Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.

The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

ticket agent lady wás very helpful , she arranged wheel chair for my elderly mother

There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Teeny tiny bathrooms, crew was not realistic about when we'd arrive.

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

We got delayed getting out of DFW for broken overhead bins. Once the flight got underway the captain kept the seatbelt sign lit the entire flight despite little perceptible turbulence, preventing use of the rest rooms and any sort of refreshment service in the main cabin.

Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.

There were flight delays making our flight arrive at our destination after midnight didn’t seem to have enough crew or airplanes for the flights laid over in Dallas should’ve had plenty of time to make it to our next flight only made it because that flight was also delayed because our plane wasn’t even at the airport yet overall have not had a good experience on American

Flight left on time. Captain provided relevant announcements. We had to wait 45 minutes to desembark due to the ramp closed because of lightening.

It's a long flight and that is always difficult. I was comfortable and well. The movies available were great and the crew was good.

Cancelled flight. Still waiting to get home for grand daughter’s graduation .

So overall the flight was just average and nothing special. They overbooked some of the flights and they ended up running out of overhead storage space so we had to check our carry-ons which wasn't terrible but we were inconvenienced because of the second connecting flight with a long layover we couldn't get our bags until the final destination. Most of the flight attendants were pretty good and overall the meals were not that great because the chicken was dry and overcooked. They also didn't provide butter or any kind of spread with the bread which is cheap and concerning. The American airlines staff at the check-in counter was kind of unprofessional because this lady just started singing in the middle of checking us in and that's weird. The worst part of the flights was the terrible conditions of the bathrooms which were unclean and did not have toilet paper or toilet tissue available which is kind of insane for a 14-hour and 8 and 1/2 hour flight.

Requested early boarding to disinfect seat, tray table, etc. before general boarding. Instructed to board after wheelchair passengers. Waited on jet bridge behind 12 wheelchair passengers. Stopped immediately after entering plane to wait for gate agent in rear of plane cleaning a seat that was wet, got to my row and found both seats adjacent to mine already occupied, with the lack of room making it impossible for me to clean my own space and defeating the purpose of my boarding early. Cleaned the armrests and tray table as best I could.

Seat bottom cushions are not good. I’m 165# & they hurt my butt. Plenty of legroom.

The wifi experience is awful. I had to try again and again, taking over 30 minutes, to connect to the wifi. I had to watch the same two ads over and over until I was finally successful. Once connected, it was anything but "high speed" and disconnected at least three times during the flight.

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

It was a problem because there was a delay where we sat before taking off from newark, then when landed in Toronto we sat on tarmac and they wouldn't let us out for a long period of time. When we finally were released to the airport in Toronto the attendant scanned our boarding pass that we were here for our connection to Brazil. We ran all the way to the gate and they said at the gate the door is shut so we can not let you on the plane. We explained that we were checked in by the attendant when we arrived at Toronto airport to go to Brazil and they should not have shut the door. We were ignored at the gate

Flight home was delayed multiple times, did not get home until 2am

the check-in lady at ORD was extremely rude and unprofessional. very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and it really put a damper on things. if i wanted to be treated like trash, i would have flown Economy! (as opposed to business class)

My original flight was cancelled and then rebooked four hours later on a recovery flight, but I was checked in as stanby and had no seats so as a family of four we were concerned about not being seated altogether. Our flight then got delayed by another 1.5 hours and when seats were assigned at the gate, three of the four of us were together and we could get my wife closer, they offered no assistance.
