Flight was constantly delayed with significant changes in time, it was supposed to get to Colorado Springs at 8:30 PM but it got there after midnight.
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
Plane was late. Zero service for 2+ hour flight and it was not that bumpy.
Great flight. Good snacks and drinks. Grateful it was free. The flight from Nashville to louisville, i think her name was Tracy (not sure that's right) super awesome, nice and cheerful. She really enjoyed being at work today! She was the person who scanned the boarding pass on flight wn941. She should be recommended for a raise !
I elected to pay for the upgrades and found very little difference
Flight was hours late, unable to sit next to spouse, I have had so much better experiences. Substantially better, only saving grace was that it was a short flight.
I was assigned seat 7E, yet my boarding was Group 5, which caused me to have to put my luggage in the back of the plance above `19 or 20 aisle, as passengers who had boarded earlier took the overhead bins in the front. SW needs to monitor bin space and ensure that bin space above the seat are aligned to those sitting near their seats. Also the seating assignments needs to align with group number. Maybe board those last first and so on? Having said the ALL the passengers on the plane were gracious enough to allow me and other passengers in this dilema to retrieve our luggage and helped us along the way. I always love the flight staff, as always their fantastic and I can't rave about them enough!
The flight crew was extremely rude and especially not helpful when our flight was delayed.
Check-in, Boarding and flight were smooth. All the employees and crew was very nice and funny. They gave the kids crayons and workbooks to keep them occupied which was a big win. I’ve flown Southwest many times and that’s the first time I’ve seen that and it is a great addition.
Still a fan of open seating. Flight was on schedule and arrived on time. The 737 MAX is very comfortable.
It was terribly delayed with zero support from united airlines. I reached at 1 am in the night. They did not provide any option to change the flights.
Flight cancelled instead of leaving Friday am now, maybe, leaving Sunday

Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.

The flight I booked was conveniently timed, had one brief stop and was going to be quick. The flight I ended up getting was delayed, took longer, had a far longer layover and arrived hours later than planned. Thanks for nothing.
Bad experience going to DFW with an IT outage then bad on the way back with a nearly 5 hour delay that’s started as maintenance then caused us to wait further due to weather - which would not have happened if we had left on time.
Horrible experience flying with American. Flight was delayed due to inbound flight delay. Fine, it happens. Then, we were delayed an additional almost 30 minutes due to the paperwork for departure having a "clerical error." Then, upon landing at the destination airport we were stuck on the plane for an HOUR after we landed and pulled up to the gate because apparently there was another plane. An hour waiting for the gate 12:30 AM when the flight has already been delayed due to operational error feels like a complete failure of the ability to do the one thing they need to do apart from actually have the plane takeoff and land. Very disappointing.
It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.
Horrible. No AC. No Air inside the plane. We had to deplane twice! It is late almost 5 hrs in total. I almost passed out and about to call 911. I asked the crew to be honest and open the door. The lady next to me was lay down in the floor due to heat and no air inside the plane. I got headaches, can’t wait the replacement flight about midnight Dallas time. I end it up rebook for next day flight and stay overnight using my own pocket in a hotel nearby due to headaches and can’t breath. I still have a headache this morning. Still not decided yes how to file this issue to AA and/or FAA.
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
boarding announcements werent clear/loud. Tired of those cookies. Of the 3 staff/attendants, 1 was good and the other 2 were mediocre.

We booked seats next to each other. When we got the boarding passes, they were for different rows. The crew were reluctant to help us, so we ended up sitting separately. 1. What’s the point of reserving by seat number if you’re not going to honor that reservation? 2. Even if it gets messed up between reservation and boarding, how is the crew going to deny us the opportunity to arrange to sit together. There were plenty of people flying alone. It could’ve been easily accommodated. Not very customer-friendly at all.
The seats were the worst I have ever flown Too narrow, did not recline and the actual seat was hard as a rock. I will tell all travelers to stay away from Avianca flights.

Seating was tight. Seats don't recline. Initial flight was cancelled. Lost two days of vacation.
It was delayed and I lost my connection flight to Cali and I missed my Mom's funeral
I actually upgraded to the medium level of seats from basic and even doing that it may have been physically the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. They packed everyone like is a train to death camp. It was a red eye so I hoped to get some sleep but it was physically impossible to find a comfortable way to rest. I met other folks on the same flight and they said the same thing. It was an utterly miserable flight and if I have any other options I will never fly with them again
Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.
Our flight from BOS - BOG was delayed 10 hours because they were waiting for a Flight attendant to fly from Miami. They lied and said they would give us food and hotel. That was a straight Lie! It never came! We were in the airport for 13 hours with Two babies. We were on the plane 7 more Hours. When we asked to get diapers from our checked luggage, Jorge in Boston told my wife she should have planned better. Meanwhile, the 10 Avianca Employees Sat there and did nothing for 13 hours. Yes, we planned for 10 hours with the wait and the flight, not 20 hours JORGE! If this was an American company we would have got a refund! But they are not up to American standards. The kicker is they apparently needed the 3rd stewardess to serve the food. Guess what? It was 4AM when they tried to serve the FOOD! Everybody was asleep by then! Ridiculous! Never Again!
I don't think anyone actually reads these comments, so I won't spend much time on this submission. If you want to talk, you know how to reach me. The D/FW manager of Avianca (self-identified), Juan Calderon, insisted I buy an onward ticket from San Salvador even though I have diplomatic status in El Salvador and live here. It cost me $1,393 and Mr Calderon would not let me make the ticked flexible so I could get a refund. He went out of his way to be rude to me. He gave me seat 32K -- windowless window seat in the last row and did not offer to let me upgrade even though there were plenty of seats. I have flown well over a million miles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I would like a refund on the ticket I was forced to buy. Just awful!
There is no food. There is no in-inflight entertainment. The seats are cardboard. The airline is a living hellscape.

Book with frontier airlines with the mentality that they'll cancel your flight, kick you off and lose your luggage. Anything besides that is a win. Compare prices with other airlines (to include luggage) and if frontier is still worth it, book it but know all of their policies.
Would be great if Frontier can Assign Seats together under one PNR
Boarding was organized and flight was on time. Overall very satisfied with my flight.
The boarding gate was in Terminal D, but the Frontier counter was in Terminal E. So I had to move back and forth between terminals to check in my luggage. This was the worst experience that I had in terms of flights.
My departure gate was E10 but no kiosk at E10 for check in & no one to ask. A United attendant helped direct us to E38 for check in. The kiosks at E38 were all malfunctioning. A counter agent had to check us in. We then had to walk back to E10 for boarding. E10 to E38 at DfW is not an easy trek. No where in all the info they sent us indicated there were issues to over come. They can cut only so many corners. Luckily we arrived plenty early to deal with Frontier’s inefficiency.
Horrible, first and last time that we use frontier. Kept us in Las Vegas for 8 hours. We boarded original flight at 2 pm right as we were getting ready to leave we were told that plane had issues. Stayed in gate and then after a couple of hours we were told that we were being assigned a new plane and were moved to a different gate. Then after 3 hours they said that the plane had issues and after a while of just being delayed it was cancelled. Thankfully there is southwest that came to rescue. We purchased ticket and left Vegas at 10 pm
