Pros: "Decent entertainment options and snack offerings."
Cons: "Last 6-8 rows were vacant and for some reason Someone was still seated directly next to me. Why on earth the flight attendants (otherwise great) didn’t make an announcement that there was no need to share a row and encourage people to spread out is beyond me. I mean this is the only flight I can remember in a decade that wasn’t nearly or fully booked, you’d think they’d emphasize that. Instead I got to be trapped like it was a full flight next to a guy with no concept of personal space."

Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

The rest of the flight was quiet, uneventful, and pleasant in part due to their good nature. I cannot have gluten or soy, and I was brought a complimentary bag of potato chips that were gluten free - the one and only time this has happened! I hope to fly with this crew again someday."

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Pros: "Crew were super helpful and friendly. Food was above average for airline food. It was all on schedule. On my return trip - knowing already the confusion with the exit row seat which I explained here, they switched me to the correct exit row without a problem or charge."

Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

Cons: "Packed in like sardines. Flight attendant would not take the half full cup of coffee from me about 30 minutes before landing so I had to deal with not spilling it during deplaning. Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"

Pros: "We got warm washcloths to refresh our hands and face. A full bottle of water to save as we needed, followed immediately by a beverage service and pretzels. Dinner of either fish or chicken was delicious, and included bread, cheese, salad, and dessert. Followed by additional beverage services, a mushroom calzone and finally Belgium chocolates. The crew was friendly and entertainment on personal monitors was very good. This was the best overseas flight I have had in several years."
Cons: "Aisles were very narrow to access bathrooms."

Cons: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Cons: "the movies - music background to loud couldnt here what they were saying and most of the movies no subtitles"

Cons: "Food was bad. Crew was distracted gossiping. They skipped rows during meal times as they were distracted. The seats are the most uncomfortable airline seats I've ever sat in."

Cons: "They change my flight, and I had no kosher food in the other one"

Cons: "It was late both going to Prague and coming back. Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Cons: "The entertainment screen was about 6 inches wide and there were only four movies to choose from (one that was older than the hills). The screen wasn't clear. Hard to believe that there was such poor technology for a flight from the U.S. to Europe. Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American."

Cons: "I'll begin with the order of sequence of all that went wrong: 1. A huge queu while we were waiting for checkin in Rome (waited for more than 30 minutes) 2. The steward didn't agree to take a gymnastics hoop to the aircraft, despite its being super light. By the way, the inbound flight the hoop was taken into the aircraft; 3. We (family of 3) were seated separately, what made a huge stress to our small daughter. 4. There were no AC socket in Brussels airport (there were, but not charging) during transfer. 5. Our baggage was not delivered, which is very unpleasant :("

Cons: "bad customer service. No reliable information about the flight. How someone who never took an airplane can know that you have to get a visa when going to canada. If your ticket says your last destination is us. And i did not even got a full refund for their stupid mistake. Lack of information. You guys should be more careless for your customers."

Cons: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Cons: "Travelling out to Budapest our flight was delayed about 40 minutes. We had a connection in Brussels and had to run from B terminal to A to reach on time. We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again."

Cons: "airline seats will never be comfortable so that is always my biggest complaint."

Pros: "Flight was canceled and I believe it was canceled before I got on the flight in New York. They should have told me that the second leg was canceled. I suspect they knew that because I was not issued a boarding pass for the second leg when I checked in at New York."

Cons: "It was cancelled on me and three of my classmates. No notification."

Cons: "Dear kayak, you do want us to rate "the experience" of the terror attack right before our boarding? Of course everything is automated. But is it that hard to stop your "rate your trip" requests for those who went through all that horror? What about those who lost their people there - I can bet they are happy to respond to your "ratings"..."
