Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Comfortable for that sort of journey"
Pros: "Good movies good food"
Pros: "fantastic food test"
Cons: "announcements in Turkish is interrupted your screen in front of every passenger and you have to listen to it even if you have no idea of what they taking about because it will block everything your are doing .. The solution is very easy as you can setup the screen to your language and the computer can choose to show you only the announcements that is in your language that make sense to you."
Cons: "A 30 mins delay"
Pros: "Flight itself is very nice. Good service and media selection."
Cons: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."
Cons: "Delay in boarding by 90 minutes; I think it was a power failure in the boarding gate...computers didn't work. No air conditioning either. Ugh"
Pros: "It was one of the best airlines in all respects. We flew economy and were treated very well. The stagg was lovely and the food plentiful and good. I will definitely fly them again. The website could be a little easier to navigate to check flight status and seat confirmation. They need to work on that. United airlines website would be a good place to start rheir study."
Cons: "The website needs work. See above."
Pros: "Food was good. One thing I like about Turkish Arilines is that the plastic containers they use for food are a variety of shapes and sizes. This really helps the food service seem less industrial."
Cons: "Check-in was ludicrously slow, though that may have been due more to customers than to staff... Entertainment system at my seat not functioning."
Pros: "Good service once on the plain,on the way back they were feeding us with pasta,no meat-horrible.. How ever poor communication before the flight with my service dog."
Pros: "Crew was fantastic and service was awesome"
Cons: "Business class seats are not very comfortable like Qatar or Emirates."
Cons: "No gangways."

Pros: "Crews were cooperative."
Pros: "The confort"

Pros: "I like Turkish airlines. I was able to go on a City Tour and try Turkish cuisine provided by the Turkish airlines. I wish you distribute loqum (Turkish delight) on board like you did couple years ago. Turkish, you are the best! Thank you!"
Cons: "Bad cold food. Crowded. Hi"
Cons: "Could not board the plane although being at the airport well in advance. Forced to buy additional tickets for enourmously high price. Stay at the airport additional half a day without food and water. No one from the company showed any concern and were of no help. Horrible experience. Never again fly Turkish airlines."
Pros: "Food, entertainment, crew"
Pros: "The food is great and so is the entertainment system."
Cons: "Unfortunately the aircon didn't work properly before takeoff in Singapore. The plane only cooled down when it was in the air."
Cons: "The entertainment system touch is poor. Unable to use when it does not respond correctly"
Pros: "It was a very nice flight I would give 5 stars don't know why it showed up with one star"
Pros: "Great smooth flight, amazing movies, everything was clean and smelled great, crew was catering"
Cons: "Nothing to complain about!"

Cons: "No AC"
Pros: "Great airlines"
Cons: "Nothing to mention"
Pros: "Crew, entertainment, boarding"
Cons: "I had a stop in Istanbul airport and a change of planes The first plane although much larger than the second the set leg room was very tight, for 186cm tall person it was a disaster The second plane however had better leg room and was more comfortable than the first"
Cons: "Worst flight I have ever been in. Horrible leg space. It was so uncomfortable."
Pros: "Not enough time for Connection flight bording."
Pros: "The staff are all very professional and nice."
Pros: "Besides the birth of my daughter, this trip to Italy through Istanbul was the greatest THING that I've experienced, EVER! My flight with Turkish Airlines was a HUGE part of that odyssey!"
Cons: "Because of my delayed flight from Atlanta, I missed my connecting flight from Turkey to Rome! So, in the future (yes I plan on flying through Turkish Airlines exclusively for international travel), I will book my flightts with a larger "gap" between flights! Otherwise....Turkish Airlines is PERFECTO!☺"
Pros: "The flight attendants were helpful and nice."
Cons: "There was miscommunication when checking in in Zagreb to instanbul to choose one electronic to use. We therefore mistakenly put our cell phone in our check in baggage to use our computer to do work. This was incorrect and significantly worsened our experience."
Cons: "Airport in Turkey is a big mess. Too many checkpoints that make no sense"
Pros: "Food and service were excellent. And great staff!"
Pros: "Dessert was good. Seat width was comfortable. Crew was courteous and helpful but could do way better."
Cons: "Boarding process is terrible. International transfers are utterly chaotic and there is a tremendous language problem that complicates every single issue."
Pros: "Good flight"
Pros: "We were hesitant about flying Turkish Airlines. In the past they have had bad reviews and there had just been the terrorist bombing at the airport. But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."
Cons: "On the flight back our seats did not recline."
Cons: "I was assigned a non-existent seat! How could that happen?! I had to sit in a leftover seat after everyone else had claimed theirs."
Pros: "Boarding by groups; seat-back entertainment with a lot of recent movies to watch"
Cons: "Just a dinner and a breakfast for a 9 hour flight seemed a bit on the short side."
Pros: "We were pleasantly surprised when we received a full box of snacks on our short flight from Zagreb to Instabul. The trip was comfortable and we enjoyed that there was a movie available overhead and they provided headphones for. Overall, it was a fine experience."
Cons: "Service was fine until our water bottle (which we thought was empty) leaked a bit in the overhead compartment and the female crewmember was incredibly rude and gave the most disgusted look when we claimed the bag that had a small leak of water (about a tablespoon). She also whispered something in Turkish to fellow crewmembers and they all laughed. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. We also were left in the bus on the tarmac for 10 minutes before we could board without any notification of what was going on."
Pros: "Ecellent food, service on board, on time departures,"
Cons: "Huge Plane and only 3 WC"
Cons: "The flight was late by over 2 hours and we missed our onward flight to San Francisco. At Istanbul, Ataturk Airport, Turkish Airline did not provide a Visa although they gave hotel and boarding passes for next days flight. At Istanbul, Ataturk airport it was a nightmare for us, as senior citizens. Why should we buy the Visa when the flight was delayed which is no fault of ours. Of the 4 automatic e-visa machines onlyEv 1 was working and there was a long queue. In between the machine stopped working for a long time and no one was there to assist or restart. They gave our boarding passes for the next days flight and their responsibility was over. We had to wait for over an hour to get the hotel. Overall it was a bad experience."
Pros: "Great service, great food, nice staff, great entertainment choices, efficient, clean safe plane."
Cons: "Nothing really."
Cons: "Baggage handlers poor. One of my bags was dented and the other had a buckle broken."
Pros: "The wide range of entertainment on offer, personal USB port,"
Cons: "Touch screen did not work properly although once I figured out how to use alternate controls it was fine, had an aisle seat center and there was no way to really stick my legs out withought them being cramped. Staff seemed hurried and more interested in talking with one another across the row I was in. They were not particularly friendly. My first couple flights with Turkish were much much better"
Cons: "Frequent announcements"
Pros: "Tv and food also attendants"
Cons: "Nothing special"
