i had a really horrible experience with a flight attendent but the 2 in my cabin were great. Earphones didnt work and couldnt see screen

The outbound crew was terrific. The flight itself was fine. We even arrived early.
Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare.
Always nice to be on an American plane out of an American airport.....SO much more professional. :))

Flight was late, as always. I couldn’t sit with my spouse. Rows are so tight, one can barely get in/out and we are smaller than normal size. Baggage fees make overhead compartment loading a real nightmare. I wonder what they will think of next to make flying an even more terrible experience.

Aircraft seemed fairly new on inside, but didn't have power outlets. Small uncomfortable seats on a long flight that is almost always full.
There was a name change needed for the flight..they weren’t able to support that at all resulting me cancelling the flight.

I left New Jersey during snow storm. Flights had been cancelled on the previous days but our flight was not. It did not leave on time, had to switch planes before we actually took off. My luggage was lost. I did not make my connecting flight. Had sty over in Panama. Got to my destination a day late without my carry on ( checked at the gate...lost). Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct.
