Every thing is fine

I liked the entertainment. But the snacks could have been better. Definitely need More choices to choose from.

Delta was on time and pleasantly professional.

Timely boarding announcements, fairly roomy seating, and prompt snack delivery. Seats in the waiting area could have USB charging ports on both sides. Minor issue; I charged my phone on the flight.

While I do understand that overweight people have the right to fly, they should pay for the space they occupy like the rest of us. This person literally should have had two seats."

The crew the flight was excellent but the Atlanta check in desk really dropped the ball 2 times . If I was the manger I would fire the whole staff and If I was above the manager I would fire them as well as I’m. Sure this is not an isolated occasion."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."
Pros: "I enjoy being a Gold SkyMiles member, which gives me the perk of being in priority boarding. I also enjoy seating in Delta comfort, especially on long flights such as the one to LA. Delta has greatly improved on keeping their passengers entertained by having the latest movies to watch, as well as, satellite television. Additionally, the mobile app is excellent since it allows you to check in and track your luggage."
Cons: "Delta needs to improve their food and snack choices. The snack choices (cookies, chips, fruit, pretzels) wasn't horrible but could be better. As far as food to purchase, Delta's menu is extremely limited and not worth the price of purchasing."

Having to board outside in rain and hot weather is not fun.

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?

Cons: "When I got to dallas there was no one there with a wheel chair to help me get to my next flight. Asked the counter person for information and she almost could not be bothered. After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions."

Eventually they say that United was to transfer our tickets to them, so they can put us into the next flight to Munchen. -5 h later they finally manage to book us together, into a Munchen flight. -getting fine from DC to Munchen and Munchen to Bucharest, 7 h delayed but we get to Romania."

Since I had to be in Washington the next morning, I purchased a $600 ticket online after the gate agent told all of the passengers that United could not get them to D.C. until the next evening. To top it off, they used the same plane with mechanical problems the next morning, which caused further delays. Terrible and costly."

Cons: "The United employees at check in kiosk were very unorganized and unhelpful. I was traveling internationally with a small child and had two pieces of luggage to check in. Normally you just go to the counter once and they do everything including taking your luggage once they weigh it. Instead, I had to go to the self check in kiosk, then back to the counter to weigh my luggage, take off the one luggage from the scale, weigh the second one, then go back to the self check in kiosk, then was told to take off the second luggage as well, then finally went to a second counter where the lady handwritten my luggage tags and then was told to take both pieces of luggage and put them somewhere else altogether with specific directions on where to put them. This is something normally handled by the actual employees. Also, the check in dude yelled at my kid for putting in his name into the check in kiosk while we were waiting on the check in dude to do all those unorganized activities. He claimed it would break the software if my kid were to enter his name. I have told him that no, the software will not break if my child enters in his name."

Pros: "It got me there and the price was good."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. These were the most uncomfortabe seats I've ever flown on. Basically a piece of plastic with a vinyl cover and essentially no padding. The flight was half empty so after the fasten seatbelt sign went off I moved forward to the comfortable seats (there were 10 of them and only 3 were occupied). The stewardess told me I had to go back and sit on the ballpark seats. My back is killing me as a result. Also, at check in there was a long line. I asked an attendant if I could use the boarding pass machine, which for some reason are located in the front of the baggage check line. He told me I had to wait in line even if I wasn't checking a bag. After a half an hour I was concerned I might miss my flight so I asked a different attendant if I could jut go up and use the boarding pass machine since I wasn't checking bags and he told me no problem. This was at the BWI airport. I'm not sure if Spirit boarding pass machines at other airports are so oddly located, since most other airlines have machines located in a place one can can get to without having to wait in the baggage check line even when you're ot checking bags. The stewardess was on the grumpy side - waiting to depart I had closed my eyes and she told me I had to stay awake for her flight safety talk, which would have been fine, but she didn't give the talk for a nother 20 minutes."
Cons: "Delayed, on take off. Long time getting luggage after flight. Everything cost money even water."

Pros: "i didn't like anything about it, i bought my ticket from Kayak and got to the airport 40 minutes early and they wouldn't let me check in because i missed check in by 5 minutes, which wasn't mentioned in none of my ticket jnformation, smh worse experience with an airline by far, will never book with them again employees ability to yse logic and reason was below mediocrity."

Pros: "Flights left on time, took off on time and landed on time. Luggage arrived with me. I had heard horror stories about Spirit. Given free miles for completing credit card application. I will use them. Pleased with the option to purchase the wider seats as I am a big lady."
Cons: "Weight limit on checked bags is pretty low. Cost me to check my suitcase on this leg of the trip. Of course, you charge for every single thing. But now that I know that, I can manage my costs by knowing what to expect Was not told that credit card has an annual fee. Will not continue with the card after the fee-free first year. I don't pay annual fees for credit cards."
Pros: "I liked the personalibility and humor of the flight attendants."
Cons: "I did not like the fact that I had to pay $50.00 for a carry-on bag. I didn't like that I was not made clearly aware of this charge. Taking this I to consideration, along with the fact that my flight didn't fly directly to my destination, could potentially influence my decision to fly spirit again."

We had to wait for one hour to get a assistant to wait on us! I will never fly with this airline again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Was running a little late but was pulled out of a huge line to be placed upfront because my flight was about to leave.. advise, don't take it for granted be there early. 3. Had been told seats were uncomfortable but they are not. Will definitely fly with Spirit again!.. For those who gave bad reviews, you just didn't do your homework! Advise for newbies like me.. Book your flight online, pay for baggage online, get your boarding passes online all at once I guarantee you, you will save tons!! Not true that website is a disaster, just read carefully and follow instructions because they guide you step by step, I'm not a computer savy but I know to follow instructions.. Try it you will never want to pay hundres of dollars more elsewhere!!"

I guess Spirit would have rather I fly infecting many people. Instead of working with me! Sad Airline first and last attempt to fly this Airline!"
