Cons: "I couldn’t check in for my flights ahead of time because the check in system from United and Copa airlines didn’t accept my reservation details. My first flight from Sacramento to San Francisco with United was cancelled and I was not informed until I arrived at the gate for check in. United wanted to rebook me on a flight to Los Angeles and Newark which would have been a delay of 10 hours. After security I had to go to the gate of a delayed flight to San Francisco and ask that they put me back on my original itinerary"

Pros: "Flight attendant was great at least and despite seatbelt light being on whole flight, attendants did pass out those struppelwaffle things which I really do enjoy. Offered complimentary checked baggage to destination for people to use for their carry-on bag."

There were 10 kiosks with only 2 agents helping people and no screen notification or sign asking customers to wait. In addition, TSA pre-check is not available at this airport."

Pros: "Was delayed two over two hours in HNL. When UA decided to transfer all passengers to another plane, it was such a beautiful flight and the Pilot of the plane."

Cons: "In economy, if the person in front of you reclines all the way - it totally invades your space and is not sustainable. I put up with a rude princess that reclined her chair the whole 8 hours (even when she went to the bathroom). I get that they need to recline...but there has to be some ethical guidelines!"

Pros: "I liked that the crew were very helpful, they assisted me to my seat and showed me where to put my bags, It was my first time flying in such a big plane."
Cons: "I didnt like the lack of leg room, I am a fairly tall person at 6 feet 4 inches tall. I didnt think there would have been a difference between economy and economy plus, but economy has barely any leg room and the seats in front of you still recline their seats while you struggle to get seated comfortable. A gate change happened because the computers were down so we had to walk to a different gate to get our tickets scanned then walk back to our original gate to board."

Cons: "..there was a very drunk passenger on the flight. He spilled wine all over another customer. The flight crew kept serving him more alcohol even though he could barely stand with out falling down. Unfortunately, he would shut up the whole trip, speaking in a very loud voice to his seat mate who was clearly not interested in the conversation."

Cons: "FRA- SFA was possibly the worst food I've had so far; (SFA - FRA by contrast had been really good) entertainment: movies kept pausing/getting 'stuck', such that one would miss, sometimes crucial, dialog in the film - very annoying! while collecting trash or offering snacks crew walked the aisle rather fast, and, more importantly, back to front (so that one couldn't see them coming), with the result that I had to either shout after them (while other passengers were sleeping) or get up and run after them..."
