Cons: "Take care of passengers for drinks and others. Treat passengers with other languages nicely rather than in condescending way. I saw air hostess laughing among themselves and being little short with passengers who couldn’t communicate. The boarding process was very chaotic with no groups."

Pros: "Using United with two flights a day out of Charlotte. A mistake. This is not the first time we had problems with United out of Charlotte. We missed our other flights and sate still in Washington and will lose a day of our vacation. United wouldn’t give us a voucher since it was supposedly weather related so I had to spend additional $100 for a room in DC."
Cons: "Do not use United out of Charlotte they have the worst customer service. With two flights a day you have no options. The other thing is there flight to Washington is so late you can’t switch airlines."

Staff was very helpful. They looked for compartment space when I couldn't find any. This allowed me to sit while they put away my bag
The flight was delayed for five hours due to airplane issues.
Pros: "The air hostess didn’t smile while offering cookies, but she wasn’t rude. She later asked my fellow passenger to move to another window seat and I had the comfort of 2 seats."

Cons: "Flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our layover. The only way they initially could correct the issue was by booking us a flight 5 days later. Finally found a helpful person at the gate after calling American Airlines and getting no help. We lost day of our trip, but it’s better than 5."

Cons: "However my overall experience with kayak and csfare was poor as they made a mistake on the name on my ticket that was not found until the day of my international flight and once I got a hold of customer service after calling 4 different numbers... most did not have 24 hr service... they stated they were unable to assist me and had no other options or solutions. American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again."

Food was not nice.It’s not only my opinion but the opinion of many.People were seen grumbling.During the trip from Delhi to Montreal the food was nice.Except for this everything was nice.
Buying a ticket and checking in does not guarantee you a seat. They allow you to check in early, but the no extra cost seat selection must be done within 24 hours of the flight. Otherwise, they put you on standby. They also put the details of this "in the fine print" according to the agent at the gate. When I checked in yesterday, the app said that seat selection was unavailable UNLESS you wanted to pay extra 🤬. Yeah, maybe make this automatic standby BS more visible to customers.
The meal service could have been better for a 14 hours flight especially in business class

Cons: "Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way."
