When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Onboard, the TV (ICE) and internet were struggling to keep up with user demand. Did not load or connect sometimes. Different crew members had same standard answer - try later. While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me."

My flight across the Atlantic was 4 hours late, and BA refused to put me on the next available to Prague, even though the lateness forced me to miss the BA flight I have been booked on. Their reason referred to a technicality in the booking procedure, but actually BA has put in place "policies" aimed at their financial advantage, over and above reasonable treatment of the customer. BA's refusal to rebook me cost me a lot of inconvenience (3 hours on the phone, for one thing) plus about $150 (I am taking another route to Prague); BA was then able to sell both my original seat and an extra seat on the next flight from Heathrow to Prague. I will never fly BA again in my life if I can help it."

The information from your email and the number given from you notifying me of the cancellation only gave British Airway to contact for redress. It took over an hour on the phone to get another flight which was 2 days later with now 2 days less of our vacation. Not to mention the loss of 2 hotel room payments. Kayak was of no help in this matter. Plus our flight reservation prohibited us from getting our flight on another flight the next day. If I had known that I never would have used Kayak. I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I expect to be reimbursed for our lost Hotel room costs and the costs associated with lost tours from you. Cons: "The seats on these flights are poor. As well as being narrow, there are bars on either side that dig in to your sides. My ongoing one hour domestic flight had more comfortable seats. Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed."

Cons: "There are no air vents on these planes! 4 of the 4 international flights of 10+ hours each did not have individual air vents. The heat was unbearable. We were sweating the entire time. There are individual computers in each row taking up some of the seat B (middle seat) legroom. These blow hot air and heat up the plane even more. I have never been on a flight where there weren't vents and it is the #1 reason why I won't be flying British Airways again. The TV screens are also outdated. The selection is alright but the screens are blurry and have a grid burned in on them."

At least they us we could rest in the BA lounge because I am elderly and disabled and we would have a 9 hour wait. Got to the lounge and we were not listed in the system. So we were denied entrance. We will have have spent 2 nights on a plane and 36 hours instead of one night and 16 hours. Rotten way to depend your 50th anniversary."

Cons: "Overall loved my emergency row seat the only negative for my particular seat was once the rest of my row was filled in and the 2 seats in front of me it made it impossible to get out of the seat and stand up unless I could had the person sitting in front of me get out of his seat."

Cons: "Old plane, flight attendants boardering in rude, very poor food (!), de-plane via steps to the tarmac and at least 7 coaches at Heathrow (an aged 747, so it took nearly an hour!)"

Pros: "The food was elevated and we were fed twice on our 9 hour flight! The beverage service was also provided often with a good assortment. I loved that there were new release movies available for free. The staff was friendly and available. If I were to do another long flight like that, I would seek out British Airways."
Cons: "Nothing."

Cons: "We purchased upgrades to an exit row seat because my knee locks up when cooped up for that long. They changed the plane and I understand that happens but they denied our refund request with 7 days deadline to re-request. So now we have to spend valuable vacation time dealing with their incompetency"

Pros: "Really attentive crew! I wasn't feeling well towards the end of the flight, and a flight attendant made sure I was okay and gave me some water."
Cons: "Landing was a bit rough."

Pros: "For economy class it was good seats (bulkhead), the crew were nice, and the food was good."
Cons: "The tiny screens for movies were awful. Worst of all, the horribly loud voices that nearly break eardrums when the crew comes on during the flight was both painful and annoying."

Pros: "The flight was not very full, so we could spread out. Normally I really like British Airways, but the lack of AC was difficult."
Cons: "The air conditioning did not work and it was very warm, 77 degrees at least, the whole flight. It made it very uncomfortable. They said something was broken."

Pros: "Easy and quick boarding. Dinner tasty, but it is hard to cut a fillet steak without hitting the next passenger in the elbow"
Cons: "Only one check-in agent running all desks including bag drop - long wait. 19 year-old 747 had narrow seats in premium economy, uncomfortable and too much body contact with adjacent passengers. Outbound to SFO in an Airbus 380 had sparkling wine pre-take off, hot towels twice, this DEN-LHR flight only had juice or water on offer (crew said "don't serve that on this route") no hot towels, crew's objective seemed to be get around cabin in one go and leave Pax to it Breakfast was abysmal, soft-pretzel roll, no juice or water served, just indifferent coffee"
