Cons: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

We asked the attendant at the gate desk if there was any chance that the rest of us on standby could be seated together... HE UPGRADED OUR WHOLE GROUP TO COMFORT and allowed us to all sit with each other. Greatest flight experience I've had and such great staff with Delta. Will fly Delta going forward whenever I have a a chance (flew Southwest the rest of our trip - service, cleanliness, friendliness didn't compare)."

We had to return to the gate and wait another couple of hours. Awful trip, but not your fault. What I was surprised by was no comp hotel, and the discounts were not rally good discounts."

The AA personnel kept us informed, etc. The one thing you can control is hotels if delayed to the point of missing all connection until the next afternoon. I understand not compi9ng BUT, when google maps shows better rates at local hotels than your "discount" program, that's sad."

This particular flight from Phoenix to Vegas took us longer then if we were to drive and I then spent more in RideShare. I won't be doing it again next year."

One worker seemed interested in helping, but another rudely butted in and said there "were no seats together, the flight was full." Come to find out the flight was not full, there were whole rows not full. The groups near our seats rearranged ourselves so we could be by our family members, so it worked out. No thanks to the person at the terminal. Really long walk from the gate to the plane. No food on a cross country flight. Only a few cups of water/soda and a cookie. which unfortunately is typical now days. The lights were off the whole trip. The captain kept turning on the seat belt sign for the turbulence. Which there was a lot of. But then he would announce for everyone to go back to their seats. It wasn't huge bumps, just a little rough. and it woke everyone up by announcing it multiple times."

I didn't realise that AA was competing with the budget airlines like Rouge now..."

What makes it worse was these were not tickets I bought last week but on united economy they only give you seat selection just days prior and no explanation as to why you are placed in a particular row. Stuck near the bathroom and the seats do not decline at all though they deceptively provide the button to recline your seats. Horrible experience and one more reason to not fly United."

They had us sitting down and water could be given until the flights starts but 1 st class recieved all the accommodations which i unstand that is why you pay for 1st class. But honestly the crew could accommodate a class of water to a few passagers. The pilot didn't have to wait 40 mins to let us k now we were waiting on maintenance to sign off on their form. Some of the passage obeyed the rules by turning of our phone. I turn my phone back on when i heard a passager say maintance was required. I would say flight was good sits were smaller than last August"

They were unable to get me another connecting flight without me being held up and landing at the wee hours of the morning. It wasn't until I demanded an upgrade from United that I was placed on an American Airlines flight. This would never have been offered if I didn't go off on the representative and demand it. American Airlines saved the day! Never again will I fly United."

Lol... refreshments are not complimentary but I expected that. Would I fly frontier again? I probably would. Great price, staff, and wasn’t bad spacing in the seats. If you’re a tall person, won’t be comfortable."

Cons: "By the time I had added my bags, selected my seats I may as well have gone on another airline that didn’t nickel and dime you go food and drink. Will not do it again or my wife, advertise as a low cost airline but it most certainly is not."

Cons: "Sat on the tarmac for over 3 hours. A fight broke loose and we had to return to the terminal and then back to the tarmac for more sitting. The crew finally figured out how uncomfortable and frustrated people were getting 2.5 hours to sitting with no air on the tarmac. They relieved their customers suffering then with complimentary water! Now that’s service. Frontier is one of the most base airlines out there. I’m entirely frustrated that they are one of the only airlines that service our podunk airport."

Cons: "Very uncomfortable no elbow room or leg room and the chairs are hard."

Cons: "Cramped and uncomfortable."

Pros: "The flight crew was very friendly. I feel like they put a lot of focus on ensuring they're friendly, responsive and have a nice sense of humor to make up for their airlines terrible timing and equipment."
Cons: "This was my return flight on Frontier and although not as bad as my first still pretty horrible. Upon arriving at the COS airport we were greeted by...no one at check in. We were told they were on "lunch" and we couldn't drop our bags until they finished. There was at least 15 people waiting on Frontier reps to show up and check us in. After that time suck flight was delayed again. Plane was filthy. After looking over the total for the flight it really doesn't save you any money after all the extra fees and poor service. I'll pay more to fly on an airline that shows up."

Pros: "I liked the leg space."
Cons: "The flight attendants spilled ice water all over a man. They also skipped over my row with the cart and we were all wide awake."

Pros: "I liked that I was able to select a seat."
Cons: "I did not like that I had to pay extra to select a seat, especially because the seat was not any more comfortable or spacious than the other seats on the plane. The staff rolled their eyes when customers requested service. I am never flying Frontier again."

Pros: "No issues, flight went the way it was supposed to."
Cons: "Hard to see the seat number. Charging for a can of coke? Really? You want to save money, take it from your employees, not the customers."

Cons: "To pay $40 for a carry on bag is being a thief. The seat in the plane do not recline... comfort is a thing of the past!"

Pros: "We landed safely"
Cons: "The flight crew was atrocious. They were rude when they spoke to us and when I asked for refreshments they turned around as if to get them for me and then the lady sitting next to my husband had to get their attention again to ask a second time if I could have water and Chex Mix so I could take my medicine. I have serious health conditions and I couldn't even get water without paying $3 a bottle. It is disgusting to me that we are charged for flight and then charged for Refreshments during that flight. Any other Airline who charges for a seat to take you to your destination includes at least drinks and nuts for free but not you."

Cons: "Sat for 2 hours at the gate, then they let us off briefly, and boarded again. Maintenance and paperwork issues seemed to be the problem. Didn't think it was handled very well. Not good when maintenance comes on to duct tape a window either. Also there was a carry on fee of $40 each way, won't fly Frontier again. Wasn't such a cheap flight after all and too many issues. I'll pay more for the flight and not have a carry on fee the day of flying next time."

Cons: "Lack of organization and a delay of 5+ hours on a 4-hour flight."

Cons: "Frontier nicked and died you at every turn - even for carryon luggage. 2 dollars for an in flight coke. End the end just as expensive as the better airlines."

Pros: "Departure and arrival went smoothly. The captain was warm and engaging when he spoke a few words with the passengers."
Cons: "The female flight attendant needed to work on her people skills. She did not greet the passengers as we arrived; she seemed to be idle as she faced away from us. Her tone was harsh on the few occasions I heard her speak to passengers. Perhaps, she was just having a bad day!"

Cons: "It was very windy when we got to Vegas and the turbulance was very shaky"

Pros: "Great price! You do have to pay extra for checked and carry on baggage but well worth it. Much cheaper than any other carrier even after adding in additional fees! Nice crew, clean plane and left right on time. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!"

Don't know if we got senior discount, It is hard for a senior citizen without a computer to book with you. All rates are not up front. Total airfare etc. what you offer or don't offer."

Cons: "Hidden Fees - Charges for luggage, Carry On, Drinks, Snacks, assigned seats, charging for seats that recline. $88.00 round trip fair turned into $200 Surprised they didn't charge to use the restrooms Uncomfortable - worst seats ever Will never fly Frontier again if I don't have too. Sad to see a good airline that has been bought out and ruined."

Cons: "Then you pay for "every" thing. Seats do not recline on a 5+ hour flight, what is that?"

Pros: "Flight crew pleasant, even making sarcastic comments about the cheapness of their airline. For example, "If you don't like our service, there are 8 emergency exits on this plane." We arrived safely and our bags got there too!"
Cons: "It was a tough day due to weather delays and cancellations, but the airport crew was overwhelmed and failed to control the massive crowd. At one point, service members started calling out destinations and it became a free for all. Passengers jumped over each other and across the ropes to cut in front. Elderly and children were pushed aside. At the gate, it was announced "in 15 minutes, we will ask passengers needing help to board", followed immediately by another crew member "we are already boarding all passengers!", then right back to the first crew "we are not boarding yet, we will start boarding in 15 minutes". Confusion! Departure was listed on time, but we really left 40 minutes late."

Pros: "Even with very rainy weather in Austin, flight left on time. Crew was very nice on both our flights. Plane was clean. Comfortable enough--about what to expect in this day and age."
Cons: "A lot of fees with Frontier flights. Wny not just include in the original fare of the flight?"

Cons: "The initial price did not include a free seat . Had to pay $16.00 extra for a seat."

Pros: "I loved the gate agent. She gave me a row of seats to myself. I also loved the flight attendants. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. The pitch between the seats were decent. They definitely respect the passenger and provide excellent pricing. I traveled without bags or personal item. I understood exactly what I was doing. Going to Vegas for 24 hours for next to nothing."
Cons: "I felt the snacks were overpriced. It was kind of funny seeing the flight attendants use debit or credit cards for each item on their cart."

Pros: "I had a great flight both to, and from Las Vegas on Frontier Airlines. The pilot and crew were amazing and made everyone feel very comfortable. I will definitely fly Fromtier again."

Pros: "Nothing Flight was first delayed for 1 1/2 hours and then canceled. Spent over an hour on hold trying to make alternate arrangements...not a good experience!"

Cons: "1) Although flights are fairly low fare, they get you with baggage. Had to pay to check OR to carry-on. 2) Flew out of Chicago O'Hare - a major hub - and Frontier, Spirit, Virgin America, & Alaskan all shared a SINGLE security check. Yes ladies and gentleman, one security scanner. I have never in my life (usually fly American, United, or Southwest) waited more than 30 minutes to get through security. This time was well over an hour, I almost missed my flight. 3) On-board staff was friendly (all but one woman), but there were no complimentary beverages or snacks. I did pay for some & they were not too pricey, but having to whip out my credit card yet again made my whole travel experience feel far from effortless."

Pros: "The flight was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before the scheduled take-off [9 am flight on 12/16/15] without any explanation whatsoever. The counter representatives gave very inadequate instruction, and did not appear very compassionate to the customers. I had to wait on hold for a CSR for 50 minutes before I was helped. Then, it took 45 more minutes to schedule another flight on American Airlines. The whole event was unnecessarily stressful."

Cons: "We didn't even get to go on the plane. The flight was cancelled before we got to the airport. They gave us no explanation why it was cancelled. Also the information they gave us was terrible. A woman gave us a parse that said "call this number to reschedule" as soon as we called it, the reply was "I'm sorry we are closed try calling this number." It took about 2 hours to figure out how to get scheduled on a different airline."

Pros: "One of the worst landing I have ever experienced. The pilot pancaked the landing. Everything else went as expected. The seats were uncomfortable and small. The staff was super nice. Everything else went as expected."
