Pros: Cabin crew was very professional and looked after everyone well from boarding to de-planing.

Cons: Too much time wasted in boarding dealing g with carry ons.

Pros: Very comfortable B777-300 got me to catch some much-needed sleep on my flight, even with a lot of people on-board!

Pros: Seats comfortable. Cabin and bathrooms really clean. Crew friendly and efficient.

Cons: Pockets on back of seat need to be bigger/deeper.

Cons: The plain from LGA had to return to the gate for maintenance, it made to ROC almost on time.

Cons: Being given seats at the gate. I like to choose my seat.

Pros: Flight was smooth and short

Cons: The entertainment system kept resetting over and over throughout the flight. And drinks were served late in a not so comfortable temperature cabin. But everything else was ok

Cons: I almost lost my flight because of a delay issue, I literally had to run more than 2KM, electrical outlet was not working on business class, a bit disappointing;(

Pros: Excellent pre Boarding service and announcements; reasonably comfortable seats; great landing;

Cons: There are never gluten free options in the snacks; there were no entertainment systems on the plane - that's not important to me but perhaps it is to others.

Cons: My seat was very uncomfortable- no idea why. Couldn't get comfortable the whole 4 hours!

Pros: Kudos to the employees who really tried to help rather than pay mere lip service.

Cons: The plane experienced a mechanical issue forcing us to return to the gate after waiting for an hour. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?

Pros: Boarding was very efficient. Flight attendants were helpful and kind and seemed to care.

Cons: We booked basic seats knowing we might not sit together however we did not know they would separate children. They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo.

Cons: I missed my flight from Dallas to Houston because the flight from Frankfurt was late. However I appreciate the promptness with which Lufthansa customer rep attended to me and put me on another flight. Excellent.

Pros: Flight was on time out of JFK, and quick and easy to board. We took off on time and landed 30 minutes early. This is was a great trip, and I love Delta.

Pros: Crew was great. Delayed by mechanical issue. Weather was bad in Montreal so delayed again. Mechanical issue is a pain but I'd rather not crash so all in all very good. Really windy at landing, pilots did a great job. Respect!

Cons: Just a heads up, if you're a large person, weight wise, you may have a challenge using the rest room. It's pretty small.

Pros: What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!
