get off the plane to catch my flight connections to San diego, I thought the gate was far but its right the corner so I dont need to rush lol"

Cons: "It showed in my booking that I can carry a Carryon bag but had to oay ectra 50$ for the same as only a personal item was allowed. I found the service totally unsatisfactory. The website shouldn't make false claims if they cannot adhere to it. I will definitely avoid using this for my bookings again."

Cons: "I did not like the idea of refreshments being sold on board. Even if it means incorporating 3-5 dollars for refreshments. The bills will give better outlook. Moreover that can still be accommodated it the current bills"

Cons: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. Cons: "It's too much delay that cost me almost my job. I had almost 7hrs transit in Denver and the plan has been parked there for almost 7 hours and when we start to depart, all frontier employees start doing things they supposed to do an hour a good. I assum frontier carry between 150-250 ppl, if 10 frontier employees finished their an hour check things around, it would be very very helpful instead westing 150-250 hours of passengers. When I saw the commitment of each employees in under cover boss show I was so excited to fly, but I don't think I can afford to the delay."

Pros: "The ticket counter personnel in Denver and in Nashville were wonderful, helpful, and took care of everyone quickly. That part was great. And the plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Frontier has so many problems - from a terrible website with very confusing instructions where even calling the help line was a nightmare - to charging for every little thing (seats!!, water!!, baggage of all kinds, etc.) When we arrived at the Denver airport we sat on the plane for AN HOUR waiting for a gate so we could get off. The stewards kept saying "just a couple minutes" so obviously someone was lying to us. AN HOUR - really - and no one could solve the problem and find an available gate so we could deplane?!? So we arrived an hour late, which is ridiculous."

Pros: "Both flights were early."
Cons: "45 minute wait for baggage in DEN. No personnel available to check passengers in in PIT. We waited for 30 minutes for them to show up. Different prices for baggage depending on whether you book it when you book the ticket or if you do it at the airport. Charging for a seat reservation is nonsense. Of course so free food, not even peanuts! I am so tired of being nickeled and died by airlines that I now will actually refuse to make certain trips unless I can drive. No other industry in this country treats its customers as shabbily as the airline industry."

Cons: "Didnt have someone at the gate to check my luggage or even to put in on the next flight. The security then took all of my stuff since I had to try and take it through the tsa and check it at the gate. Overall annoying and I would like to have my money back for the bags that I didn't use!"

Cons: "I booked this ticket about a month ago. I was traveling to va to drive in a car race. I rented a race car, had it delivered to the track, payed my entry fee and just had to show up at the race track to drive. Total for the weekend was about 3k$ The day of my flight around 3 in the afternoon, I attempted to check into my flight. There seemed to be something wrong with frontiers website as I kept getting a red error message. I made about 15 attempts from two different computers. I kept getting an error. There was clearly a problem on Frontiers end. I would have to check in at the airport. I do not check luggage and being a red eye, I arrived at the Frontier kiosk an hour before my flight (plenty of time). I made multiple failed attempts to print my boarding pass before waiting in line. After the wait in line, the very unfriendly Frontier lady scolded me for not arriving earlier and said I would have to wait to speak with the manager as she could not help me. After another wait the manager told me that the flight was oversold and the tickets were given out based on when people checked in and all he could do was put me on the same flight tomorrow. Which was pointless because my race was at 9am the next day. I am not sure how this is even legal? It certainly is not fair, I will never book a flight on frontier again, I may not even use kayak. I am out thousands of dollars, and very mad about everything to do with this."

Pros: "My initial flight from Denver to Phoenix was a hour late, but lets talk about the way home.... Flight got in OK and then we waited 45 minutes for a gate to open. Could you park us at another gate? That would be too simple. When we parked we waited another 20 minutes while they put a jet way in place. Now answer this... the other plane just left that spot, so what happened to the jet way from that plane? Do they completely take it away or just fold it up? Fold it up I bet , so it was in place just had to be opened up. I guess they couldn't find anyone to do that. I know this sounds petty, but I have never taken a Frontier flight that went smoothly. Thank God I haven't had to take many. And it's not as cheap as it looks by the time they get you for bags and a charge for your seat. I ALREADY PAID FOR MY SEAT, WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT. Bye Bye Frontier, I'll pay more for the service issues."

Cons: "When we checked in at the counter they did not inform us about carry-on charges. Most airlines don't charge fees for carry-ons, but frontier does. We had to pay $60 each for small carry-on at the gate. This practice is unfair to people who are not familiar with cheap airline business models. They should be more transparent about their fees on the ticket and at the counter. This cheap airline is so cheap that they couldn't hire enough staffs at the DCA gate. There's only one staff checking in the tickets at the gate and we had to wait until everyone went into the plane to pay for our $60 check in fees."

Cons: "Fronteir created new seats that do not recline, are quite thin and small tray tables that don't lock. The consequence is that the man next to me couldn't lean back enough, so slumped onto me most of the flight. A one year old behind me constantly pulled up and down the unmatchable tray table and kicked my thin chair -- so I felt every little tiny foot. The stewardess refused to give us water when our row asked and they forgot to call boarding zone 2 when boarding so it was a mess. I would say Frontier was a terrible airline. Their discounted prices are a farce as they charge for a seat and carry-on luggage, so I may as well have paid for a regular fare from a more comfortable airline."

Pros: "We were greeted and told, "We can get you to SLC until tomorrow", but that quickly changed to, "we can potentially book you on another airline". Within 30 minutes we were booked on a Delta flight that got us to SLC through Denver 30 minutes earlier than planned. We enjoyed beverages and snacks on Delta that would not have been provided by Frontier. The clerk at the Frontier ticketing counter was most helpful. We were able to make it to SLC and a wonderful vacation with family. We also received a voucher for $200 each. We will try Frontier again."

Cons: "2.0 hours late boarding; boarded 2x; lousy information; surly condescending station manager; insane baggage counter hours; no connection information in flight despite airline full responsibility for everyone on the plane being behind schedule.; connecting flight still at gate when 10 people tried to board and were not given access until a near riot occurred; no one seemed care at all. A woman with 5 week old child, a senior citizen with a cane, a woman recovering form surgery all RAN from gate to the other (about 1/2 miles) only to be told they were too late, the terminal door was closed. Only after pounding on the door, cajoling the customer service people 10 feet away and telling 50 others waiting in the service area did the door open!"

Cons: "We were delayed 3 and a half hours because of a water leak. Shouldn't that have been checked the plane the night before since we were the first flight out? Since we were delayed, they decided to give us breakfast vouchers (very nice) but they gave it to some people then not to others. When they finally decided to give them to the rest of us, we had 30 minutes before we had to board again! We could have been doing that with the 3 whole hours we had! I won't be flying frontier again, that's for sure!"
