I enjoyed the entertainment but the snacks could have been more wider.

I have not met a person yet who has been able to figure out the American Airlines app for entertainment.
Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
Cons: "When I got to dallas there was no one there with a wheel chair to help me get to my next flight. Asked the counter person for information and she almost could not be bothered. After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions."

Cons: "Crew: One was swearing at take off, and another was aggressive with getting my tray table down although I told her I didn't want it down because I already had blankets on me and wanted to relax. I didn't need a tray table forced out on me for a drink I could care less about when I'd rather be sleeping on a long flight. The tray table was also dirty - so dirty that the crew member used a napkin to pull it out. Gross. Comfort: Ruined by the rude staff and the dirty tray table that was forced on me. Water was coming out of the wall. Both bathrooms didn't have soap dispensers (not even empty ones - they never had any out to start with), and by the time I went both were out of toilet paper and hand napkins. Food: Didn't touch it because of how disgusted I was at the flight by this time. Entertainment: Something is better than nothing."

These old birds were 30 years old, out of Arizona desert storage...former TWA, so no entertainment or power or anything. And, AA re-confirmation showed flight and ticket canceled! Said Iberia flight, Iberia said AA flight...yikes! Serious glitches and lost data...locator number erased! You see why I tried to take a foreign carrier."

The flight attendant, Angel lives up to her name- what an angel! I love her! She was so helpful and attentive and patient. My daughter spilled some juice on her shorts and not only did Angel help me clean up my daughter, she did not hesitate to pick up my daughter’s dirty shorts and neatly packaged it away for me! She went above and beyond her future to provide THE BEST customer service and flight I’ve had in over 20+ years of flying. Thank you, Angel, please continue to excel at exceptional customer service professional!

We were told by the gentleman at the check in that our correct boarding passes with our seats sitting all together would be given to us at the boarding desk. That was the biggest mistake ever to take this flight because we were then delayed 3 more hrs! Not only that but when I approached the next gentleman at the boarding desk in Houston he was super rude! He was yelling at me when I told them that "they in Dallas,the worker at the check in" told me to get my boarding passes in Houston. He kept yelling saying "there was nothing he could do that he could do that he didn't know who THEY were but that I was talking to him now and that's why he is saying" I tried explaining to him that I just wanted to make sure I got in the right flight home because this is what I was told to do by the employee in Dallas. Not only that but our connecting flight to Houston was horrible! The flight attendant (the male) was very very rude!!! He also was yelling at my niece and nephew when we were trying to put the carry on bags in the compartment. And telling us we could have anything underneath the seat when clearly we could have our personal item underneath. Overall we had the worst experience with United and will never again fly with them! I understand delays may happen but there's no need for the employees to be so rude. so much for their customers service!"

Cons: "UA plane stayed a long time on O'Hare tarmac waiting for takeoff to LA. Then parking at gate in LA took a long time. The result was I missed my UA connection to SFO. UA put me in the next LA-SFO flight."
Cons: "3 delays, but United refused to cancel the flight which would allow the passengers to rebook. Pilots were dismissed and we were given vouchers to the worst motel that I have EVER stayed in. Since I had to be in Washington the next morning, I purchased a $600 ticket online after the gate agent told all of the passengers that United could not get them to D.C. until the next evening. To top it off, they used the same plane with mechanical problems the next morning, which caused further delays. Terrible and costly."

Cons: "The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name."

Thought it was ridiculous that we had to go all the way to original gate when we were told we would be loading again on the gate next to the one we just came in from."
