Cons: "You have to pay extra to sit in the exit row and there was no one in the entire row. Isn’t that a safery issue? Also, what really made me mad, instead of printing our boarding passes at the kiosk we went to a person (husbend had questions about Precheck) and she made us buy return tickets right then, on JetBlue. We had not decided on our return and wanted to leave it open. Can she do that? If not, I would like my money back."

When my kid asked to go to restroom, it seemed that we’re troulesome. My mom missed the water when they gave out drinks, but they did not come back for us. When I went to the back to ask for my mom, they said they’re cleaning up already."

Pros: "I've been flying budget airlines for so long that I was almost shocked to fly an airline that actually cares about its passengers! I kid you not, when they offered coffee to all passengers, I was so sure they would charge us I turned it down. Then, I noticed no one else was paying for it. The next time free snacks and drinks came around, I made sure to grab some! I also appreciated the few extra inches of leg room in every row. Being 6'3", not many planes are designed with your comfort in mind. I fit fairly comfortably in a non-emergency row seat. Last time I flew to Baltimore for work, I had a terrible experience with a different airline. It was $200 less expensive than most airlines, but I ended up paying more in baggage fees and seats. It was only a 1 hour flight and My boss said, "Cheap things usually cost you more, in money, time, and emotion" and nothing has been truer. I always assumed that flights were always unpleasant experiences. Now, I know better."
Cons: "The seats, while having more than average leg room, still weren't very comfortable. Not that I'm expecting a luxury experience while flying economy, but I felt as though the headrest was farther back than average. I can usually fall asleep on a plane and wake up without neck pain, but I really struggled to even figure out a relaxing position this time around. I also did not know that JetBlue did not serve meals on cross-country flights. Or, on any flights for that matter. Had I known, I probably would've picked up a breakfast sandwich before boarding."

Cons: "The crew did not bother to rearrange a bag in the overhead bin to accommodate my carry-on when there was a clear way to do that. His name was Matt. Between the choice of walking to the back of the plane searching for space and sending the bag to the baggage, I chose the latter and lost 15 minutes needlessly to retrieve the baggage. This guy needs to be fired!"

They barely gave us updates, and at one point once everyone started asking questions and getting upset, they disappeared from the desk for an hour at least. The crew was late, there was no food, customer service had quite an inappropriate attitude, and tvs on the plane barely worked,"

Pros: "My first Jet Blue experience was very good! Ground staff in Boston was very courteous and friendly. Boarding method, although different from other airlines, was very quick and efficient. Cabin crew was very pleasant and served good snacks. The captain welcomed us aboard and told us about the flight and conditions expected along the way. Flight was as he predicted and we landed early, always a bonus. Would infidelity fly them again!!"

At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

Cons: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."

The rest of the flight was quiet, uneventful, and pleasant in part due to their good nature. I cannot have gluten or soy, and I was brought a complimentary bag of potato chips that were gluten free - the one and only time this has happened! I hope to fly with this crew again someday."

I waited in line for 2 hours to get on another flight home and the attendant first suggested to fly me to Charlotte then Cleveland where I would arrive a day late after I'd been traveling with my elderly parents for 24 hours. Additionally, once we changed flights and had to go to Newark, it took an hour to print (yes, print) our new itineraries for United and then when the cab should have arrived immediately, we waited 45 minutes. I was displeased."

There's more, but..."

Cons: "The plane interior was was cramped, old, dirty, and held together with caulk. I'm not a big person, but this plane interior was designed for midgets or children. Needs to be modernized, updated, and cleaned! I did not feel safe on this flight. Also, this flight was delayed for no apparent reason in Newark, which is also a poorly designed airport with confusing gates which are placed too close together so announcements are not clear."
Pros: "United Airlines for a change did a decent job flying back to LAS unlike our flight from BUF to EWR which got canceled and we had to drive to Newark which was not only disappointing but to witness customer service uncaring even more distressing."

Insufficient charging stations in United gate area in Newark. Lots of folks wanting to charge phones and other electronics, but only one charging kiosk for hundreds of folks waiting to board two flights."

Cons: "The temperature in the cabin was way too cold and the excuse of a blanket is really insulting to be warm enough to sleep. The video screen was tiny and grainy. Every time the PA system was used it buzzed so whatever was being said wasn't comprehend-able. The biggest complaint was the seating room. I understand that you want to get people into more legroom seats but honestly there should be a regulation for the inhumane way you treated those of us that did not ante up more! I thought I alone have these opinions but once you get me back home, you loose my business forever. I will take my Transatlantic flights every six weeks elsewhere."

May 1, 2017 United failed in my eyes of a loyal customer."

Cons: "The toilets smelled and were messy a few hours into it. (I was on a Korean Airlines flight recently and their toilets were always clean and nice!). The crew were mostly efficient and worked well together BUT only one (out of the 4 or 5 in our section) smiled at passengers and looked like she was actually enjoying her job. One blanket wasn't cleaned well enough."

Cons: "When arriving to the airport it was a bit confusing first finding where to get our connecting flight, that may have been an airport problem. But once we got to the right gate our plane was cancel or re-gated/scheduled three times. We had to walk all over the airport with less and less time to spare to make our flight out. When asking for direction or where to go we could never get a straight answer, it seem as if no one knew where to send us. I felt if I was being herded and hustled on getting a flight home, I had no choice in the matter of getting my flight out. If it wasn't for another passenger flying on the same plane we may have missed our flight all together because she was getting alerts on her phone for changes or updates. Once on the flight the air-condition was linking on one of our seat and we were first told to put a blanket over our head until take off, then we saw some empty seats so we asked to move. Once arriving at Cleveland airport we only discover our luggage had not arrived yet, not only did it not arrive we were told it had not yet left London Hethrow Airport and we would maybe get it in 24 hours. This was a problem because some of our personals we needed were in that luggage and we just had to make due and wait and see. We got our luggage the next day only for me to notice my lock was not on my luggage I do not know if this was taken off or I mistakenly left it off but I really do not think I did but I will check with the hotel to see if I left it there. I have always liked United but this really made me think on who to plan my next trip with later this year. And certainly will do my best to avoid coming through New Jersey. :("

Pros: "The crew was awesome. My fiance and I did want to be traveling, but kind of had to for a family emergency. He is immunocompromised and high risk for COVID so when we noticed that someone purchased the empty seat in our row (even though half of the plane was open, come on now) we asked to switch to an empty row and the crew member assisted us without any hesitation. Granted, we were not picky and gladly sat in any empty row they gave us. Beggar's cant be choosers! Over all, another great experience with Frontier. Be nice and keep your mask on -- they are flight attendants, not adult daycare workers."

Cons: "I received a 2.5 hour delay notification at 4:45AM the day of departure. Upon arrival to the airport, bag drop was a mess of people and I was charged $15 additional to switch from pre-paid checked bag to carry on. Then the flight was delayed another 2.5 hours and there was no update as to cause or anticipated time of departure. I will do all I can to not fly Fontier in the future."

Perhaps this wouldn't have been so bad if my family had been traveling for vacation purposes; not for a funeral..."
Pros: "Despite the hour we spent waiting on the tarmac for a gate to open, my flight to Denver, out of Cleveland, actually took place. I had a seat and everything!"
Cons: "I had a direct flight on Wednesday, the 21st of December, from Denver to Cleveland via Frontier. We arrived on time, checked our bags, and were given tickets that did not include seat assignments. Frontier oversold our flight by more than 30 seats! We were told that we might be able to make it home on Christmas if we flew Frontier, or we could make our own arrangements and Frontier would reimburse us up to $400. So, we wound up flying Delta from Denver to Minnneapolis, and then Minneapolis to Detroit, and then renting a car from Detroit to Cleveland. That got us home at about midnight, and cost us more than $600. It was the cheapest option available."
Cons: "They "down sized" the plane because the original plane had 15 extra seats. This downsized left 35+ passengers with out seats. I checked in the day before, checked in my luggage and they say anything to me about not having a seat until I reached the ticket agent during boarding process. RIDICULOUS! Then sent us to customer service where finding a new flight was not an option. So I ended up booking a different flight (on my own) with a new airlines and Frontier will only reimburse $400 which does not cover the cost of the flight. AND they Don't know where my bag is!! NOT a happy customer!"

Pros: "The most uncomfortable seats in history, they are hard as a rock with no padding and no movement and after they charge you $30 to check a bag not the worst but charging $40 for a carry-on is ridiculous and then when you go to pay you get $30 in charges on top of that so $70 becomes $100 but on my way home it was $25 to check my bag with no fee( how does that work). The thing that really gets you is they then charge you stadium prices for food and drinks, so your cheap ticket becomes the same price as an airline that gives you padded seats free carry-on bags and aren't charging $2.50 a can of soda. If you want to get somewhere without a bad back pain and cash left in your pocket use another airline!!!"

This is fine with me-I actually have no problem paying for what I use (carry ons, bags, drinks, etc.) But seperating my wife and I, who booked and bought the tix in the same transaction is a line too far...it left a sour taste in our moths, especially at the start of our trip. The seats are striped down, don't recline (except for the 18 at the front for a premium price. They have focused on cutting cost quite a bit...I have never heard announcements for trash collection by flight attendants (6 times on this flight) this many times.I guess they had to cut the cleaning crew. :) well, to sum it up...it is a budget airlines, despite their promotions of miles, etc., and you get what you pay for."

I won't fly Frontier again unless the ticket is SO cheap that the extra $90 I'd have to pay for my bag and a reasonable seat makes it comparable with other airlines' prices."

Im home in a very difficult time and all the paperwork i needed to burry her at home is in my suitcase. Thanks Frontier for making a difficult time even harder for me. I was told that this is an ongoing problem with Denver airport. If Fontier knows its a problem you think they would address it and change the procedures at that airport."

Cons: "As I was checking in on-line, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay extra for my carry-on luggage. Even more than my checked luggage. I was traveling for an extended time and was unable to condense my supplies. I always take a carry on, because friends have had items stolen from their checked bags. I also had to pay extra to get a seat that I thought came with the original fare. I had to pay an extra $95.00 each way to travel ($190 in all) to travel on Frontier Airlines. In the future, I plan to use Southwest Airlines."
Cons: "really, non reclining seats, pay extra for seats in the tail of the plane and no included luggage and pay for carry on. Never again."
