Pros: The flight attendants were very friendly. On the flight, snacks and drinks were bright by every hour or so and the meals were plenty of food and tasted good. I was given a bag with eye cover, earplugs, socks, face wipes and ear phones. Entertainment was good as well. Qatar is an amazing airline. Wish we had something like this in the States!

Cons: I have flown previously with Qatar and was not so impressed. Everything was great this trip up until my return to the United States. I should have suspected a problem when I was requested to change seat in order to assist a family who were in separate seats. Moving was difficult as the plane was being loaded. I managed to get to the seat offered to find someone sitting in it. To top it off the individual was wearing a surgical mask and carrying a large immigration bag. I requested a seat forward but I was denied and I later saw other passengers moved forward to seats that I was denied. If I had known that the flight would have been full of possibility sick immigrants I would have chosen another flight or airline. At certain times the smells were very bad. I felt as a ff member I should have been treated better or been made aware of possible health risks.

Love Delta, I did not flight United because I wouldn’t have met my United flight once landing in ATL. The Young African American woman who was at the gate was amazing and so reassuring that I would make my flight to Chicago. Would book Delta, just because of how nice she was to me.

More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers...

Cons: The fact that the lack of knowledge regarding international travel visas by the counter staff and supervisor meant that two days of the vacation were lost. Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father.

American Airlines tried to help and eventually were able to accommodate me through purchasing a new ticket and ensured my husband and I were still sitting together. Kayak and csfare basically told me sorry for your luck. I will not use this company again.

Cons: Flight from Columbus was delayed due to crew member family emergency. AA said I would miss my connection in Charlotte. The only alternate connection was too late to complete the trip. I nearly canceled the trip. I reboarded and made my connection with 10 minutes to spare. Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination.

On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse.

Cons: We loaded late and than sat in the plane awhile before we left. No explanation was given. Once we arrived in Charlie we sat on the tarmac for 20 min. No explanation. Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful.

However, at the airport i was told that the extra bag is $200. My office agreed to paying for the extra bag only for $100. Now I am out of pocket with $100. So disappointing.

Cons: nothing to eat, no leg room, poor wifi, hidden fees for checked luggage, damaged baggage on the return flight. I asked for some more water on the first flight, and the guy gave me a look as if I had asked him about his soul.

Pros: The flight boarded quickly and even though we were at the back of the line there was still overhead bin space for our carry on luggage. The in-flight entertainment worked well on our iPads (no need to rent one) and the stewards always had smiles on their faces. The flight left on time and landed a few minutes early which is a bonus when you are on vacation.

Cons: My problem is when United uses Air Canada the privileges that United gives don't exist and they treat you like anyone else... If I'm gold status with United theb I should be with Air Canada as well

Pros: We liked the extra leg room of the economy plus seats but the seats were too narrow.
Cons: The bathroom were not cleaned during the flight by the end of the flight there was no toilet paper and the bath rooms were very unclean.

Cons: I may be mistaken here, but apparently since I am not a permanent US resident, I needed a transit visa to fly through Canada, although this was not advertised anywhere. As such, we were not allowed to check in our flight and had to cancel our tickets a few hrs prior to boarding and book tickets on antoher flight. We would up losing good money since we were traveling as a family with kids. The silver lining is we flew Emirates which we should have chosen from the very beginning.

Cons: Gluten free food was mediocre. Worst on any airline. Crew was not attentive and anybrequest felt like an imposition.

Cons: Air Canada is always late to board, take off, or to depart from the aircraft for the most random reasons. Every time I fly with apr Canada I can never depart or arrive in time; it's always a problem.

Pros: The on board entertainment was phenomenal. My kids LOVED that they could connect and play games with each other. The gate agents in narita were the sweetest people I've come across in a long time.
Cons: Air Canada is pretty dang snobby for the most part. Im not sure when a rule was instituted that headphones can't be worn under 10000 feet, but my three children were targeted many times about their headsets... on the ear, boring kid headsets... and there were THREE adults around us wearing similar headsets that were not bothered. I am a single mother of three tired children and we were settling in for a long flight and I found the treatment very unnecessary and discriminatory. The food was pretty awful, lol. We ordered kids meals and none of my kids ate on the flight.

Cons: Because of a three and a half hour delay on the first leg of the journey, I missed the overseas flight. They out me up in a hotel, but I had to wait 24 hrs for the next flight. There was no attempt to get me on another flight and so far no willingness to compensate me for the other travel I had to rebook.

Pros: The extremely unempathetic Toronto Air Canada customer service agent was a particularly fond memory from my trip.
Cons: After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline.

Pros: Air Canada provided accommodations for me when I was informed about my removal from my connecting flight.
Cons: I didn't enjoy the sassy customer service representative who "assisted" me in redirecting me for the next possible flight to India. She booked me for a flight to London and told me that I was also confirmed for an Air India flight from London to Delhi. This "confirmation" was false after checking in with Air India. There was no entry of me being registered for the flight. Luckily, there were enough seats to make my accommodation. The looming concern that followed was that my bag was clearly not going to be in Delhi once I arrived to my destination. This then became my reality and had to deal with not having my luggage for 6 days in India. There was blatant disregard between both airlines in trying to deliver my bag to me. They both blamed each other and refused to claim responsibility. With both refusing to claim fault, I had to fend for myself and pay for clothes and other necessities. Hands down, the WORST experience I've ever endured while traveling with any airline. I vow to never fly Air Canada and Air India ever again.

Cons: The person checking me in to getting seat assignment must have been having a bad day. She was downright rude.

Cons: I'm skinny but tall and it is my opinion that these seats are uncomfortably small/narrow The room UNDER the seats is smaller than in other planes as well, so it's tougher to stow your gear

Pros: Service was good, not exceptional. The flight departed on time. The food was ok, nothing outstanding! Air Canada did not let me carry my second bag for free made me question the reason for not picking another airline!

Pros: Nothing. I'm happy that it wasn't worse.
Cons: Uncomfortable seats. Unhelpful ground staff. I missed my connecting flight due to bad weather and the attitude of the Air Canada staff was total indifference. I was told by the ground staff in Philadelphia that someone will be there to help us to quickly get to our connecting flight. Not only was no one there , but the quicker route to the gate closes after 11pm making us take the long way, therefore ensuring that we would miss the connecting flight. The two employees making new reservations took more than an hour to deal with 7 passengers. If you're economy class not only do they not pay for a hotel, they do not help in any way whatsoever other than handing you a card with a phone number to call to make your reservations (at a discounted price). After arriving at the hotel at 3 am in the morning, checking out at 1pm and spending 10hrs at the airport I finally got on my flight and spent another 14 hours in an uncomfortable seat before arriving in Delhi. Overall a terrible experience. I will never fly Air Canada again. You can only truly judge a business by seeing how it behaves when something goes wrong. Air Canada failed miserably!

Cons: I really dislike that the make you check your carry on now. Most airlines let you take your carry on so I’m used to that. It also originally said $25 but at the check in it was $30. Plus I prefer not to check in my bag because it is faster, but since I did I had to stay at the airport an extra hour.

Cons: If they overbooked the flight, offer flight vouchers AHEAD of us being at the airport.

Pros: The Lufthansa crew was very friendly on all legs and provided excellent service. The good was actually good.
Cons: The seat could have been more comfortable for a long trip but still better than your typical American airlines.

Cons: Extremely poor communication. Arrived in Bozeman almost two hours behind schedule. Sat on the runway FOREVER waiting to get to the gate after landing. Flight attendant gave reason but couldn’t understand her. Rude flight attendants. Just overall not a good experience. It’ll be my last with United.

Cons: The flight from Columbus to Chicago was originally suppose to leave at 6pm we had a 3 hour delay and did not leave until 9pm. This delay caused anxiety because there was a connecting flight ahead and we were afraid we would miss it.

Cons: Sat in the very back row. Seemingly had less space than any other row and got hit by every person walking to the bathroom. I know united can’t control how often ppl go to the bathroom but this was a rough flight with constantly having ppl out of their seats. Crew was great!

Cons: My other 3 flights on United were on a larger airplane with plenty of legroom. This one was very cramped. I was stuck in a middle seat and essentially pinned there for 2 hours.

Cons: Plane had very little luggage space. I'm explorer card holder boarding should be priority I was in group 2. Food was not of good quality hence lot of people left it. 3. Sets were too narrow.

Pros: 14 hour flight. The legroom in economy seating on UA 82 is an absolute joke if you are 5 feet 6 inches or taller. I am 5' 11" Charging $200 premium for economy plus which on united is a few more inches of legroom unlike other carriers where it's a step closer to business class.

Cons: The boarding at the first flight from Columbus to Washington was the worst flight I ever had, peoples who worked there were really rude and disrespectful not to only me but to a few passengers especially a lady who worked at the ticket both.

Cons: Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way.

Pros: We ended up with the exit row seats - awesome, especially for my 6'6" husband.
Cons: We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each.

And they ran out of meal options even though I indicated them at the time of booking. - Not so clean - Sickness bags were used ones and had something in them. Clearly, they were not replaced. Toilets didn't have basic supplies like moisturizers. Not to mention they were super cramped. - Entertainment system was out of 60s. Small LCD and were of the smallest resolution and viewing angles - made watching anything akin to watching those cam rips floating all over internet. - Cramped leg room. And the premium seat didn't have any better room. Overall, one of the poorest flights I have ever flown on. Even Air India has much better planes and service.

Cons: During my round trip my flight was delayed 4 times and canceled twice. On the first cancellation I had to get a hotel room because the next flight wasn't for 24 hours. Then, that flight was canceled but the booked me on another airlines. At first they were going to make me wait another 24 hours until I had told her that I had already did that once. The desk clerks were rude on every encounter.

Cons: The temperature control was ridiculous!!! One minute it was 40 degrees and the next it was 90. People were putting on coats and hats, taking them off and putting them back on the entire flight. It was horrible and there was NOTHING relaxing about this flight bc of it. The crew announced the inflight entertainment and gave directions on how to use it. Thirty minutes later, they informed us it wasn't working. So nothing to distract us from the horrible temps!!! Pull this aircraft out of service and fix the temperature!!!
