How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. The attendant couldn't have been less helpful. I joined a line to check in with a counter clerk. The counter positions were seriously understaffed. The clerks seemed to be working quite slowly and were quite unconcerned about the growing line. I'm glad I checked in early for my flight!"
Pros: "I like that they let a 70-yo wobbly old man hobble the length of plane to get some hot tea because there's no climate control i the air craft, and let the poor old man hobble back by himself juggling the hot tea in his hand and trying his best not to fall. Plus I truly admire one of the air stewardess's ability to chew gum - she was chewing vigorously throughout the 7-hour long flight. Amazing."

I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

Cons: "The experience from the airport to the plane to Lome was beyond troubling. If ever you are flying internationally from NYC, never fly from Newark New Jersey. Nevertheless, upon boarding the Ethiopian Airline flight to Lome that was supposed to depart at 9:15 pm, the courtesy of the flight attendants was a bit mundane. My mother and I sat on the plane for about an hour after the time of the depart before inquiring why we have no moved and the doors were closed. The flight attendant responded with, "We shall be moving shortly." The air conditioner was barely on. My mother is battling stage 3 Cancer and is an older woman so, I feared for the safety of her health in such a condition. About 30 minutes passed, and we inquired again. This time with a different flight attendant and she said she just did not know what was going on. Other people on the plane began to panic in a sense as well because like my mother and I, they too had a connecting flight to catch. The pilot did not inform the passengers of what was occurring. So, at this point, all passengers on flight ET509 had been sitting on the plane for an hour and a half. By the time we were sitting on the plane for 2 HOURS with the doors closed the pilot finally informed us that they were waiting for some paperwork. He did not apologize or give more information as to why we were sitting on the plane so long, with practically no AC, and weren't informed about when we would be pulling off. About 10 minutes later, the plane began backing up while people were still standing because they were restless with the wait especially when we had a 10-hour flight ahead of us. The pilot then got on the loudspeaker stating that we will be pulling in the air shortly and for the flight attendants to be seated. The pilot did not apologize for the inconvenience or state how long the flight would be or what time we would land in Lome, Togo. Once we were in the air, there were many safety hazards administered by both the crew and pilot. The seat belt safety information was not given, the exit areas in case of emergency were not discussed, what to do in case of an emergency, where certain equipment would be in case of illness or an emergency, and we were still not informed about the cause of the 2 hours and 15-minute delay. My mother and I consistently checked the flight tracker and it did not show the duration of our flight, our location while flying, no flight information was displayed and as hard working paying passengers we should have had all of the information and not have to continuously ask to get a slight answer. The flight coming back to Newark was decent, going was the major issue. I pray we are accommodated for these great inconveniences. Cons: "This was a rough flight. First, Air Maroc at some point rescheduled the flight to some six or seven hours later than when I booked it, without bothering to even send any notice. Apparently according to their terms of service they can just change flight times as they like, and passengers are responsible for somehow figuring it out and dealing with the consequences. Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable."
Cons: "When we arrived at the gate, we were told that another bus would come for us. It never showed up and no one came to help us. So we missed the flight. We tried all afternoon to get placed on the next flight out. The ticketing office told us we needed a supervisor to approve the changes to our reservation. We were informed all the supervisors were in the back office watching the futball matches and that we would have to wait. We were told if we don't get the supervisors approval, we will have to buy a new flight at full price. So we waited for many hours. Finally the night supervisor came out and told us that he can't do anything. He said the day managers would've been the ones to help us. They've already gone home after the football game ended. They wanted to charge us $840 USD each for new tickets"

Passengers were placed in a shuttle bus which was stalled for several minutes and once dropped off at the tarmac, there was only one attendant rechecking passports and seat tickets at the stairs leading up to the aircraft which led to more bottleneck and pushing."

There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."

The front desk made me feel a sheet and gave me their phone number to call. I called 10 times at different times during the two hours that they should be working but no one ever answered. I left a voicemail and have not been contacted yet. I have no information about my missing bag after they failed to track where it should have been. Do not recommend this airline."

My headphones would not plug into their tablets on their seats and it was too crowded. At the airport the person who was checking me in tried to make me change my luggage tags to their luggage tags. Not one person in the Casablanca airport spoke English and the security was extremely rude to me about allowing me to say farewell to the person that I was visiting in Morocco and about giving me directions to where I needed to go to check in for my flight. None of the signs in the Casablanca airport were in English either...I was lucky enough to find another English speaking tourist whom was nice enough to help me get where I needed to be. On my flight to Casablanca there was a male next to me whom was a bit too over friendly and kept touching me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable when he was talking to me so I asked the flight crew if they could either move him or myself and they happily called for the flight Marshall whom came to where I was sitting and moved both men that were sitting next to me and told me he was doing that because he himself was not comfortable with 2 males sitting next to me and wanted to see me have a great flight and a great experience on their airlines. Would I ever use Air Maroc again...the answer is yes but I'm not so sure I would ever fly in and out of Casablanca airport again."

Later, in Casablanca when I asked to change seats so I would have an aisle seat, I was told that I should have done so in Marrakesh. Very frustrating experience!! Also had to go through extra security, checking luggage and body by hand and waiting at doorway for bus for almost an hour with NO explanation by crew as to the reason for the delay! It would have been appropriate as well as comforting to have our questions and concerns acknowledged at that time, but no one addressed or even appologized to the passengers for the hour long delay."

Online check-in was not available, and when we checked in at the airport 2 hours before our flight, we were told it was absolutely impossible to rearrange our seats. Moreover many other families on our flight were in the same situation. I can only imagine the nightmare if I'd been flying with children! The staff were completely unhelpful."

They didn't seem to care that I had purchased after security; they were also throwing out other passenger's 3 oz or smaller liquids. Didn't seem consistent or actually helpful - for example, they didn't confiscate my small liquids or even care about the hot coffee I had added to my travel mug. Plus the guy in front of me didn't have to throw out his large bottle of water (different police checked his bag). I had purchased the bottle intentionally after getting too dehydrated on my flight to Morocco. They serve you two small cups of water. I asked for more and it never came. Again on my flight back, only two cups of water. Didn't feel like arguing with the crew, so I slept and avoided the coffee to prevent getting more dehydrated and then ran to the fountain once we landed."
