Cons: The people in Atlanta working for Spirits really need help! We waited gor two hours just to get our bags! Didn’t make any sense!

Pros: The flight attendants were accommodating and friendly. The ticket agent was also very helpful.

Cons: Trying to get help at check-in was a fiasco. The seating is cramped. Not having WiFi is a drawback. We were stuck waiting for the plan to take off for 40 min because bags apparently were being loaded.

Pros: Delra was very accommodating to get us on a later flight today due to a medical emergency the previous day. Thank you Delta, especially for your understanding.

Pros: This was my daughter’s first solo travel home from college. She said the staff was helpful and kind. She loved that the flight was not over crowded. It was a smooth flight.

Cons: Only negative thing she could say was her flight was delayed an hour. But that isn’t terrible considering all the holiday travelers.

Cons: Spirit airlines charges you money for water!!! For water!!! I was on a four and a half hour flight from LA to CLE, and didn’t bring my credit cards or a bottle of water with me. I could t get a bottle of water because they charge for them. How is that even legal? I sat thirsty considering drinking the water from the airplane lavatory. Beyond that the seats don’t recline and you get nickle and dined for everything. I would never fly this airline if I didn’t need to travel to CLE where they appear to be one of if not the most dominate airline.

Cons: Paid for 6th rows seats and got 22nd Flight was so expensive by the time I paid for them and bags. Will never fly Spirit again. Chairs were like the metal folding chairs for soccer games.

Pros: Check in kiosk from airport hosted services

Cons: Counter Crew performance / speed to respond to time. We had arrived early enough but at stood in line for 1 hour which pushed the clock and we couldn’t use the reataurants.

Pros: The staff was nice and food was pretty good

Cons: The plane left ans hour late. The captain said it was to load ciffee on board. I was at yhe airport very early and that plane was sitting at the gate for at least two hours begire take off. There is no excuse fir the coffee not to be aboard. I was sitting in the front row in premium economy. The aet uo for TV screens in that row is awful

Cons: We had one checked bag and it did not arrive when we landed. Told it was on the next flag but did not arrive until after midnight.

Cons: The 3.5hr delay. Beginning to wonder if delays are a bug or a feature.

Pros: Jet blue has free potato chips and also allows you to watch television.

Cons: Jet Blue provided 5 sequential delay messages over an hour. Their inability to better estimate departure is disappointing. The real problem is that delay was caused directly by the airline's incompetence. There were no weather issues, the takeoff spots were available. They simply failed to load snacks. Although there WAS a minor prior delay bc a slightly late plane arrival, we eventually were delayed about an extra hour to supply snacks on a 4-hr flight. Given the ground crew had EXTRA time to load and also considering the tiny set of options offered, this is senseless. Further, b/c they ran out of overhead bins, they offered to GATE check my luggage. This was essentially a lie - they put it with checked bags, unlike the gate checked items I watched others retrieve. The combination of these errors led me to arrive at the car rental desk after closure. This caused me to incur a taxi fare, so spend 30 min or so working out an alternative rental the following day, and then yet ANOTHER cab to the Car Desk to get the car. This is the only time in my hundred or so car rentals anything like this has happened. I will certainly think twice (or more) before booking Jet Blue again.

Cons: Seats are tight.. space with three adults shoulder to shoulder is uncomfortable...and leg space between seat in front of me and my seat makes it difficult to reach my bag under the sear in front. Aisles are also mighty tight.... Honestly when I waa boarding the flight one of the thoughts I had was how in the heck would people shuttle out of the plane if an emergency landing was necessary.

Pros: I like they that they actually serve a small meal on board and the inflight service much better than US airlines. Service in the air is excellent!

Cons: Ground service not the most efficient. Especially rude was the darker complexion lady in charge of boarding the flight at the counter on NOV 19 at 12:35 pm flight from Miami to Mexico City. She needs to be repremended or closely observed on her customer skills. I fly a lot and don’t come across to many like this lady.

Pros: Quick flight

Cons: Getting through security at O'Hare was horrible. My plane seat was too upright and felt like it was not bolted to the floor properly.

Pros: Arrived 11 minutes early, courteous staff, biscoff cookies. Great price.

Cons: They pushed the stupid credit card again with its annual fee and miles BS.

Pros: Second flight had more comfortable seating in comparison to our first flight.
