Last minute change to our terminal and gate made our well-planned departure hectic and less enjoyable experience. Luckily we were at the airport 2 hours before the scheduled flight. We were moved from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4 right when we arrived at the gate. Although Delta had a shuttle that allowed us to move terminals without going through security a second time, the shuttle dropped us off at the bevy of the terminal. We had to walk over 3 miles to get to the very last gate, and the moving escalators were out-of-order. It also did not have any bathrooms or fast food, even just hot coffee, nearby. After reaching our gate, my son who has asthma was sweaty and had to use his inhaler again.
The flight was late leaving the airport, but the seats were comfy enough and the flight crew friendly.

Cons: "Flight was cancelled. flight attendants were grumpy. One of the tightest seats I've flown in economy. No room in overheads so I had to stuff my winter coat between my legs with my backpack under the seat in front of me. Was basically wedged into the seat with my stuff."
Cons: "Flight was canceled due to weather. Was told I could get reimbursed for a rental to drive from ATL to SAV. When I went back to Delta after getting home to Savannah, was told there is no reimbursement for car rentals."

Cons: "A lot of confusion between ground crew and plane crew. They insisted on prepping the plane for food service even though we had waited for several hours due to mechanical issues and weather delays. It was 3am folks and the last flight leg was 45 min... we all just wanted to get to our destination. It took 50 minutes to prep that plane... there were infants crying and people were miserable and exhausted. The only word that comes to mind is dehumanizing."

Cons: "crew seemed to arbitrarily decide not to serve anything on the flight. Announced the flight was too short to serve anything, so they didn't even try. I've flown this hop many times and have never heard this excuse."

Cons: "You determined I would miss my connection when in fact I would land and have an hour. You rebooked us on a later flight. We made it in plenty of time and wouldnt even attempt to help. Your customer service is beyond reprehensible. With everything going on in the airline industry you would think airlines would at least attempt to please. The crew in the airplane was pleasant, that was a positive."

Pros: "I needed to change my flight because my international flight from Buenos Aires was delayed due to a national work stoppage and I would miss my scheduled Delta flight from JFK to SAV. The cost difference to take a flight later the same day was exorbitant (over a $500 additional cost to the price of the original ticket) so we elected to fly back to SAV two days later. I do not understand how airlines can get away with charging such exorbitant ticket prices--these prices should be regulated!"
Pros: "Over all was okay, but when we all boarded the plane, they last minute said the pilot would be late, and delayed our flight for almost 2 hours. We were almost late to our next flight in Minneapolis to Raleigh which was also pretty upsetting. But, the service was decent, we didn't order any food besides the free complimentary drink & snack and the entertainment was very good. There was a wide range of films, shows, and podcasts to watch."

Pros: "On my last 4 trips in 6 mos I've flown United, Delta, and Hawaiian, to Cancun Mexico on United Aug 2015' , to Puerto Vallarta on Delta December 2015, Hawaiian to Honolulu December 2015, and Again on Delta to Honolulu Feb 2015. Hands down Delta IS THE BEST, there nothing better then having Free movies to pass the time, from TV to HBO and SHOWTIME and Current Movies in the theaters TODAY music, games, etc even free headsets any eye cover to rest ALL FOR FREE Delta isn't so worried about charging for eveything, a happy traveler is a repeat traveler, that is DELTAS GOAL Happy repeat travelers I voiced my displeasure with Hawaiian after finding out on my Day flight over I get charged $10 for blanket n pillow and free ( bad ) meal. Then on red eye home it's free blanket and no food, I can bring my own better food, and blanket which I do, but to charge for entertainment is the worst thing ever, AND EVEN FOR SIMPLE MUSIC WAS A CHARGE, SUCH POOR SERVICE Delta hands down IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PERIOD DELTA DELTA DELTA I'M FOREVER YOUR HAPPY TRAVELER,"
