Seat was too small for someone as tall as I am. I was behind an exit row making my leg room even less. There flights were delayed by multiple hours. Some weather related and others staff related. The plane was hot. Horrible experience.
The Atlanta airport had thunderstorms, which caused our flight to be delayed by multiple hours. Once we were able to board.the gate agent was rude and was trying to rush us onto the plane because the team in the plane was about to run out of hours once we were all aboard the plane they ran into an issue where the catering truck was filling up the back of the plane and they left and had to come back because they didn’t fill it up all the way, causing even more of a delay. My seat was very tight. I didn’t have a lot of legroom overall this was a miserable experience.
Flight delayed due to ground hold. Republic airways did a great job.
This wasn't my experience with Delta. It was just the Pegasus flight. Seats were very hard. Staff was kinda rough. Not very nice. Charged me for snacks. For a 4 hour flight I would've expected more.
I had a flight cancel and had it rerouted. When the rerouted they put me at a window seat instead of an isle. It was hard sitting by the window because the couple with masks on were making out. I get motion sickness which is why I need to have the isle seat.
They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.
The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.
I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!
The only real hiccups in the flight were things beyond Delta’s control - turbulence which delayed food service and a departure delay caused by some VIP plane which stopped all departures and landings for 30 minutes - and was never explained to us by the crew. Otherwise good flight. I would fly Delta again.
The plane was frigid, and leaked water from the ceiling all over me and my seat.
Very good I can’t complain one bit. Thank you American Airlines for making my flight enjoyable and safe!

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service
Typical AA - late by 90+ mn. Gate changed twice... Changed the departure time 6 times No explanation, no communication on reasons for delay I travel with AA twice a year... and it is consistently very poor.. I will continue to use AA only when i have to.
I missed my connecting flight despite requesting a wheelchair and had to wait at the airport for an additional four hours
Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.
There was a situation before take off with a passager but the flight crew and others handled it very well. The flight attendants were great!
Long flight delay from gate and in airplane due to maintenance issues then pilot switch. Why board us on the plane if they know we would need to switch pilots? We could easily have stayed another 90 min in the terminal despite already being there 3 hours.
I left my phone in seat 6C or B where I sat with my husband. The lady with the oxygen tank needed help coming back from the bathroom as we were ready to land. We stopped the movie we were watching on my phone to help her and I guess I forgot it. Please, please return my phone. Samsung note galaxy 20 ultra. It is on airplane mode. Thanks so much
