Cons: "I have a JetBlue credit card and I’m very disappointed that membership to the credit card does not offer priority boarding or zone A or zone B boarding. I was in seat 6C and had boarding zone E! Every other airline sponsored credit card I own offers some form of priority zone seating; even Spirit!"

Cons: "Our gate was changed several times, causing us to miss our initial non stop flight out of Boston. We were moved to the international terminal and had to wait over an hour to get through security because they were understaffed. We finally got through security as the doors of our plane were closing. Upon reaching our assigned gate, we were told it had changed. We received one email less than a half hour before boarding of the change but since we were in line for security, did not see it. Our rebooked flight was delayed which meant we wouldn't make our connecting flight in DC. We went to Ft Lauderdale instead and sat near our gate until boarding time. At this point we we were informed of yet another gate change as boarding was supposed to start, however there were no announcements made. Our 2.5 hour non stop flight turned into an over 12 hour travel day"

Cons: "The flight was cancelled 4hrs after being boarded at JFK. We understand that such things happen. It’s the situation and handling after was very unprofessional. we were told to collect our bags and go to check in counter and collect our next bookings but instead after collecting check ins we were just given meal ticket and hotel address and given a toll free number to call which is very inappropriate. It should become your responsibility to rebook ya but not leaving it on us to call some number and wait. Though I called and I was told that I was not deboarded to rebook me. For which I tried to go and find an Emirates personnel who refused to talk to the Emirates guy on phone to explain and would just refuse to talk to me. Imagine yourself carrying two check ins and a carry one and running around just to try to get somebody to answer. Mr. Munit on phone was kind enough to be on talk and hold for about 40mins with me. It still ended up unable to book at that time. I was going to India for two day period and my one day had to be spent over in JFK. As humans it’s not the technical difficulty that was an issues it’s the Emirates crews at jfk inability to properly respond and answer arrogantly was the issue. One person instead of answering the questions of an old man was very rude and just blubbered “can’t you just listen to me” that was very inappropriate. It should be her responsibility to listen first. I have always flew Emirates and inflight crew are always very patient and good. This experience makes me think otherwise."

Cons: "Where do I start: our 7:00am flight never made it out of Charleston and we missed our 2:15 connecting flight to Martinique. After paying $300 worth of rebooking fees and an additional $150 on a hotel room we finally flew to JFK and made it to Martinique where we enjoyed a 2 day vacation. So unfortunate, this extremely delayed flight by JetBlue cost us a lot of money, time, etc."

Before I even made it to the boarding entrance the next group was called. I had to rush with my daughter to check the stroller and get on the plane while others were loading in too."

Off I went, and off Irma went, I had to change my return travel plans and unfortunatelyJetblue didn't have s direct flight to my new destination, the counter agent in DC went thru possible options and worked with main ticketing to refund my flight for future use, noting it saved me money to rebook online at a cheaper fare, what airline does that theses days. Very pleased and grateful Jetblue made my travel during a tense weather weekend the least of my worries, they were Rock Stars!"

Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service."

The flight also boarded and departed mostly on time, and the onboard wifi was great."

Cons: "5 minutes until boarding at JFK we were told to transfer gates; upon arriving by shuttle to the new gate, passengers were informed the aircraft was downsized and 20 people needed to be bumped. I volunteered since I had a flexible schedule so Delta re-issued me a ticket at 9am JFK for a 10am flight out of La Guardia. I trusted them I'd make it in time and they said they called taxis for us so we left to go catch them. Actually, no taxis were to be found so we had to call our own and were significantly delayed. I was in the first group of 5 people to be re-issued and arrive at La Guardia. Everyone else bolted but my new boarding pass didn't work and they actually didn't properly re-issue my ticket as I had been booked as leg 3 of my international flight from Malaysia. After they called three different departments including China they were able to print my ticket at 9:54am so I sprinted through the security and to my gate and was able to somehow make the flight as they were closing the door. However probably 14 or so of the original bumped passengers definitely didn't make it."

Cons: "I purchased a round trip ticket from Costa Rica to Panama in order to comply with laws stating non-resident aliens must leave Costa Rica every 90 days for a period of at least three days. When it came time to return to Costa Rica, I understood that I had not purchased ANOTHER ticket to "prove" my intent to leave Costa Rica again three months in the future. I told the ticket agent I wishes to purchase a "fully refundable" ticket for a future flight, but she was (or professed to be) unable to assure me the ticket she was selling me was refundable. Upon return to Costa Rica, as before, immigration did not ask to see any such proof nor did they even ask my intentions. Isn't this called fraud? I did not need the ticket and, of course, in contacting Copa Airlines, I would have to return to Panama in order to even get a partial refund, which they won't guarantee. Not doing this again."

Turns out you have to pay for each bag,bringing my luggage total to $50. Thats when I noticed Copa Airlnes had the same price for airfare plus two free bags! I was sold. Overall great service!"

So I am STILL stuck on Barcelona, trying to figure out how I can change my ticket and how much that will cost me. Why does it take a form? Why can't someone give me a price quote?"

We had scheduled plenty of time to make our connecting flight but we weren't updated on how much later we would be. This caused a lot of worry and stress not knowing when we would land or where our connecting gate would be. Fortunately the gates were next to one another and it all worked out. There were supposed to be usb charging connectors under the seat but I felt around for nearly 30 minutes and couldn't find them. Nobody could."

Cons: "Didn't like being grounded in Charleston because we were on a commuter flight while our AA connections was allowed to land in Charlotte and leave without us. Did not know AA operated flights receive priority at the airports over their inferior non-AA operated "partners". Will look for alternatives to AA in the future. Flight too short for a drink! No lodging because not their fault! Okay, storm not their fault, faulty policy is!"

Waste of money as flight was delayed 90 minutes trying to fix the water system which the slow response maintenance crew never fixed. Ended up using Sani-wipes and had no coffee - seemed ok for a relatively short flight and half full plane. 90 minutes to make the decision to just go on resulting in many rescheduled flights."

Cons: "Late boarding and long wait on runway to be able to take off, thus ensuring connection in Panamá would be missed. Given that one runway was closed due to wind, this is something outside the control of United. Nevertheless, allowing a connecting flight with only 30 minutes between flights would seem to be overly risky, thus any delay upon departure will ensure a missed connection."

Cons: "My confirmation number did not work; originally my flight appeared to be through copa but then it was clear that it was part of the way on United and part of the way on copa; Was unable to check in for flight before getting to the airport; first flight was very delayed and connecting flight was not acknowledged in the delay - in other words, I was going to miss the connecting flight but was unable to get any information about re-booking; waited in the airport for 6 hours then boarded the plane and sat on the plane for 3 hours, then was told flight was delayed until the following day; eventually did take off 22 hours late; when I arrived in Quito finally my bag did not make it; they did not deliver my bag to my hotel as they said they would in the airport, instead I had to go an agency and pick it up. I missed a day and a half of seeing a dear friend I was coming here to visit and nothing can make up for that. Overall, terrible experience."

Cons: "Terrible experience. Will avoid united at all costs. We arrived with enough time and called ahead. They said to run and the plane would still be there however at the kiosk, the personell was very unhelpful. They made us miss our flight, fly out the next day and didn't now help change our return flight to the next day. I called united, the booking agency and the other airline without getting any changes."

Cons: "A five hour flight and you only get a mini pack of mini pretzels and a soda. The boarding was made an hour late, the United employees didn’t seem to care that a line formed ine hour before. Two people near me were blasting their smartphones listening to music and/or playing games with their smartphones but without earphones and not one person from the crew told them to shut it up."

Cons: "95% of my united flights are delayed. Today, they overbooked and asked for a volunteer. I did so and was offered a $1,500 compensation. Instead of 8:00, I would arrive at 11:00. I was very excited and patiently waited for the plane to board, so I coulD receive my new flight info. The flight is inevitably delayed, as it always is with this airline: I would have ended up missing my connection, so it seemed to work out well. However, they’re about to close the doors when the agent says “it’s not overbooked anymore” she gave me the option to so either get on that flight and wing it on my layover to find another flight, or go to Newark. But I needed to make a decision at that moment. The agent revoked the $1,500 because it was no longer overbooked and her demeanor immediately changed from The kind, accommodating agent she was when she needed me to give up my seat. She became short and rude. I got the last available seat because I was the last to board and was forced to check my bag because there was no more room. All because I was willing to change my travel plans. I get to my layover, and the earliest flight I could get would land at midnight with an additional layover. Oh! And the first class seat I was supposed to have on my second leg was not available. All of this was while I was seriously ill— throwing up, just wanting to be home. Honestly, I’ve never liked United. I constantly get over it, because it’s often the less expensive option. At this point, I am so sick of how they treat their customers, and their inability to depart on time. Last time I let them put me through this again."

I was frustrated with the flight selected and therected seemed to be no effort into suiting me with an equivalent flight in which I purchased, which was a direct flight. I spoke to a reap that found a flight on another airline, but it still was not a direct flight in which I requested. For this being my first impression I was not impressed!"
