1. Everything was satisfactory concerning the flight. 2. Can't think of what could be better right now.

The entertainment options on the seat back video boards were nice.

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

United overall experience is great these days. Airport experience was very organized. Staff on flight were great. App and information as good as it gets.

IAD with the archaic people movers is just a place to be avoided.

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.

Check in and boarding were very easy. Quite good food and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. The acoustics on the TV difficult at times, and the options extensive though not very updated.

Crew did not arrive for their shift and flight delayed for 2 1/2 hours whilst new pilots were found. The man at the boarding gate did a great job keeping us informed and the eventual flight was good. It was just the long delay waiting…….

Flight canceled because they didn’t have enough flight attendants. No refunds or credits for future flights

Flights on time w/o delays. However, my baggage was damaged. Ground crew, throws baggage from plane to the baggage carrier, carelessly.

On time flight, good communication about boarding, lines didn't form unnecessarily for boarding before their group was announced (kept aisles clear), friendly flight attendants and service

They put me on an earlier and I got home sooner

I love American. I’ll never fly anyone else if I can help it.

Any flight to ORD after about 2pm this summer has been challenging. Flight was delayed getting in (coming from ORD) and that led to it not leaving before a ground stop due to lightening before they could fuel the plane, and so forth. They made up some time but we were still late in arriving at ORD, and that led to missed connections.

Couldn’t get the door on the plane to close leading to a nearly 2 hour delay. But, hey at least they didn’t cancel the flight.

The flight was fine and the crew awesome. The problem is ORD and AA. Computers went down, ORD fell apart and a 40 min flight turned into a 3 hour trip. Guess the answer is to not try and fly to ORD after noon. But, as I said, crew was awesome and did everything they could to lesson the flight time.

Boarded over an hour late, no communication, the sign just changed, no attendant to answer questions - she disappeared forever (hiding). Small plane and couldn’t hear the overhead nor understand.

Was supposedly in main extra (row 10), but the seat spacing appeared to be regular economy (the head rest was blue, as well - same as economy, the seats in front of us had red head rests). Otherwise the flight was good and got in well ahead of schedule.

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

Flight was delayed but the real issue is how long we sat after boarding. Space very limited for an overnight flight and seatbacks didn’t recline so it was almost impossible to sleep.

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues with in-house entertainment. Strike one for the delay, strike two for no entertainment. Once we boarded we still had to wait while they tried to fix the entertainment system. Strike three was an issue with a passenger falling in the lavatory so no breakfast was served for economy seats. Not blaming the passenger but did the entire crew have to attend to one person? She walked off the plane by herself so she didn’t seem that bad off. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did but at least we got our luggage!

Worst experience ever. Flight was cancelled no one answering phones and no AC personnel at the airport. As a result I had to rent a car to get to my destination on time. Won’t be taking this airline for a long while.

Everything nice. Only nice staff and kind people. Thank you Air Canada. I will be back ❤️

They added a stop in Barcelona in the last minutes and lost my luggage….. I will never book with Air Canada again.

Pilot forgot his documents so flight was 35 minutes late in leaving. He had to go home to get documents!

The flight was more compact. The flight was more turbulent than usual. Otherwise no complaints.

Not hold up plane for one passenger who didn't get there on time so the rest of a full flight has to be concerned about connecting flight, me, and run to catch flight 😑

My flight was delayed from Columbus to Toronto was for nearly four hours. When I made it to Toronto the crew would claimed that the flight to my final destination was full even though I did my best to make it to that one as soon as the plane landed. They had first class seats open but would not give to me and the other people who were delayed in Columbus.
