Cons: After the 8+ hour delay, Icelandair cancelled the flight. If you have a connection, you’re out of luck with so little flight options.

Cons: Three hour delay in Reykjavik was needed and appropriate because of harsh/blustery winds. The passengers appreciated the absolute attention to safety in the long delay.

Pros: The flight took off and landed on time. There were also a lot of good food options on the flight that were not only edible, but also healthy

Pros: Almost everything about the return flight was great. Check-in, legroom, flight crew, entertainment were top notch

Cons: I asked for specific meals for everyone on the booking but multiple customer service reps booked only 1 meal - when making bookings/changes ask if changes are for everyone or for specific passengers

Pros: Everything that happened before the FIRST time we boarded the flight and when we finally landed in LA. The movie selection was pretty good since I couldn’t sleep on the flight and it calmed me down. The flight that was originally 7 hours turned into 5

Cons: What Irritated me the most about this whole experience was that they waited until everyone had boarded and seated to find a maintenance problem. Credit to them for finding it before takeoff but it should’ve been caught before the plane even left the hangar or when the plane last landed. They said this would be a 15-20 min fix. This was an 8pm flight. 800 became 830, then 9. By 9:00, same problem and I start to wonder if we should switch planes. By 10, they finally tell us that we have to deplane and go to Gate 37 which is on the other side of the terminal. On the way out the flight attendant tells us that we have to hurry up to the other gate because we have to be there by 10:25 to board. I almost wanted to punch him. So we’re there. 10:25 comes and I see the screen turn to 10:40. Around 11, the announcement comes that they’re transferring the food from the other plane to our new plane which further delayed everything. As some kind of compensation, theyleft buckets of snacks and drinks for us prior to boarding as we finally boarded. Finally took off at 12:30. I was so irritated I couldn’t rest on the flight.

Cons: that my flight got cancelled and wasn't going out until Saturday and I would have been less than 24 hrs in Boston

Pros: The flight was great and was on time. Down side, no entertainment at all.

Cons: Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases.

Pros: The service was excellent along with the flight being very comfortable.

Cons: A little more options in entertainment in the hindi language would be much better for people who do not like to watch English entertainment. Along with that free wifi would be kind of good to have for people who need to work on the flight or check out important emails.

Cons: I didn't care for the breakfast. The eggs tasted like the chicken and rice from the meal for dinner.

Cons: Getting through security at O'Hare was horrible. My plane seat was too upright and felt like it was not bolted to the floor properly.

Pros: Upgraded seat on the Boeing 777 was near the exit, and I had plenty of legroom.

Cons: Although British Airways and American Airlines are alliance partner companies, their systems don’t behave as such. It took me too many attempts to mention in order to simply upgrade my seat. The booking locator number is different for both airlines, and no one ever informed me of that critical information

Pros: Price, entertainment, direct flight

Cons: Plane left because pilot was late, little to no legroom for a 6"2 person. Boarding procedure is a joke. Instead of their group system the plane should be boarded from the back. By the time group 8 comes on board there is no room in the overhead bins.

Pros: I like the Aircaraft - A350-900 and service

Pros: The crew & service on our Denver to Munich flight were incredible. Courteous, professional & fun. A crew like this makes flying a pleasure.

Cons: The seats in economy on the A-350 were a horror show. Couldn't have made them more uncomfortable if they tried. It seems with each new model Airbus puts out the seats regress to more medieval technology.

Pros: Quick boarding and on time take off

Cons: The new fare basic coach doesnt allow carry ons even for money! I had to check my carry on for $30, unlocked with all my medication and valuables. I had NO idea I couldn't take a small carry on. That's insane. Worse than Spirit, which is not saying much. At least you can pay for a carry on with Spirit. They forced me to check my unlocked bag. United used to be one of my favorites. Its lower than Spirit now. Beware!

Pros: The United staff and flight were great, no complaints. We arrived a few minutes too late for my partner to check in with his luggage so they even arranged it so that he would be able to still catch the flight but the luggage would be sent on the following flight. Definitely saved us from the stress of having to be split up and worried on when there would be room for him to catch an alternate flight.

Cons: My complaints are with Newark airport (EWR). The AirTran took over 10-15min to arrive and when it finally did we had to get off and wait for another one which didn’t have space for everyone so a group of us had to wait even longer for the next one to arrive. A guy said he missed his flight last time that happened. They had more trains going to the parking lot for customers leaving the airport than they did for people catching their flights! Then there was only one security check in line, even for expedited check in. Despite allocating extra time for our overall commute, we still made it right on time for boarding so make sure to give yourself PLENTY of time when dealing with EWR.

Pros: It was nice and smooth. The crew was great, especially Urere, our stewardess. Comfort and food were good, on par with the nickel diming of airlines.
