Cons: "A strong snowstorm prevented me from arriving to the airport on time (highway was closed). Flight was at 3:15. After over 5 hours on the highway I finally arrived to the airport at 2:27 and the Aeromexico counters were empty. A lady from Lufthansa told me the flight had just closed and suggested that I call aeromexico’s phone number. I did that and the gentleman on the phone told me I should go to the check-in counters. I mentioned they were empty and he had no other suggestions. After an hour on the airport and on the phone with no progress I booked a trip with United and traveled home."

Cons: "My seat had the arm rest as well as the cup tray all cracked. Service by the crew members for the business class paxs was really mediocre and very poor."

I flight with the same airline from mx city to denver and they charged nothing while from denver to mx city they charged 25 dollars with the same suitcase! Also delta gives you free basic wifi while this guys charge it extra. Btw they take away all your carry ons amd make you to wait for hours to get them back! They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."

This is not fair for the price paid for flights. I am very unhappy with the fact that there was food served onboard and that, when I tried to tell the airline what I could and could not eat, that they did not change my preferences or even give me the option."

Even though we are fluent in Spanish it didn't matter because the employees didn't know what they were doing anyways."

Pros: "The manager was really nice, and the customer service desk people were every nice too. I was compensated for being kicked off the flight, and they helped me re-book a direct flight to get home. The resolution was fine."
Cons: "Was kicked off my flight for some reason. It was not explained to me very well, but I gathered it was from another plane earlier in the day that was cancelled. I don't know how I was selected to be kicked off. The poor communication was very annoying. I stood at the counter for 45 minutes after the airline personnel took my STB ticket, and didn't tell me what was going on. Would have been a LOT more pleasant of they just told me the flight was full, and my name would be called if I was on the flight. Then I could at least sit down, instead of standing there for 45 minutes."

Cons: "Yo viajo seguido por esta aerolínea y por otras también. Y desde hace no mucho tiempo veo que ya no es posible seleccionar tu asiento sin costo ni siquiera cuando el check in está abierto. Esto se me hace ya una exageración de querer obtener utilidades de todo. Es un absurdo, pues todos nos vamos a ir y es una causa de molestia y que me haría pensar a mi y otros muchos en no comprar más con ustedes. Entiendo que quien quiera asegurar su asiento desde mucho tiempo antes pague por este servicio. Pero no al momento de abrir el vuelo. A veces viajamos acompañados y resulta imposible sentarse juntos. En mi opinión y de muchos amigos que viajamos con ustedes esto nos tiene en desagrado y ocasiona que adentro del avión andemos cambiando lugares y retrasar los despegues."

Cons: "Tried to pre check a day before the flight using Volaris app and wasn't able to complete the process, as the app was timing out and it was forcing me to buy a seat in the plan, which I wasn't interested in. It seems to me that the airline is trying to nickel and dime you in every opportunity they have as they wanted to charge us 50 USD extra as our carry on luggage was under the 22 LB restriction but our backpack added 2 pounds. I have never seen an airline that is weighting each and every passengers backs and purses during the boarding process to see how much more money they can get per flight. Also, I found it kind of funny that after take off the flight attendants were selling the empty seats in the front which didn't had more leg room (not first class) but were just closer to the cabin. You are already charging for sodas, CAN YOU JUST STOP THERE?"
