I was assigned seat 7E, yet my boarding was Group 5, which caused me to have to put my luggage in the back of the plance above `19 or 20 aisle, as passengers who had boarded earlier took the overhead bins in the front. SW needs to monitor bin space and ensure that bin space above the seat are aligned to those sitting near their seats. Also the seating assignments needs to align with group number. Maybe board those last first and so on? Having said the ALL the passengers on the plane were gracious enough to allow me and other passengers in this dilema to retrieve our luggage and helped us along the way. I always love the flight staff, as always their fantastic and I can't rave about them enough!

The flight crew was extremely rude and especially not helpful when our flight was delayed.
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
Flight was on time. Wi-fi was a little spotty/slow. Boarding and exit were efficient.
Still a fan of open seating. Flight was on schedule and arrived on time. The 737 MAX is very comfortable.
Had to get off plane from prior flight even though I had to reboard same plane to continue to my final destination.
Boarded on time but once we were ready for take off, the crew determined that, although every seat was taken, somehow someone was on the wrong flight. Delay, delay delay, announcements and ended up with one person checking EVERY ID against their passenger Manifest only to figure out it was a "clerical error." We departed 54 minutes late causing me to run in the St. Louis Airport to make my connection and lose the priority boarding spot I had paid for. Unnecessary delay.
The weather could have been better. There was a 40 minute ATC delay in SFO because of marine fog and a micro cell storm delayed landing and take-off at Nashville. The gate was changed 5 minutes from boarding from gate B3 to gate C23 at Nashville airport.
AC sub par. WiFi not working correctly. Ac sucked. Seats very narrow.
Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
I like flying first class, and United has a nice one
Unbelievably poor service from flight attendants. They didn’t even do water service on a four hour flight. Just disrespectful.
Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.
The newer screen was super cool and had the option to watch many different shows or movies. Crew was polite and helpful. However again, many children screaming bloody murder and kicking my seat, and parents doing nothing about it as usual.
Flight was good and crew was super polite. However, there were around 5 kids screaming the WHOLE 2 hours. I understand kids have to come but parents need to do something to control their children. They make the experience terrible, especially after finishing 16 hour shifts at the hospital I needed some sleep, which I did not get.
Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.
Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.
the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.

No gates avail at DFW so our incoming had to wait 30 mins for a plane to push back because they Had mechanical. We boarded 90 mins delayed and then we had a mechanical. Come on American…do better. Also at my seat the tray table had not been cleaned. Floor had not been cleaned. But captain and flight Att were very picture and apologetic.
Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
Flight was canceled. I asked to be rerouted to OKC and then took an Uber.
AA did not allow to board a flight because my connecting flight from DFW had been canceled. I got on another flight to another city. No service on the plane and I did not use their entertainment system.
I booked an aisle seat and was given a middle. At 6'4" 230lbs, it is not ideal to fly in the middle row for myself and passengers.

What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay.
